They NEVER sell you parts and service you dont need.They always want to install good quality parts with a warranty. I was trying to get the price down on my repair and they really did not want to put cheap parts on my car, because the warranty is almost non existant. Only if you plead do they ever even consider installing cheap parts.The one bad review on here, I can guarantee, is because they asked for cheaper parts. Not fair for someone who had nothing to do with the repair is posting a review. They are the best in town and in Hudson County! I highly recommend going to them. Because they are so good, they have a lot of traffic and you can wait a bit to get your car looked at. If you ask me, its WELL WORTH IT.

They played my wives cousin and sold her some cheap parts. Thats fine, but when the issue came back they said there was no type of warranty and would not refund or replace the part.

My engine light was on for few days back few months ago. The guy working there examined my engine electronic box and found the problem (which was not serious) for free. The second time I had two problems with my car, they examined my car, they gave me price quote and everything looked clear and professional to me. They usually charge you for examination if you dont fix the problems there, no need to say they dont otherwise. I fixed one of the two problems which was more urgent and also less expensive and they accepted the situation. At the end, they also tested my brakes and recommended the time for disk replacement. I was happy with their service as my first car service experience.

I have been here for a few issues, each time a pleasure. I went in today to have 2 radiator hoses replaced and was quoted at 225 from another mechanic. My bill came out to 130ish. Honest and reliable.

Gave my grandmother a broken car, for $5,000 in reality in car Fox it, shouldn’t even be sold it is not qualified in New Jersey law lied about the car miles and the car condition was dangerous has we were told in Honda. The car was worth $200.00 don’t get fouled by these people, nasty people almost got my whole family killed!!!!!

There were recommended to me by neighbor, Silmar listened to his customers, drove my car, checked out my car and told me exactly what was wrong with my brakes, I had my car back in less than 24 hours, he showed me my old parts, his prices are very reasonable, he cares about his customers, he made sure my car was ready to drive even down to the air pressure in my tires. His shop is nice and clean. Silmar, his staff and his secretary Julian are so nice. Anyone looking for an honest mechanic and great service should come here, this was my first time having my car worked on and it wont be my last. Gracias Silmar y Julian.

This is a really great shop. A+ experience. Fast, friendly, hard-working. No attitude and no feeling like they will screw you over. Ive had my share of terrible experiences at shops in NY/NJ. I come to these guys now for everything- oil change, A/C charge, differential fluid, brakes, etc. They have a small waiting room you can use, or just walk a few blocks north to Las Chicas bakery for free wifi and incredible breakfast.

U have to make sure thar u let them know before hand what u need, the owners R very nice decent people, but they start to change parts without even asking and when u come to it and get to pick ur vehicle u end up spending WAY MORE that u anticipated, so if anyone is planning to come hrre make sure that u explain what its that u want and how much u willing to expend

My family and I have been bringing our cars to Master Auto Center for years and counting. When you have four cars, between the years of 2000-2008, it is inevitable that there will be multiple issues going on. We have NEVER encountered any mechanical or dishonest situations with either Cilmar or his team. You name the problem and they have done it all to make sure it was fixed. Prices are exceptional as well as the service. We have never returned to fix the same situation on any cars except for an oil change (an obvious occurrence of own cars). We continue to go back to Master Auto Center because we feel the utmost pleasure of having someone as respectful, honest, and experienced as Cilmar taking care of our babies (because our cars are what help the family bring food to the table at the end of the day) Nevertheless we are grateful to have this facility available to us.
