Good luck getting them to negotiate AT ALL... the vehicle I looked at was about $1500 over priced. I was ready to buy also. Went somewhere else found same vehicle for $2000 less.Salesperson was very nice and not pushy though. I dont care to visit again. Such a small mom and pop type dealer with no where near the overhead as the big guys you would expect a willingness to negotiate a FAIR price easier but I left and bought at a big dealer on my way home.

Mr. David is great. Also the guy they haveThat washes the cars does an excellent job. I bought my 2016 Ford fusion here in 2018. And never had any major problems. Thank God. Now it’s about time for me to get a another vehicle and this place is first on my list to shop at.

We first met Brit on Rt 90 in Gautier! He was helpful, knowledgeable and showed us several vehicles. Then he suggested we go see Mike and Eric at their location on Rt 49. He suggested they had just what we needed. Brit was right! Mike showed us some vehicles too, and led us to just the right vehicle! Mike and Eric worked very hard to get us the perfect vehicle and make us happy. We then had the opportunity to meet with the title clerk. Everyone we talked to at either Riverside location, were friendly and helpful! We purchased a vehicle at Riverside Auto this past Tuesday, 3/3/2020. We were told that they give customers a 30 day limited warranty in which they pay 50% of parts and 50% of labor on certain repairs including powertrain and engine issues. This warranty and its terms were given to us in writing.On 3/5/2020, two days after we bought the vehicle, a check engine light came on. Keep in mind, we paid in full for the vehicle on the day we bought it. I informed Riverside that the car had a check engine light on, and that we would be taking it to the Mercedes dealer in Mobile, near where we live, on Monday (We are an hour and a half from Gulfport where Riverside Auto is located). Riverside complained that we were taking the car to Mercedes, and said they would only honor the warranty if we brought it back to them for their technicians to diagnose and repair. First of all, they never stated that this was a condition of their warranty, verbally or in writing. We have the paperwork they gave us, and nowhere does it state that we have to take it to them for repairs. And we were never told that they had a repair facility to begin with. Secondly, we have only had the vehicle for 4 days as of this writing, and it is now in a Mercedes Benz authorized repair shop in our town. 4 days!I had to pay 220 dollars to rent a car for my lovely wife to use for the next several days since we sold our old one on Thursday, and the repairs to our new car total 870 dollars and some cents. Riverside refuses to pay $435, half the cost of our repair, as per their written warranty paperwork, stating that we have to bring it to them or they will not pay for the repair. That means I pay them half of the expense to fix a car they just sold me, so now they make more profit on the sale. We paid just over $20,000 for this vehicle, and they wont honor this relatively small amount in good faith to keep a satisfied customer. They were more eager for us to write them a good review as soon as we left than they were to honor their warranty.In all honesty, we really love the car, and I believe it is relatively sound. We hope this mechanical issue is an anomaly, and that we will have no further issues with the car. My true disappointment is with Riverside and its employees, most of whom I found to be very pleasant to work with, not pushy, and seemingly honorable people. David was a good salesman, even though Greg the finance manager hung up on me when I mentioned legal action.Unfortunately, car dealers have had a historically poor reputation, and I must say Riverside Auto Sales only adds to the muddy waters of dishonesty by their lack of integrity. My wife spoke to a representative of the Attorney General of the state of Mississippi about this issue, and he basically told her were out of luck and that a mechanic is a mechanic. He said the dealer is not responsible to honor their warranty. Very disheartening! I plan to only purchase cars here at home in Alabama from here on out.Love the car, but the dealer.... not so much! Caveat Emptor (Buyer Beware).

Drove an hour and a half to test drive a jeep, Was pre approved for everything ready to buy and they would not budge on price or trade in. They said they had several other interested buyers so it was a hot item and couldnt lower the price. My friend in gulf port said that the jeep sat on that lot for 4 months.

Was my driver license something about how it started but have a commercial license it a lil different so after they seen it and figured it out everything went smooth still no problem with truck just forgot to send them a pic of me and truck I would differently go back

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE UPDATE: Per my previous review claiming it was good, the sales man, Dash, was the only great part about our purchase. We purchased on a Saturday and Monday our paperwork was submitted to the bank but they said the truck was not worth what the NADA at the dealership finance guy, Eric, said it was. Eric would not come off the price to match the banks NADA quote at all. It was a big deal because my husband had already fell in love with the truck. So we couldnt get the extended warranty the bank offered because we had to use that remainder of our loan to pay off the extra for the purchase that was incorrect.Then, when purchasing we knew our truck needed new tires and that could have been what was causing the shaking in the back. We were told this by Riverside because they claim they have shops that check all their vehicles out before selling. Within a few days, we had new tire put on and the tire place told us there were possible issues with the drive shaft but once again, Riverside was ready to stick it to us again. They offered to send us to a shop of their choosing saying they were the Best and he trusted their options and were going to take care of it for us. We live in Bay St Louis and the shop was in Pascagoula. If you know the coast, thats on opposite sides of the state but it was worth it being it was going to be taken care off. My husband had to do this twice just to get it looked at. The third time and the day we thought we were getting it fixed, my husband and I had to drive separate vehicles there because it was going to be all day to fix it. Well, when Eric found out it wasnt exactly what the shop thought the problem was, he became very rude and he told us to pay half the cost to get it out of lockup and then he would send us to someone else he felt knew more then the shop he originally claimed were the Best. The shops mechanics heard the conversation and proceeded to contact that Owner of the mechanic shop to notify him to what Eric had to say. They let us take our truck and we took care of the issue ourselves. Im pretty sure this is exactly what Eric wanted us to do but we didnt have the headache. We will never buy from Riverside again. Especially if Eric is still around. Integrity means everything and this guy just didnt have it.PREVIOUS REVIEW:We purchased a vehicle this weekend from Riverside Auto Sales and the transaction was one of the best purchases I have ever had (We already had been pre-approved but let the car dealership do this part for you unlike a house). Dash was awesome! He was great and didnt run me off with all my crazy questions. He understood that it was big purchase for our family and there was no pressure on us to make the purchase! We were so happy when we drove off the lot and have comfort with our purchase. We did look else where but the rapport Dash built drew us back. We are looking forward to making future purchases with them.

Upon purchasing they notified me ahead of time there was an issue with the vehicle but nicole quickly set up an appointment for me to bring it in and riverside covered the cost of the repairs and put oem factory parts on my truck.
