The worst sales associates in gurnee mills!! We walked to the back of the store, passing 8 sales associates and only was greeted by a girl in the back of the store. All these workers seemed like they were to busy talking amongst themselves to focus on customers. Never coming to this store again.

I didn’t like the vibe. No one was really friendly. They all seemed awkward including the supervisor who’s tag just says “supervisor”. Why no name? Everyone just looks unhappy. It’s like they don’t really want to be there. We found something at a good price but just try pretending that you’re happy to have a job and are happy to see customers.

Worst experience...me and my wife visited d store yesterday, my wife olrdy wore us polo tee, after selecting all the items she went to washroom and i was there for billing. So they accused dat she took the tee with her😧 (they dint even had the same color tee in the stores)i stayed calm and waited for her, as she came they asked her dt DO YOU HAVE SENSOR IN YOUR TEE😡 I showed them d tee der was nothing den he said okay. So basically we should not go in us polo to shop if we are wearing a us polo tee😅 (i think their sensor detector was on vacation🤔) BUMMER.!
