Website sent a QR code for site to print a label. They couldnt scan the code from my phone. I had to have the email sent to them in order for them to print the label. So much for convenience. The website should not offer that option in lieu of printing of they cant print from the photo that the website tells you to do. FedEx has become very hard to use.

They couldn’t give an answer for an extra handling fee question for all packages, was it 3.95, 4.95 or 16$ or none? I was transferred 3 times & they were so confused. I think I understood more about Fedex than they did!

Terrible service and super expensive. Save yourself the trip and save your money and go across the street to Office Max, they were super helpful and affordable. And I’m owed money STILL and I ended up actually getting zero services or products. Thankfully!
Liz is the absolute best! I am a busy realtor and often use this location to print my flyers. Everyone is absolutely wonderful but I must say Liz always goes above and beyond in any way. I know when I send my files over, I can count on them.

I brought in a package on the morning of March 1, 2020 to this Fedex store which I wanted to ship to California. The package contained a musical instrument, which I wanted to insure for $750. In the interest of making sure the package would survive its shipping, I spent an hour and a half reinforcing the box with expensive strapping tape.When I told the Fedex clerk that I wanted to insure the package for $750, she informed me that I had to open the package, so that she could verify its value. I have shipped many valuable musical instruments via USPS and UPS, and I have NEVER been required to open a package for the carrier. I asked the Fedex clerk if she was prepared to re-tape my package, at Fedexs expense, since the package would in effect have to be dismantled to examine its contents. She informed me that I would have to re-assemble and re-tape the package, at my expense.Needless to say, I decided not to ship my package with Fedex, but to instead ship it with a more reputable carrier as I have in the past.
I came in to purchase some shipping boxes and I was trying to figure out what sizes would work best the girl had a list in front of her but told me I was not allowed to see the sizes that they had she told me I could go online. I went online and asked her where online I could see the sizes she told me She didn’t know so I asked why I could not see the list of sizes that she had in her hand and she replied it was her personal list. How is someone supposed to buy boxes if they won’t tell you the sizes they have. She was absolutely useless I will definitely never come back here.
Ive been to this location may times for shipping purposes and consistently had excellent service. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. I recommend them for your shipping needs.
Terrible service, trying to do too many things at once and frustrating everyone. Then they printed the wrong size and didnt want to refund the difference. As if that wasnt enough the large format printer was painfully slow! This was more than just a bad day...I got the feeling it was like this most of the time. Running the store is way over their ability and they needed help.
My man Greg did a phenomenal job taking care of me he tried his hardest to get the print that I needed as close as possible he went above and beyond I will definitely recommend him to anyone and definitely will continue to go there
5 employees were in the store. One asked, how she can help me. Then left to back room. Noone else seemed to care.All I wanted to print out document I sent them via email. 10 minutes later noone wanted to check their store email. Left with nothing.
Visited the place to give my new XBOX to send to EBAY Valet. One guy in the front desk was so rude that he denied to accept the order. I was even in phone with EBAY requesting him to atleast talk to him (EBAY Customer Care) but being so rude he did not even attended the call. I believe FEDEX should concentrate on hiring a skilled staff who needs how to behave with customer. I agree work pressure now a days are killing everyone and expenses are sky rocketing but that does not mean that customers are due responsible for such events. FEDEX please give proper training to employees to know how to handle pressure or please hire full time employees by giving the right salary so that they do not behave like a mad .
Great customer service by Assistant Manager Dave. I used to avoid this location, but seems like customer service is getting better.
Needed help printing a gift. When I asked for help the employee was rude and seemed careless. I would recommend steering clear of this store!
Robert was FABULOUS! His customer service was outstanding...he really listened to my needs and offered different avenues of solutions of services that I didnt even know are available.

Fedex office tends to be very spotty so when I find a good one I like to spread the word. These folks handled a last min print order from out if town. I got personal email conf before they were even open! Thx Donna. Efficient friendly true pros
Do not recommend this place at all!!!! called before I got there to make sure I could print what I needed and I was told I could. So when I got there the computer wouldnt allow me to print it of course!! They still charged me and they were rude. The employees are not helpful at all, they dont care about the customers, just money.
I drop off packages here often. Its a convenient location in Gurnee and I never had any issues.
Extremely rude and unprofeccional ppl works there. Especially that old woman. Ive spent whole bloody roll of duck tape on my parcel. They have decided to check the content after all and cut everything. In the end they refuse to take it and when I ask to give me refund for all tape they ruined, they simply refuse. No problem, Ill take my business to UPS

This place needs more staff. Just a suggestion. I waited a while to pick up my package and the only 2 staff members in the location were busy. However, they didnt lose my package, so I guess they did what they were supposed to do.

Waste of time. Workstation, Printer and scanner used in the self service section were worst.Scanner was not working. If we try to print 10 sheets only 3 sheets were getting printed.
