I keep hearing good things about this place so I decided to stop by today. The staff were all smiles and very friendly, making me feel “at-home”. I chose the Majestic Cotton Candy milkshake. For the $9.99 (plus tax) price, it was a STEAL! The milkshake was portioned right, not overly sweet and it definitely had that “instagrammable look”. I’ve had milkshakes that were very much less impressive but were three times more the price. I can’t wait for my next visit to try the other milkshakes as well. Thank you for making me feel like a kid again today.

SPEECHLESS!I was surprised on my last order.I went to pickup (our usual purchase), 3 quarts of their SUPER GOOD BUTTER PECAN. My BLESSING was when it was time for me to pay, IT WAS FREE!!!!!Never ever have anything given free to me, EVER. The staff is always incredibly friendly and the ice cream is delicious! You can add unlimited mix-ins. Theres also options for milkshakes and sundaes. This is our familys favorite place to stop for ice cream.

I can see that youve posted on Facebook that youre temporarily closed, but what about people who dont follow every single franchise on Facebook? When I Google the name, it says youre open on Google. We live out of town, so it would be great to know whether youre closed before we make the trip, without having to check social media. Im going to submit an edit that says youre temporarily closed (because its pretty easy) and hopefully someone approves it.

The double Chocolate ice cream with oreo pieces and walnuts in a dark chocolate dipped waffle cone was Delicious! The young staff is on it and courteous and friendly as well. While it was a little pricey, compared to ice cream stands, it was worth the money in flavor and personal service. Try it, I think youll like it. 🤓

I brought my wife and 4 children(all boys under 11) in today for an afternoon ice cream. My wife had a strawberry cheesecake sundae, I had the Oreo-stuffed ice cream and my very picky eating children all loved their Majestic Shakes. It’s not often we take a family this size out into public and it’s a 100% pleasant experience. Your team is well-versed in their product and worked really fast. We came in and there were at least 15 other people ahead of us. We waited in line maybe 10 minutes if even that long. We vacation to the Coast often and will be back! Also Laura is super sweet. She really needs to be considered for management.

Ordered for the first time through the website. It was convenient but limited you to three topics. I ordered at 720 to have it ready by 745, fully paid for easy pick up. I get there, and there are at least 10 in-front of me. A member of my party calls from the car to see if I can go to the front to pick up and not wait in line. They tell her, I’m unable to do so that and I am required to wait in line. I spend around 20 minutes in line to be handed a bag thats sitting in the cooler. I wasn’t able to get my order until after 810 and it’s partially melted. Wont be doing this again.

My first time going there. It was crowded, even though its cold outside. There was only one guy behind the counter, he was nice and friendly. Victor made me the most beautiful shake! And, it was super delish! I ordered a majestic cookie dough shake. Just what was needed for lunch!

I recently bought an ice cream cake from here for my daughter’s birthday. There was an issue picking up my order. It took them far too long to find and then brought me the wrong cake. However, the manager Hayden video called one of the employees and assured me the cake was there and would correct the problem. I had my cake in my hands in a matter of 1 minute after that. We all make mistakes, but the way Hayden handled things and quickly figured out the confusion was more than enough to make up for the issues. I will definitely be back. Oh! And Hayden was right about what cake to get her too. The Candy Shoppe cake made her and her friends’ entire night!

It is a very small creamery. Not enough seating for a large group but can seat 4 or so small groups. They had fresh cones and toppings. Very clean. Would recommend for a cool sweet treat.

The staff has always been friendly. They can get very crowded but I always feel like the wait is worth it. My favorite is the dark chocolate ice cream.

I used to have fond memories of going to Marble Slab Creamery as a child, but as an adult, the tables have turned. Tonight I was not feeling the warm welcome I got as I walked through the door. As the girls sat in the kitchen regretting the next customer before closing, I walked in at 8pm hoping to still receive great service. I could spot the girls from afar as I walked from my car, thats how I know they were not in the mood to serve any more ice cream tonight. Usually I will take my time and ask for a few seconds to gather my thoughts on the confection I wanted them to make, but I was not going to have them suffer my indecisiveness tonight. So I asked for a few mix-in ingredients and two different syrups, maybe I was mumbling because she grabbed one of the wrong items and poured it in, but no worries because Im being an easy customer so I thought. Before I could finish ordering my ice cream or adding another ingredient, which I hesitated on another scoop, the cashier was already trying to check me out. I read vibes very well and have worked in food and beverage for over 7 years so I know when someone is not genuinely being nice or considerate of your time. I just wish I was welcomed and given more time yo make my decision on the different combinations I had in mind. Unfortunately I did not get the opportunity to. Also, I tip those who have a great attitude and service, but tonights tip is more verbal than monetary. From one service provider to another, If you dont want to be at work, then quit. No but seriously, try to be compassionate, patient and mindful of the people you are serving. This might be my last experience at Marble Slab Creamery. Im starting to see why the business is not the same anymore.....on another note Why dont the employees wear gloves or clean the marble top off. Thats unsanitary and for heavens sake we are in a pandemic!

