The worst part about considering a ‘luxury’ vehicle like a Genesis is that you get the Hyundai dealership experience. We walked in and wandered around for 15 minutes before finding someone to help us. (And we had an appointment.) A receptionist at the main entrance would be a hugely positive addition here to welcome customers and ‘direct traffic.’ It was clear our sales representative was used to selling $20K Elantras. If we’re considering a Genesis vs. a luxury German brand, at least consider a dedicated Genesis salesperson. Your typical Hyundai rep isn’t going to cut it with a customer shopping in the $60K+ range. Our experience was pretty much ruined before we ever even saw the vehicle.

Experience left a very poor taste in my mouth. Had an appt set I called, texted several times hours before the appt to make sure there wasnt dealership add-ons. I called 2 sales people and they said the car was at MSRP which is also listed correctly on their website. Then hours later after several calls I get a call from the manager who basically right off the bat sounded super unprofessional and arrogant lets me know in fact they do and is marking up the car an extra $4500 than what they listed it as and diff that what I was told previously from 2 of their sales ppl. First, then change the site! Secondly educate your people so Im not wasting my time. Its obvioud youre trying to swindle people if you cant get your stories straight! Genesis needs to get their own dealership and not be coupled with Hyundai. If Im paying $60k plus for a car I want a different experience than whats offered from Hyundai representatives.

Manager here has a very bad attitude. First thing is that i had an appointment at 7pm. I went on time but no one is available to assist us even there are no customers. Staff is walking by but no one cared us. After i asked them multiple times i got assited after 40min. I am intrested and about to buy the car, because of the manager’s bad attitude we thought not to buy the car here. Go only if you want to pay full price or you will get insulted.

So so so disappointed!The customer service is terrible.The beautiful cars may not even see the owners because of customer service. Came for appointment and was waiting for the whole hour for VIP customer service and never saw a person.Just promises which is annoying!Never coming back here.

Very disappointed. I had a 9:15am appointment to look at potentially two new cars. I arrived at 9:10am and was greeted. I was told twice that someone would be right with me. By 9:25am no one had met with me. Tough to recommend when appointments are not kept.

Here why 1 star, so I own a 2016 Genesis sedan Ultimate, love the car, but after few years I was thinking of the g70 in Sport, Im from nw Indiana and non were available locally so Ive contacted someone threw their website, received the call and was told someone will call me back with the otd numbers, Ive contacted them 3 times, I was promised over the phone 4 times that a salesman will get back to me this time because thats not how they want to do business and guess what? Nobody called, 4 times, amazingly terrible situation but oh well.

Excellent service experience from scheduling to the actual work done. Adrian, Service Advisor was open and honest regarding the work to do and the cost. I needed a ride to and from work and both shuttle drivers were professional and on time.

Was not able to give me any estimates over the phone and the manager had a little bit of a bad attitude, also on the call I can hear a lot of background music which is unprofessional. If they want to be in the luxury car business, they need to up their game. Got a different car somewhere else.
