Ice cream was fine. Weirdly they wouldnt let my son use their restroom even though the store was still open for another hour.*edit* this was weeks ago.
Arrived 30+ min before closing and sitting area closed ...AND restroom! Sorry this upset me. Ice cream was good.
This was pleasing to watch and the flavors are delicious! My husband had the cheesecake and I had the praline and it was amazing! We will definitely be coming back more frequently on our trip to Gulfport.
Hibachi take out was ok. It is definitely overpriced! Do yourself a favor and go to a sitdown Hibachi restaurant for these kind of prices! Charging $7 extra dollars for Filet Mignon is definitely not good business practice!
This was my first time and the kids second- they loved it and it was pretty tasty. Loved the experience of being able to watch them make and roll your ice cream. It’s so cute. I’m not sure if it was because it was a Saturday evening, but I ended up waiting for my cinnamon roll 30 min after my kids got their ice cream. I waited- I guess they forgot and after about 20 min I went and asked and 10 min later I had my cinnamon roll. Which was good- not used to glaze instead of icing but it was good. I just hate that my kids and I didn’t get to eat out treats together. Other than that it would’ve been a 5 star. You should really go at least once.
This was our 1st time trying Sweet Rolls.This was our LAST time trying Sweet Rolls.The young man wearing gloves and a mask thought that it was a GOOD idea to pull his mask down and BLOW on the marshmallows. Ummmm....Dont want anyone oral germs on my sons ice cream. I mean we are still in the midst of a pandemic. Even if we werent, thats disgusting!In addition to this none of the kids liked the taste. They said it had a weird old taste to it.Literally $39 down the drain for three ice creams and a shake.
It is a novelty shop where they make the ice cream right in front of you. Yes, you have to wait, but again, it is freshly made. Keep in mind, if you were to churn your own, it would take a lot longer. My daughter and I went and our selections were very good. I plan to go back to try the gelato as well.
Awful experience. Sister and I came here because she wanted me to try the ice cream. She worked here when they first opened so she was trained on how to roll. The rollers don’t know what goes in the ice cream. When asked why they use so little cream, we were told that is how much they were told to use by the owner. Wow! Seriously they are using 1/2 the ingredients. The cups were barely full. We got totally ripped off. Wanted to leave a review on Facebook but apparently you can’t! All the reviews from the past are gone! I wonder why? Plus it looks like they changed the name to rollin creamery? It’s obviously the same sweet rolls because all of the old pictures are there. The sign outside still says sweet rolls but I assume they closed down? Maybe it’s a different owner or something because they don’t know what they are doing.Now that they are using the old party room for Hibachi, it’s very confusing on the inside. It’s a very small area and not like a real hibachi experience but hibachi prices. Also manager lady running the place is rude to her employees. Hard to believe anyone works there.If you go, just be prepared to spend $$$$.

We tried Sweet Rolls tonight with their new hibachi ninja express. First, there is nothing express about this. We ordered two hibachi dinners. The steak was over cooked, little to no vegetables, food was bland. If you like rice, this is your place. Soooo much rice and clearly was the only thing the chef knew how to cook. Just drive to a regular restaurant and get hibachi because its the same price.
Fast service and great products!! Would definitely recommend if youre looking for something different. A little pricy but worth it!

Im giving 2 stars because the workers were amazing and the customer service was absolutely perfect. But the actual icecream rolls were awful my kids threw theres away after a few bites and me and my husband did the same we had high hopes bit now just out of 30 bucks on yucky food
I wanted to take my boyfriend here for his birthday since hes never been. The dine-in area and bathrooms were clean enough so two stars for cleanliness. But the service was terrible, we have to tip before the service is even given. Ive never heard of that. I gave a 20% tip because the only options were 0, 10, 20, and 30 and somehow my order was forgotten about and i only got one out of the two house rolls i ordered. The customer service, while polite, was stand offish. The experience wasnt 20% tip worthy.

Would be a 5 star, but I was told that I couldnt have any chocolate syrup with my Brownie Time. I thought that the brownie piece that was included was pretty small in comparison to the photo shown in the store. On the plus side, the ice cream was made well and quickly and it tasted good. I would be willing to give this place another chance.

