Best Walmart Ive ever visited. Great customer service, easy to find the items I need, and management is always extremely helpful. Not to mention, their clearance isle is spot on!

Its a very big store. Their prices are on average the best Ive found. They have a lot of products and variety. You dont get very much customer assistance, but thats to be expected at Walmart.

Round Lake Beach. IL has terrible ordering management. Its like a 3rd world store with empty shelves.. go to Antioch or Gurnee. Much better.

Love this Walmart on Gurnee as is next to my other favorite which is Sams Club, couldnt get any better.

They had one person working in the electronics department. While he was helping us, people kept interrupting him like we werent there, so rude. But he was very nice despite the other rude customers.

This is by far the worst walmart Ive ever been too. I would rather drive towards Chicago or Milwaukee to another walmart. They have way too many staff members lolly gagging around and anywhere between 2-3 lines open which goes from start of line all the way to the back of the darn store. The quick checkout line swoops around and many people are either outside or going to the back of the store. Always happening.

Get a did hard never buy a auto battery from here they have no lasting power. Since dont drive much the battery keeps dying in 5 days

Disappointed the bathroom was NASTY. Guess you guys think because some peoples been Vaccinated you dont need a cleaning person.Also the cart was dirty all of them was out side

This particular store is very understaffed. the aisles are full of product without putting them on the shelves .. too bad ..

I tried their delivery service for the first time on 9/11/21, and rest assured, it will be my last.They delivered the wrong grocery order to my home, but refused to retrieve it, opting instead to issue me a refund which I have yet to receive. It is now 9/27.I tried again the next day on 9/12 to see if I could get my original grocery order. I have not received THAT order either, nor have I received the second refund that the customer care department promised I would get in seven to ten days.I must have called the Walmart Fountain Square store at least ten times. Must have called Customer Care the same amount of times. Long story short, I was given nothing but excuses and Im sorrys, and promises for refunds that I have yet to receive. Mind you, the website says that delivery for my 9/12 order has been delayed, and September is almost over.This entire experience has been a disaster for which there is no excuse.Use their delivery service at your own risk.

Best to shop here early in the morning when store is well stocked and not full of shoppers. It is packed after 5pm and on weekends.

A simple trip this time around. Associates are helpful if you can find one. I havent been in a Walmart that much since the change to self-checkout to give it a yay or nay. A good test would be to pack a cart on a crazy busy day and see how that goes.

Doordash didnt ring my doorbell to let me know they were at doorstep. Didnt want to deliver the groceries and bring them back to Walmart. Didnt deliver 2 items yet, after agreeing several days ahead of the day. Costed me $20.

This Walmart was very clean I didnt see no employees standing around not doing nothing so they get five stars keep up the good work

When I go to Walmart its usually a painful experience. I was by myself so Im going through the isles quickly. I was dreading the usual long wait in line. To my surprise, I wS ae to walk right up to the checkout girl. She was quick and pleasant. Mayne I just needto go by myself with blinders and earplugs on.

I found a lot of exciting clearance items in clothing(plus size too), beauty and checkout was a breeze.

Was there 7/22 in the early evening. No carts at the store, had to get one from parking lot. Shelves not stocked, and only TWO cashiers.Understanding they could be short staffed but that was ridiculous as there was a long line at those and the self checkout.

Rapped-up in one short...word...(Convenience!!!) & sentence-I USE it, ALL the TIME!!!.......Its most relied on....If you NEED something! Go to WAL-MARTthats the saying...now! If! you CANTFind it at W-M, chances ARE! WONTbe easy to find...elsewhere., dependingon WHAT it IS! .

This Walmart has an excellent selection and fully stocked shelves. Too bad the one on Dickerson Road in Nashville is all messed up by comparison.

In line for 1/2 hour only 3 registers open and a long line for self check out. Un exceptable for this time of day. 5pm? Each register that was open had a long line no one to talk to about the problem. Called but all phones were un answered just rang and rang..worst walmart ever.

