Great work! Even better customer service! I lost contact with my screen printer guy so i decided to try embroidering instead. They blew it out of the water. I cant be happier! I cant wait to make my smock,capes,and Polos. They made a new client today. I added a picture of there work. Judge for yourself but i highly recommend them for there great work, attention to detail, customer service,and all around great experience.

Went in today for last minute Christmas shopping regardless of how busy they where today they where still able to get my order done! They are quick and great quality!!

Very poor customer etiquette and greedy business tactic. The guy failed to call me when the order was ready and two days prior to Fathers day(main occasion I placed orders) he completely screwed up two of my kids T shirts. He was able to fix them, but I later noticed that my husbands T shirt had an important word missing. When I called him desperately to fix it, he was dismissive and did not take ownership for his mistakes. He agreed to refund me for one t shirt, only if I returned the t shirt back to him. What kind of a refund is that? He is a cheap man with poor PR skills. I do not recommend his service.

Neat idea, horrible customer service. I called looking for answers to some basic questions and hung up the phone knowing nothing new. The man was rude, acting as if he was doing me a favor by answering the phone.
