Let me start off by saying Julio (the owner) is amazing. Not only does he personally update you on your vehicle, but he’s very precise in the time of completion. I owned the car for a month and got a scratch on the hood of the car and was very picky on who I wanted to work on it. Given the paint required 3 stages, I did extensive research on body shops and the quality of work done at those places. It’s not easy to perfectly match colors even when you have the specifications of the colors. Luckily I found Julio and his amazing employees. Below is the before and after pictures of the work done. They did a magnificent job and it looks like it a came right of the assembly line. On top of the excellent work done, the cost was very friendly as I paid put of pocket and not via insurance. For any future paint jobs, I will only go to community auto body and see Julio. I highly recommend this body shop, you won’t be disappointed.

I came here to get my bumper replaced after I got rear ended. I brought my car in to get an estimate and Julio walked me through on the next steps. Throughout the whole replacement process, Julio kept me up to date and sent me pictures of my car while the bumper was being replaced. He also informed me that the car would need to be in the shop one more day than anticipated. He explained why and I appreciated that. All in all, definitely recommend for anyone looking for a trustworthy, friendly, body shop. Thank Julio!

Disclaimer: Review is about customer service, not quality of work.Came to get a quote, they took down my information, took pictures and told me that I would get it later that night. Odd, but okay....Didnt get the quote, and called the next morning. I was told that they didnt get to it. I asked when I could get it and they said hopefully that night. I told them I needed to get a quote so I could decide where to take my car, and they told me Were really busy, no appointments until 2 weeks out, sorry but I have to prioritize the cars in the shop, over giving out quotes.For reference I went to three other shops in the area and got a printed quote within 5 minutes.

Was sent here by my insurance for some repairs. The entire process was a nightmare, they are 100% in it for the insurance company and NOT the consumer. They did not fix everything period, I had to go to 2 more places to get all repairs completed and had to deal with the hassle with insurance company. Got the run around numerous times on various promises and the quality of work is well below expectations. To boot, they have me leave with my tire PSI at 20, refer to attached, like what kind of shop lets a car leave with basically a flat tire? Avoid this place at all costs!

Not sure why this place is rated so high, the service is lousy and the people who run the place are riddled with lies. The area is too congested and they only do what is in best interest of the insurance and NOT you. Took 3 weeks for basic fender bender repairs to get done, they pack cars in here like airlines do passengers. This place gets my lowest recommendation, if I could give it a 0 I would.

I’ve used them many times over the years and Julio is a nice guy, but I’m finding a lack of attention to detail, (I had panels that did not line up perfectly on my previous visit) and I have experienced cutting of corners in favor of the insurance company (Allstate) the last couple visits. There was a big chunk that was missing from the grill that was clearly part of the front end collision but he refused to order the new grill because it would add $500 to the claim. He def does not support his customer and will cut corners to save the insurance company money. I probably won’t go to him again. I also find that surveys from Allstate on customer satisfaction were not sent after these incidents which keeps his ratings artificially high.

Brought my car in here for some body work. You will be greeted well, however, once you walk out and leave your car with them, all the promises made on day 1, for purposes of closing the deal, let it be timing, quality of work etc are not met I was quite dissatisfied with workmanship and the time it took the car to be repaired. I would not recommend this place to anyone, its no better than a chop shop in Tijuana. Amazes me how this place is in business and the operators get away with horrid workmanship. Read the reviews, they are rigged, no one writes reviews like this unless they were: 1) paid 2) know the operators well. Its a shame, my uncle used to go this shop decades ago, and the place has since gone downhill since the business was exchanged hands between the original owner and his son. New owner has taken the word community right out of the name and its more reflective of Crooked Auto Body. To the owner, you need not respond, you have no excuse whatsoever.

Community did a great job on my Toyota Camry. Somebody dinged my then brand new Toyota Camry. Community kept me up to date on the repairs and was done when they said that they would be. Julio Sanchez listened to everything I had to say and seemed like a top notch guy. I typically dont like to mention peoples names in these posts but its Julios shop and Im always somewhat skeptical of car repair people. Not in this case though.

This is a well run shop that performs quality work. Julio was great, communicating frequently as my repair progressed. I would recommend Community Auto Body to anyone.
