I am very disappointed with the service we received at this store today. We put in an order online on September 11, 2021 and clearly put we wanted in store pick up at 9am for September 13, 2021, we got to the store around 9:40 and nothing was ready, they hadnt even started our request. The flower lady started the funeral arrangement we had ordered and she used the ugliest, dryest, and the flowers that were about to die. We showed the store manager the email confirmation and details where it said in store pick up at 9am and mentioned the mass started at 10 and we didnt get the arrangement till around 10:20. By the time we got to the mas it was almost over. For the 110 dollars we payed we got a very bad customer service and an even worse flower arrangement. Truly very very disappointed.

I called in from Oklahoma City to order flowers for my wife who works in Guymon. I told them the colors that she liked and they did the rest. They did a fantastic job and I would trust them to do it again.

Placed a long-distance order for a get-well bouquet that could be “placed in a vase”. My friend received a couple of cut foxglove tips and some over-ripe roses arranged in a tray with some greenery. Not impressed.

Went and picked up some pre made flowers and get a gift and they did an AMAZING job! The flowers were fresh and not fake and they wrapped the gift for me!

The ladies were very nice and the roses were good but its way over priced for what I got. One dozen roses coast $75.56 with a $12 delivery charge to go 15 miles to Goodell and all it was, was a basic vase with way to much green crap and the roses. I could have done that myself for $35 and gave a buddy $10 and saved almost $45. Ive had a lot of flowers delivered through the years and that was over priced with a grand total of $87.56

Terribly disappointed! I ordered a funeral spray for a graveside service. It was pitiful! I had to call in the order since I was coming in from out of state the day of the service. When I first saw the arrangement I thought maybe a friend or another family member had sent it. Then when I read the card and realized it was the spray I ordered, I was shocked! At the church memorial service I had a spray that had four times as many flowers and was five times larger for the same amount of money Golden Crown charged!!! Total rip off!!
