My phone was involved in a farming accident (fell out of my pocket and got ran over.) I went in the next morning and got a great deal on a new phone. They are always helpful and friendly!

Cell service is fantastic everywhere I travel, in the 6 years I have had TV service, I have never once had a service interruption. Internet is fast and reliable. The products are up to date with everyone else. Now the employees, they really go above and beyond. Whether you are purchasing new service, have a question on existing service or are getting your computer fixed, you will always be met with outstanding customer service. Thank you PTCI.

This company has been screwing my parents over for years! They hired a 3rd party to make their Android phones say they were on 4G when they couldnt meet their launch date. I had to call and show proof that they were not on 4G speeds and they just issued a refund but no apology. Their own CEO gave up on the company but hes back! They have threatened to sue all the employees that went to Verizon to stay quiet, and the list goes on. Claim to be local and help but I have never gone in there and not seen a new employee. They claim to be a public company but never addressed to the public that they were not up to 4G standards, they just covered it up. Where is the outrage over this? I know my parents were getting charged like they were on 4G. They simply offer free phones to keep customers quiet. Now they refuse to unlock my parents phones to go to another carrier.

The internet sucks, ive been paying for 50mbps but ive never once gotten over 6mbps, the internet keeps on shutting off everyday. Like right now the router shows no service. Its bull that im paying for my phone and internet but over half the time its off

Good service. You have to wait a bit to be atended, but nothing out of comprehension

Cell service in town is average if that. Wifi works about two hours of the day. Im on the Internet the same amount I was with Verizon but I somehow use three times as much data with ptci. Their wifi is terrible so you are forced to use data which adds to the insane amount of data they say you use.

Staff didnt really seem to know what they are doing lack of in house communication other than that nice people

My room mate had the internet hooked up just a moth ago and now there is not a good conection my laptop tells me whats up with that?
