What you would expect from a storage / U-Haul rental facility and it all seems to work fine. I dont give five stars unless things are perfect so... The one star deduction is for minor things that nobody cares about but me.

20 bucks! To rent a truck. Excellent deal. I always saw the trucks but never thought to rent before. I could have saved tons odmf money moving large things small distances!

This place is great. New, well run, helpful staff. I rented and shipped a U-box. Fast and efficient. In and out with trailer hooked up in under 10 minutes. Never had a better U-Haul experience.

Tried to do a return here, would cost me an additional $350. Tech opened up Uhual looked inside. Told me the fee, I drove off. TECH left back of uhual doors WIDE OPEN.Cars are honking / flashing lights, telling me, the back is open.Being disabled I was unable to get off vehicle to close the back Uhual...Not too pleased!Cordially,Un-happy uhual customer

I rented two U-BOX last June 2019 to transport my things from Illinois to Washington State. The Manager and two other staff were very helpful in U-Haul Grand Avenue, Gurnee Illinois. They explained everything and you can feel that they are really willing to help. They gave me a lot of options to choose from. I can only remember one name which is Steve, but the three guys were great. I already received my boxes and everything is okay. I only paid around $1,800 which is cheap compared to other company. I was able to bring almost all my stuff and we live in a two bedroom apartment. I will surely recommend this branch.

Uhaul Gurnee installed a hitch on my Range Rover. Carl the manager was really great. Installation was excellent and I would recommend this Uhaul to anybody. The prices were pretty good too.

Carl, Steve, Conner are great guys. Totally flexible to my changes in schedule. Truck I reserved was right out front when I pulled up. Super service with a smile.

Went to pick up a truck and hours show open till 7pm and it was 6:55pm and doors were already locked. How are you to pick up a reservation if the business decides to close early?
