Not only were they incredibly kind and helpful over the phone but when I came in store they greeted me with a (masked) smile and made my short visit 100% worth my time. Needed a Notorary. Made a mistake on the paperwork. They were gracious enough for me to send it to them. They printed it out again. All inexpensively. Great place.

After leaving, the employee called me back to tell me she’d found a less expensive shipping method- saving me 50% of the cost!!I am so impressed that she took the time AFTER I LEFT to find a cheaper option.She re-processed my credit card over the phone and refunded the difference.Best customer service experience!!!

Really the best. Everytime I go in there to ship something/return they let me print out the shipping label, they tape up the box and are so friendly and ready to help. The Shipping Point has been my absolute first and only choice when it comes to shipping packages or having copies made. Service there is friendly, professional, and always given with a smile. It feels great to know that my packages are going to be handled with care and get to where they are supposed to go the first time around. Copies are always crisp, clear, and (happily for us copy-machine breakers of the world) handled by the knowledgeable staff. I love these guys!!! I bring in my packages after work. I dont have to fill out little forms every time I want to FedEX something. They keep my information and all of my recipients in their computer. The always give me the cheapest price of any of the carriers. They email the tracking numbers automatically!!! Better than Kinkos and especially better than the post office, which is never open.

I established a relationship with this amazing family run small business coming up on 10 years! Whenever I get to the Shipping Point thats my favorite errand because I get to drop a few things off that Ive finished on my to-due list and more so because Im always greeted with a smile and addressed by first name NO MATTER how busy they are! Even when they are busy, I never waited long nor have I EVER ONCE SEEN the outstanding staff look frazzled or overwhelmed, not even on December 24th! After 10 years of the most outstanding client service and efficiency in what they do best, I cant think of any other business that is more deserving then The Shipping Point of Gurnee, IL!