Great experience with customer service. The lady who helped us with the Moneygram was so nice and explained everything. I would definitely recommend going here if you need to send money international.

It is a regular Supercenter, as any other. You can find all the things you need which is nice.

Always clean and organized and they usually have what I need in stock. Employees are almost always very helpful, cheerful and polite.

I ordered online and picked up my order. I love this service. Staff was courteous and efficient.

All of that rearranging is mind boggling. I use the app to find where to go for a item.

Pleased with Steph and Victor at the Vision center. The whole experience was great and I love my glasses.

Optical SERVICE: I spent the more $$ with United Health Insurance at Accuvison for the same services and less. I paid only $60 which included the Diabetes screening at an additional $20 and the glaucoma screening. seriously impressed by the Dr. service and going above and beyond being courteous and excellent customer service will come again. I paid only $40 additinally for the Contact eye exam and cannot believe when i reviewed my receipt how much more I had paid @ Accuvision for the same services and NO CONTACT EXAM. Highly recommend this place for sure.In contrast, I did not receive the same service from the Walmart employees to buy frames or contacts it almost seemed like they did not want my money at all.

They must be having some real problems with managing their pickup orders today. Been sitting here waiting for over an hour and a half for an order thats already bought and paid for. They are usually ok at this, sometimes slow, but never this bad! Ive watched countless cars just drive away without their orders. Tried to call to cancel my own, but they kept me on hold indefinitely. So here i sit... not cool, Walmart. 😡

Probably one the best walmarts Ive been in in a long time. Would have gotten 5 stars if there was tissue in the bathroom. All stalls had no tissue.

I waited approx 40 minutes in line because they had no lines open. Just Express. Lines wrapped around the place. Staff walking around doing nothing and when I asked what was going on the girl I asked said I dont know. I usually dont work up here. Guess what she wasnt working up front. She wasnt working. Infuriating!!! Avoid the gurnee location at all costs!!!

Very disappointed they dont take ebt for walmart pay.

They had what we needed in stock the employees were kind to us it was a very pleasant trip.

Walmart is Walmart, but this store could do a lot better. They are either very under staffed or poorly managed. The good thing is the shelves are usually fully stocked. Just make sure you go in the morning or you could end up waiting up to an hour to checkout.

The store is ok. Same as any other walmart you visited. My main complaint about this particular store is the lines at the registers. They definitely need to hire more help at the registers because sometimes you have to wait for about an hour just to get checked out.

Nice and clean not very crowded. Had what we needed no issues. Only one register open and it was fullllll forcing everyone thru self checkout. Wasnt too bad, got thru fairly quickly.

On Saturday (around 4:00 pm), I received personal and professional assistance and service from an associate named Fatima.She did the extra step to walk me to the location where the item was located and also saved me time by showing me the self-service check-out.Fatima was terrific, friendly and most helpful.Please convey my sincere thanks to her.

Its a walmart had the things you would expect. Not enough checkout lines open though.

Everything was layed out in the store so organized.Needed help finding something 2x...staff was very willing to assist me.

Nice store. This Walmart, like all other Walmarts, needs to do a better job training their employees on product knowledge. They usually try so hard to answer questions but more often than not, their product knowledge is limited.

Some Walmarts are better than others. Well this is a great Walmart for stock, the checkout process inside and for pickup is not up to what you get in Antioch.

Regular Walmart experience, shelves a bit messy, staff a bit unhelpful, usual Walmart stuff.

I returned an item ordered online into the store, and was blamed by the customer service clerk that it was my fault she wasnt able to process my return...I was then told it was that associates second week. Really, no excuse to blame the customer for not being able to fulfill a return especially when the manager was able to process the return a few minutes afterwards.

I do shop here all the time, but shelves are often empty, & not just of Covid related items. Ground beef prices are good. The new displays in produce are attractive. The roast chicken is reasonably priced & very tasty.

