We reached out to SecurCare Self Storage at the end of March to lease an enclosed storage space for our travel trailer. We were told everything would be available and ready for us May 1st. We turn in a 30 day notice with our current facility on April 1st in order to move our trailer closer to where we now live.Call today to ensure that everything is ready for us to move, only to be told oops, sorry, we dont have a space for you. They didnt feel it important enough to call and give us any sort of advanced notice. Of course, our current space is now also leased, so we have no storage facility for our trailer. We would have been better off just leaving our trailer where it was vs having absolutely NO WHERE TO STORE IT thanks to the inability of SecurCare to effectively communicate that they could no longer offer what they said they could offer.{INCREDIBLY} disappointed. Their only solution? They could just stick us outside. Uh, if we wanted an outside storage option, we would have asked for one in the first place.

I wasnt notified of this new monthly rate. Why you going to raise it, then not answer the phones to explain? 3 stars for security, not professionalism. Edit: Finally reached a person who said after answering phone Im with a customer, can I call you back at this number? 2 days later and still no reply. Lowering your review to 2 stars for professionalism. Will try again tomorrow. 3rd attempt should work. Edit: finally got things taken care of. Long time renters WILL pay extra for their longevity. They tried to notify.

Everything was perfect until the new owners took over, rates stayed the same for 2 months now they’ve jacked up the prices, also there is not 24 hour access, wasted my whole morning because I needed something out of my storage unit for work and was denied access invalid time and this was at 5:30 am

I have stored here for over 7 years. Whenever I visit, everything is clean. If I need assistance, the staff treats me like family. I highly recommend using this facility!

Exceptionally clean and well maintained. 40 security cameras monitoring so you be assured you property is safe. We just recently moved our travel trailer from another location because it was too tight maneuvering it back-in. This place has more room and we opted for covered storage. Well worth the money in the Oklahoma sun and occasional snow and large hail we can receive here. Convenient access to Interstate-35.

Amazingly professional, best cleanliness of any storage facility Ive seen. Each unit is cleaned out after every tenant has vacated. The lots are free of litter most of the time and when there is, the staff is right on it. The office lady is wonderfully nice.

We currently have a trailer stored here. We had concerns about an attempt of someone trying to gain access inside of it. Sent emails and attempted to phone during regular business hours and at least two weeks later, no one has contacted us. Currently looking for another location to store our trailer.
