Amazing customer service! Lupe drove me to the storage space, and after talking with me, found space of the same size, but with easier loading and unloading arrangements, at a nearby Extra Space. She then set us up at the new location, including the entry code, a facility map, and all paperwork. Extremely helpful.

Highly recommend. We were offered a move in special for 1 month free. We were relocating and waiting to close on our home. Unfortunately we were a few days past the month we anticipated. Asia generously prorated the days to only reflect our usage which saved is a few hundred bucks! We didn’t even ask. Would definitely book if I ever need storage again.The entire experience was pleasant from inquiry to move out. They were very responsive and the facility is very clean and well maintained.

It was so easy to sign up! It took us 10 minutes on line and we immediately got a human call thanking us for our business! The building is completely automated so it’s super easy to navigate. The building is well lit, clean and odorless. I completely recommend!

So far, so great. Called kind of in a crunch and Zoe was so friendly and kind and was able to help me get a unit over the phone. I signed everything through a Docusign sent to my email, got there that evening and loaded things in. Its secure and clean. It is a bit warmer and humid on the upper floor so I was glad to have Damprid handy. They have good rates which Im grateful for. Of the three times ive had a storage unit, this company has been the easiest to set up with and the best rate. I very much appreciated the easy and warmly professional and caring experience i had getting signed up and the quality and convenience of the facility.

I had my rating at a 5 star but I changed my mind to a 4 after looking at the agreement. Me and my boyfriend were promised not to pay anything and have a whole month free But we did and paid about 10 more bucks at this storage than the storage we were going to go too. We came back the same day and the elevator doesnt work and we got stuck and had to go down a few blocks to another elevator. The storage is a maze but Overall the manager she was nice and the place is convenient.

5 stars for sure! Every step of the way...from quote...to registration and sign in....to check out...was great. Prices are totally reasonable. We used this location for about 4 months, and it was quick and easy. Our items in storage were safe, we never experienced any potential problems like weather damage or problems with vermin. It was like having everything stored in a closet in in our own home. We know we will need a temporary storage solution again in the future, and we will certainly return here.

Great location clean facility and friendly staff and the unit very spacious but be aware that they do increase your rate every three to five months.

My 5x5 size unit is perfect for me and there was even enough room for more.This facility in Gurnee is clean, secure and you can feel assured that your belongings will be safe, plus you have access to them at anytime. The location manager (Marcy) provided excellent customer service particularly as I was unsure of the size of the storage unit I needed. Marcy was very patient as I needed to upgrade the size of my unit three times. Despite the chaos of her office space remodel, Marcy always sustained a very upbeat and customer friendly perspective. She is always ready to assist you with your storage needs and always pleasant to deal with.

Easy access to storage and the front office staff was always very friendly and accommodating! So glad they had temperature controlled units available too as I had stored most of a 2 bedroom apartment for a little over a year.

Kept nice and clean. However they are receiving 3 stars because they keep upping the price for my 5x5 unit. My last payment was $60 for a 5x5. Moved to CubeSmart which is $35 for 5x10 with guaranteed price for a year.

Candice did a great job setting up my unit. It was easy and painless. Im glad I was able to work with her.