Its a Walmart what more can be said you cant get help when you need it., girls on the registers seem to have attitude problems cuz they dont want to be there working for minimum wage what few dollars more

Second time Ive had to come here from far away due to an item I wanted was here. Again, spent 20 minutes by order pickup with multiple employees walking past without any recognition of what Im doing there. Another customer had been stand there even longer. Get organized! The management team gets paid to keep processes working. Watched 2 kids bringing the carts back in at a pace a turtle moves.

It is Walmart, go cause it sometimes is the only option.

This is the Walmart closest to my house so I go there the most which is quite often. The store is very clean, the employees are friendly, the only qualm I have with this walmart is their stock of items. They are always out of popular items and not on a sunday night after a busy weekend, but a Tuesday or Thursday. I would say 8/10 times they are out of skim milk, sometimes their frozen veggies freezer is near empty, they were out of a battery for my car key fob for months! Its frustrating when you want it to be your one stop shop and they are out of the essentials like milk. Other than their poor inventory, its a pleasant Walmart.

Fairly good Walmart. Tends to be well stocked but fairly busy pretty much all the time. Can be a bit of a wait for order pickup. Confusingly, some items shown as out of stock on the website turn out to be present at the store. Guess thats better than the opposite.One frustration: The driveways are a maze. Getting in and out from Hunt Club is tough but better than going through Sams off Grand.

People there were very polite and nice. Not always found these days.

Went to Walmart today just to find out that their senior HELP during this crisis is only ONE day a week at 6AM. SENIORS up at 5AM just to be locked out and turned away because it wasnt Tuesday. How is this helping seniors? Many cars out here waiting because they came at 6AM too. Good by Walmart!

Awesome employees, the quality and prices are unbeatable

This Walmart is cleaner and the service is better than the nearby store off Highway 120,Waukegan. I have moved to touchless service. I enter my order on the computer; a staff member picks up my choices. I then receive an email which tells me if a choice is not available what alternatives the store has, I can then accept the alt. or not. I put my order on my card. When I arrive at the store, a staff member [or this last visit 3] put my groceries, cat litter, and other purchases in my trunk -- or in my case back seat as nothing will fit in my trunk. It is so easy and I love not having to load my car with all the heavy items.

I loved it also I like talking to females and try to get their # its the truth or Discord or both

Ever since they’ve done their grocery orders for pickup it’s been amazing, and we’ve met such nice people such as Bob, who’s always always been amazing.Then as time has gone on and we’ve noticed they’ve gotten extremely lazy! We’ve ordered deli meat for the past 3 weeks and every single time we do it they say it’s unavailable (not just deli items either) my husband goes in, and guess what? They have it.Now it’s during covid and I 100% understand and let me first say, I appreciate anyone who is working in the public and putting themselves at risk. For some of us, I take care of my 70 year old grandmother who cannot risk getting this her health is horrible as is. So we do these online orders so we don’t have to expose ourselves and risk her health. But this is just getting out of hand, it feels like a case of “we don’t want to get it, so we’re just marking this unavailable” and that’s not ok, there’s still a lot of us who can’t take the risk of going into public places because the covid virus is still a very scary thing for us and our families too. If you’ve chosen to work and work during these times please, stop being lazy about the pick up, you have families that are depending on you as well, you may not feel like your job is important..but to me and my family, you very much are.

For a little over a week ive tried to get coffeemate REGULAR creamer still out of stock but at least 15 other flavors not unusual because they dont seem to restock mist things on a regular basis used to luke sjopping here but have moved on to other stores who keep up on inventory

Not happy with this place lately. Service could be better and online delivery is terrible.

First let me say the staff are amazing and go above and beyond. But if you are door dash picking up you will wait over an hour half the time if its not a super early pick up. And Im talking waiting on 10 items.... not 50 or something. Again the staff are amazing trying to accommodate everyone and deal with rude customers all day.

Had a pick up and it was not ready and NO ONE WOULD ANSWER (all departments) when trying to call. After about 20 minutes. Some from CS answered just to to hang up on me before I could say a word.

This place blows. Yeah its walmart but theres almost no staff. Look at this line for self checkout.