Loved it! Nice selection of hand scooped ice cream. Great waffle cone and waffle bowl selection also. Friendly staff with great recommendations on what flavors to mix together. Nice little place for a quick bite of ice cream.

I ordered a coffee ice cream milkshake. The ice cream tasted good, but the shake was runny, far too milky. The outside tables were filthy and sticky with spilled ice cream, but upon request, someone went right out to clean the tables for us. On the upside, the people were really nice.

My daughter went in and asked if they could make a cake for the next day as it was her dads 60th birthday. She was told they could, but the girl took her phone number just in case.We arrived at 5:00 and were told the girl shouldnt have said that!Why didnt someone call so other arrangements could be made?!?!They did offer to scrape the to off an already made cake for us. No, no, no. I wont be going there again, ever.

I have asked for Vanilla Rum flavored ice cream for over two weeks. One of the clerks told me he left a message on the freezer last Thursday about me coming in to ask for that particular flavor. I called today instead of going by there to verify if they it available but was told by one of the employees that the manager has to make it. I will call back on Monday when she is in to find out why it has not available. Whatever happened to supply and demand!

Love the ice cream. But the last time I went the young man and young lady were rude. They didnt know if they had the kind of ice cream I generally get and they didnt care to look in the back and see. The guy was supposed to be handling our order but left us to go assist the people that had just walked in.. I had to firmly insist that he complete our order. My cup had been made but my friends had not. He then made hers with an attitude and didnt fill the cup. So he scooped some more out and just threw it on top... disgusted me. Usually theres a blonde in there that is very sweet. These two clearly need some training wish I could remember their names.

5 for quality, 4 for value. 2 for service. I swear she must have been on downers. I have never seen anybody work so slow. And she was the only one working so the customers were stuck with sloooooow.I wont knock the stars down because I have had reasonably good service at times or there have been two counter staff which balances out the slower staff. But watch it... if the lines are long there are usually a reason.

UPDATE: back at this place on 22 August 2021, glad you know nothing has changed. Pi’s poor service, been standing here waiting forever.White guy with blonde hair looks like he has no desire to work there. He literally didn’t mixed the toppings on my ice cream and didn’t care. The Oreo DUST he put in my ice cream he could’ve kept it. Your staff is super lazy man.

Worst customer service ever. they dont mix the ice creams well and wont fill up the cups most of the time all the way. Bought a cake one time tasted like freezer burn and icy i called them and wont replace it all they said was we are sorry. Went to one in Hattiesburg last week and it was great i loved it. they have really good customer service and great atmosphere employees over their are really friendly and will do anything to make your treat happy. Will always go their now whenever im in hattiesburg.

First,we went ther because is showed a $ price rate. It should have read $$$. A bananna split,a waffle cone and a childs cup was almost $19.00. What made it so bad is that they do not know how to make a bananna split...Bananna,nuts and a dab of whip cream does not rate it being a split !!!!!!!!!!!The ice cream itself was good but not for what I was charged !Theres other ice cream places in the Gulfport area with great ice cream for much less $$$$$$$$$$$$Will I go back...probley not

Very dissatisfied in the service tonight. I left and went to another establishment.You really should wait on customers in the order that they come in, regardless if they are together or not. The employee told a lady in front of us that the other employee would get her ( assuming they were together)Then she skipped my husband and me and went to a lady that had just walked in. Very disappointed in the service. Will not return.

All five of the stars that i am giving marble slab belongs to the woman that was working front of the house by herself on valentines day. She is a multitasking boss and never waivered with 15 people in line at one time. 5 stars to her. Give this woman a raise!

I have tried a lot of ice cream from different companies but Marble Slab has some of the best ice cream ever. They have so many flavors to choose from that it is hard to select one that would be a favorite.
