I have been coming to this shop for the last 8years. It has been terrific experience. Unfortunately I just found out that the mechanic shop changed the ownership. And the new ownership held my car for two days and missed their promises two times. I’ve wasted lotta time with them. I will not use this place anymore. Very unprofessional. Be aware

Ive been going to this shop for a while but this time was a full doubt that I will not be going back! Bad service due to the workers not telling the truth. Told them I wanted my shocks and struts rebuilt, instead they put a new pre set shock and struts which totally does not match my other lowering spring. Took my car the next day which they promised to rebuilt them and still lied and I had to wait there to watch it for my self to make sure that they do the job. In conclusion, I paid the total in full and they dont even bother to test ride my car to see if everything is fine. I drove it back home and finally gave up and will never going back again. Will never recommend this place ever.

They are good, you just have to bee on top of them and looking if they are doing what they tell you, the price was reasonable for what they did to my car, they did an evaluation, I was there when they did it. Dont be afraid to ask questions that is why you are paying.

DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP. HE WAS REFERRED BY AN EMPLOYEE AT AUTO ZONE WHERE I BOUGHT THE BRAKES. I TOOK MY CAR IN ON SUNDAY MORNING BEFORE CHRISTMAS. THE OWNER CHARGED ME $100.00. THE BRAKES SHRIEK. I RETURN 1 WEEK LATER. THE MECHANIC RIDES WITH ME. TELLS ME THEY HAVE TO ADJUST. WELL I RETURNED TODAY BECAUSE ITS BEEN ALMOST 2 MONTHS STILL SHRIEKING. TELLS ME I SHOULD HAVE GONE TO AUTO ZONE. I TOLD HIM HE RIPPED ME OFF. BAD BUSINESS MAN.

The staff is not trained since they do not have their titles and much less are they responsible for their work the owner much less I do not recommend that workshop I did an oil change and I left with my damaged car since they did not put the oil and when I complained to the The owner told me to claim his worker who did not have his legal documents to work as a Mechanic and much less his work permit as required by law the owner named Juan Carlos chains was taken to court I do not recommend that business they are not reliable

They sold me a car that was useless

I went with the purpose of changing the oil and they took out the one of the Tramission leaving it dry and for that reason it was damaged the owner did not want to answer and his answer was to claim the employee I do not recommend that workshop

I changed the oil in my car here and the next day I noticed that my car was leaking oil and I took it to them and they did not want to attend to me 😡👎🏼