Really nice place to go for dessert. I think sweet rolls are a little different then soft serve. Texture is different and offer different things to put in them. Daughter loves seeing how they are made.
Love the icecream, and there was this one guy that made beats with the rolls I think that made the wait fun, (for me anyway). And I love the old ice cream parlor vibs.

If I could give this place a zero I would because of the female manager that was there tonight we spend 60 dollars last time we came drove 20 minutes just to bring some new customers to this place after the young guys last week had excellent customer service. She was also rude to a lady there seeking donations. She has lost this entire families order for good. Plus the people we brought with us said they will not step foot back in there and will help spread the word. It wasnt what this lady was asking us it was how rude she was we all had mask in our hands or pockets but 1 and we sent him back to the car it was how rude she was to us and the lady coming in for donations. If you dont think the place has poor management skills look at all their one stars on here over poor management. Someone needs to go to customer service training on the right way to talk to customers period.
Terrible customer service.Employees didn’t know anything about there product. while we were there a customer found a hair in there Ice cream and didn’t even get an apology when they told them about it. The young man preparing my ice cream cut his finger when he cut my lime and didn’t change his gloves, he just kept making it then served it to me.

My daughter ordered the birthday cake. She was able to watch them pour the cream onto the slab to turn it into ice cream. It was very entertaining to see them make the rolls before your eyes. They staff was helpful, polite and patient with kids. The establishment was clean, open and airy. I would definitely visit again.

This place is awesome. I had never been there. Went to Texas Roadhouse and walled across for desert. Watchi g them pound and roll out the ice cream was fun to see.
Overall excellent service! Maybe i got the wrong flavor? (Birthday cake) but overall didnt have too much flavor. Great staff though, theyre responsible for making me consider returning soon for a different flavor.
Oh my gosh I wish this place Wasnt So Far Away. The wait was so long but it was so worth it. The best best ice cream Ive ever had in my life. I wondered what a rolled ice cream was and oh I will be back for more and more and more. It is so worth the wait. So delicious. I dont know I cant even describe how good it was I dont know the words. There was nobody in the shop when we came in, not even a worker. They were all in the back. We had three orders and waited for the third for 15 minutes while everyone else was served before her. After making just one rolled ice cream, a girl asked for a break and didn’t continue our order. Completely disappointed.

Great treat. Little pricey but it was delicious. Make sure you have a little time to spare. You do not run in & few minutes later, back out. The sweet roll ice cream takes a few minutes...

My first time going here was back around October I want to say, but the ice cream is soo good. Everything looks delicious. There are a lot of options to choose from whether it be ice cream, cookies, smoothies, or pralines. I like the fact that you can watch them make your ice cream for you. Seems like a great place to go whenever youre craving something sweet.
Very yummy. Service was decent, but they did just reopened. The ice cream was so very good.
The finished product was tasty and delivered with good presentation, but it is a little bit pricey. I also found it odd that they only had one size available. I suppose that simplifies the selection process, but I feel as though some people would like more variety and choice.
Looked up the website and it says that it closes at 10pm, get there and the door says they close at 10 pm; however, at 9 pm they closed and turned away the customers that walked in right before us. Very disappointing that they would not honor their hours that are advertised in multiple places.
Very yummy! They only have a vanilla base, so I was bummed not to get chocolate except by adding syrup, but it was still very good vanilla with Oreos! Like $6.95-$7.95 for a cup.
I really enjoyed this place. They only have one flavor of ice cream, sweet cream but TONS OF TOPPINGS to add. Small size or large size cups and before they make it your name is called to watch the art of sweet rolls. I do feel bad for the workers! Their arms must be either super tired or super strong. But try it at least once!
Really enjoyed the rolled ice cream. Banana split was awesome. The location was right off the highway. The facility was well kept and the employees was friendly.
Great experience. Such a unique twist to ice cream. But the place is always packed and it takes 30 min to an hour to get your ice cream. They also only offer sweet cream ice cream. It would be really great if they offered other flavors of ice cream.

This is a great experience. They make the rolls right in front of you and the kids have a great time watching them do it. They have all kinds of flavors and topings. Really an ice cream work of art at the one we went to. We had fun.
Very pricey for the quantity and quality
I walked in on a whim, and I found I love it here. I ordered the monkey ice cream. Super good, you can tastes to fresh bananas chopped into it. I love the atmosphere, and the music over the speakers. My only complaint is that they dont have a recycle bin, for their recyclable spoons.

