They are the best. Theyre accurate, fast and the staff is so kind. Ive never had a complaint.

I have a prescription that I need daily. I give them a week to refill it. Once they couldnt find my prescription, that I handed them. They finally found it. Then it takes them over a week to get my meds in stock. If I need them monthly, why dont they keep them on hand? I have to go without medication because of walmart. I do not recommend this pharmacy. The staff always has to put me on hold to ask a pharmacist. I have gone a few week without my medication, 2 months in a row.

Appointments will be completely disregarded here. Show up and the entirety of the store will be helped before yourself.

It pains me to leave a good review for the evil Walmart (the Walton family is worth over $100 billion and they have that because of employees working at their stores making $9hr) but I digress.So this review is strictly about the employees at the Gurnee Walmart Pharmacy and not Walmart as a corporation.For years I’ve gone to the Gurnee Walmart pharmacy and have always been greeted quickly and respectfully and observed other customers being treated well too.All interactions as far as getting my calls answered and the pharmacy calling my doctor for refills and any other functions by the employees at the pharmacy has been excellent.I believe the manager is named Yana and she’s always been very good to me.

I had a concern with the pharmacist manager, Yana Nodelman, I addressed with the, Better Business Bureau, which she failed to respond to.
