They are so amazing, love dealing with them all.

I went inside to ask a question and the guy was working with a couple, he looked at me, didnt say anything to me like Ill be with you in a minute, acknowledge my existence, nothing. So I walked out and he lost a potential client. At least acknowledge when someone walks in the door man. Bad customer service. Sorry not sorry.

Had to upgrade my phone, called and spoke with Luis, he set me up an appointment, went in got a new phone. The whole thing was quick, easy, and painless! Thanks Luis. Plus, the price was far and away cheaper than Liberal Verizon, by at least $100.

Great Customer Experience

Poor work quality from technicians and owner very rarely knows his own products and services. Will try to make outrageous promises and deals that arent possible to uphold.Surprised hes still in business from how he runs his shop to be honest. The companiies easily offer a much better alternative by letting their technicians and sales associates help you instead of this place. Shop at your own risk...

Ordered phones and received wrong phones in the mail. Had to order replacement phone and received the wrong phone. So therefore had to wait over a week the first order and a few days longer than supposed to be for replacement phone.