ZERO STARS. I’m in customer service and super patient and I would say the service was horrendous but actually it was non existent. Managed to be in the building for 10-15 minutes and was not greeted, acknowledged, not a quick “I’ll be right with you guys” nor did any of the at least 5 people working even attempt to help us. One man in line ahead of us on a Sunday night a few folks waiting for their order...nothing crazy. Finally got tired of standing at the register being ignored with my kids and decided to leave walked passed three employees on the way out one stocking spoons at the end of the counter and still no eye contact no nothing just let us walk out empty handed. Absolutely horrible. First visit to a sweet rolls.....unbelievable that they don’t have ONE employee on shift capable of greeting or taking care of a customer. I’ll take my money somewhere else.
Wish we would have gone to Marble Slab.Was extremely sweet couldnt finish it, and overpriced. Waited a long time to try it. Asked what unsweetened was made out of. Nobody knew.

Bad owner.The wait is ALWAYS bad. I get the process takes longer than just scooping ice cream. It what really got me this past Sunday was the owner. He basically did not jump in and help out. I saw a family of 10 leave because there were only 4 people in front of them and the wait to get your order taken was 20+ minutes. Then the wait for them to get to your order after placing was 25 minutes.What made it worst was it was 9pm and the owner thought it more important to lock and unlock the door for leaving guests instead of jumping in and helping out. I spoke to one of the employees about his lack of a team effort and they replied it’s typical behavior and he doesn’t make good management decisions.Wide and I own a biz and when we are packed both of us jump in and help out. Plus if people are coming in after our close time we stay open to make sure everyone is taken care of. It’s just good customer service. Something Sweet Rolls seems to lack.Hopefully the owner will read this and learn something. Otherwise poor daily business decisions that lead to poor customer service will cost him and his wife their business. Seen it a thousand times. Plus the poor customer service could effect his corporate franchise requirements. And I hate to see anyone invest then loose their investment. Especially when the investment is in the half million dollar range like an investment in sweet rolls.
The ice cream was good, but the employees were very immature and not friendly at all. They didn’t greet us or speak at all. We were the only customers in there. Two of the boys were playing with gloves and yelling the whole time. This was my second time and I had the same experience both times.
Very nice place. Excellent selection of ice cream creations and other sweets and candies. The prices are very fair. They are lowrr than I expected.Store is very clean and staff professional and friendly.
VERY UNSANITARY, they take orders and don’t change gloves afterwards then goes and make your ice cream. Completely over priced. Topping station is never clean. Gunks of ice cream is left next to pans while their making your ice cream. One white girl with lip piercing is very very rude, caught an attitude because she messed up my order. All the workers do is joke around and play. The candy is completely unsanitary. Tables barely get wiped. THEY HAVE ROACHES. Completely do not recommend. Workers talk about inappropriate things while working. Completely not kid friendly. Some workers talk about customers but they fail to realize we can hear. I WILL NEVER GO BACK.
The ice cream is great, however they need a better system for when there is a long line/a lot of orders. Ive been waiting AT THE CASH REGISTER for over 30 minutes. When it was my turn to order, the girl told me theyd have to catch up on orders before taking any more. She left the register to help with orders and no one has been back to say anything since. Theres plenty of people behind me who werent told anything at all or even acknowledged. If my daughter wasnt with me & already been promised ice cream, we would have left by now. Have been here about 3 times previously when it was even more crowded and not experienced this, but its making me question if Ill ever be back.
First they let you sample it, so you get excited about the flavor, then ring you up, before they give me the finished product. Once I got my double scoop I was dissapointed by the size of it for $7.44 it was extremely small. Had I know it was going to be so small a portion I would have never got it. Definitely not coming back here, Ill stick to marble slab

I am VERY DISAPPOINTED. We waited almost an entire hour for my ice cream. There is absolutely no order in this store. THEY mixed up my order with someone else because we had the same name. I only found out because I had whip cream on my order when I specifically told them NO whip. I looked at the bottom and realized the number was different from the one on my recipet. However, when I brought it to one of the employees attention, she did fix my order but still managed to get it wrong because I asked for no whip twice and what do you know there was whip. This was my first time coming here and I WONT be back.
Good ice cream but over an hour waiting is just too long. As much as we liked the ice cream we won’t be back
