To talk to the GM of the Dollar General and file a complaint against this cashier named Terry.Every time I come into Dollar General she is rude, is never smiling, has an ugly look on her face and has a nasty attitude. And today she refused to sell to me cause i was In a panic, in a rush and could find my id in my wallet and when i found it she refused to sell to me cause she said i was rude. When in no means was i rude to her. I work at a Dunkin Donuts i Always respect my customers have a smile on my face And always niceTo the Customers. And Im not the only person shes rude to She needs a real attitude adjustment.

The store was pretty disheveled and not a lot to choose from. The shelves were all unorganized and just not the nicest one Ive been to. The employees was nice though and that goes a long ways.

The cashier was very nice and seemed to be the only person actually working. He had many people in his line and he still had perfect respect for the costumers even when many were very rude. Other employees were not around.

Not everything is a dollar, dont be fooled by the name. Its organized and appears to be thoroughly clean. Friendly staff who follow pandemic regulations.

Ive been to over a hundred Dollar generals in Florida. one thing I can say is theres an employee there named Jess that is fantastic and its nice to know but her job is taken seriously. Ive read the other views and I must say that its nice to go somewhere where the employees actually want to help you and I literally will drive a half an hour to go to this Dollar general over the other ones because of people like her. People are always quick to say the negative instead of the positive and one thing I will say is that I love this Dollar general.

This store in particular is very cramped. I knew what I wanted and found it, but they have to find a better way to arrange the store and maybe bring out one bin at a time when restocking. Having all the new bins in the aisles makes it hard to get through alone, much less with a cart. Friendly people though.

I desperately needed milk and I dog snacks but became self availed in cutting couple extra... And no announcement was that stole would close soon, turns or Easter half hours of waiting at register they been closed..ugh!!

Everything that I was looking for is there, and I did not have too any further. Its like a candy store where everything that I see is helpful.

Very scratchy location. Alot of options instore, felt welcomed, would clean the parking lot more often.

I shop here at least twice a week.

Called to inquire about disinfectant spray (after calling allday) Because I was told they just got a truck in and I could check back later to see if the boxes where unpacked. NEW lady answered the phone and was very Rude, hung up on me and all. I shop here often and I am very disgusted with thier service today.

Very friendly atmosphere and they make sure that you find whatever youre looking for. As you walk through the door theyre very quick on welcoming you 2 the store. They have very good workers and theyre always working on the appearance of the store. Their prices are very moderate and when they put sales up there very well worth it.

I like coming to this location for my snacks and its very convenient to where I live. They seem to always have what Im craving for.

Convenience is key. They dont have everything I need all the time but they are a short walk away.

Good bargains if you have the patience to look for them. Store is an absolute mess. Staff could care less if you shop there.

I love Dollar General, but I personally think theres a problem with management at this location, there are always lines and the cashiers are talking to everyone else but you, other than that I just think they need new management but the deals and the bargains are still there so thats why I continue to go, its convenient to where I live, between South St Pete and Gulfport it serves both areas. They do have great prices and they always seem to be stocked. If your up to leaving stressed out this would be the store to go to. Its a shame the cashiers run that place but it is a nice store and the grounds are kept well too, just management bad management

So much stuff, Wow. Nice people. Huge selection and for the budgeted too. Always a pleasure shopping there.

The place is trashed. It has completely gone down hill. You can barely move down isles there are always boxes or carts full of things in the way its a huge hazardous mess. Who ever is running the place is doing such a poor job. Management obviously sucks. Kids stealing running in and out of the place. Asking for money to buy things. They want. Not need. Its a mad house in that place. I have been in there several times while I lived only 4 blocks away and its the same mess just a different day. So unorganized and stuff thrown all over the place. It used to be a decent place back in summer of 2017.

The staff is polite and try their best to quickly get people out of line but that being said management should stop being greedy and put more then just ONE cashier at check out because every time I go there to get 1 or 2 items I have to wait 10 minutes in line and its friggin ridiculous!

Everyone is rude and it is very clear that theyre not happy working there. The GM of the store (I believe he is)...is rude. Dont try to smell fabreeze before you spend $5. God forbid😒Its not just the employees. There is always boxes EVERYWHERE! You literally cannot walk through with a cart(if they have one available haha). The other customers in there make it unpleasant as well. I actually almost got in a fight one time over a girl cutting me in line and I hesitated but spoke up about it. The employee of course didnt stop her or speak up. They were either friends or he was afraid he would become the target. It was ridiculous. Im a thirty-two-year-old mom of two. Definitely NOT going to Dollar General for a fight.Long story short, if Im not planning on grabbing an Epsom salt or something super quick, I go pretty far out of my way to visit another Dollar General

Went in looking for cold Gatorade. Didnt have any. This is one of the most disorganized and messy dollar general i have been in. It seems like there is not enough staff ever in this location. Makes me want to go down or up the street to family dollar, they seem to keep a better handle on their stores.

Do NOT waste your hard earned money here! My friend was accused of stealing simply because she brought her own bag so not to use plastic,and the cashier called the police however when my friend paid for everything,the cashier said to the policemy mistake . my friend left in tears,shaken and embarrassed! I was also injured in the store due to huge metal carts full of boxes full of merchandise which none of the whole 3 employees found more important than sitting on their phones thewhole time i was in there. And when i called to report this incident- i was told i would receive a call back, that was 2 months ago! No call back yet and no improvements in the stores condition nor its employees! Disgusting! Would give negative 5 stars if possible! Do NOT shop there!

There was a cashier named Sweets (found out her name by asking ) She was very helpful, polite and friendly. I will shop there again.

Ah.....its ok for a DG store. We used to go into this often since it was super close to home but the shelves are usually overfilled, things are all over, and boxes throughout 8 out of 10 times. Employees are good, with the exception of one or two. Just the overall organization of the store needs work.

Staff is not engaging. Every visit other than the cashier no one speaks thats in uniform. Store always seems to be a work in progress never seems to be ready for customer traffic from day to day its part convenient store/yard sale. Items can be found stocked in the wrong locations. One night before closing time I literally stood in a 10+ person line while a rookie cashier was left alone while the assistant just ignored the line, grunts and frustrations of the customers. Apparently lining merchandise on the shelf was more important than assisting a noticibly struggling, overwhelmed worker get the customers out the store in a timely manner. On that day I walked out and left the merchandise I planned to buy on a display of soda.

My favorite store Dollar General not because of the prices but every time I go in there they always have what I need cashier its always working to get customers in and out and thats what I like say specially with the the busyness of my life
