Bagels are fresh staff is friendly . Prices dont match the menu online though by a lot over $4. 10.95 online 14.10 actual.The bag they put the bagels in is not a normal bag for bagels is a paper carry bag so your bagels are going to collect dust / whateverLooked clean and well kept. If the prices matched and they used 2 bags they could probably be a 5 star rating from me

Bagels are delicious here. However staff is rude and impolite to customers.... particularly the ladies. In the 8 months Ive been going there no one has every mentioned to me a 5 dollar minimum for credit cards and today that my husband went and got me a bagel they decided to tell him that and charged 5.00 for a 1.75 bagel. My husband forgot his mask at home but still had a face covering and maintained social distance. I called to speak with the manager and explained that even if he wasnt wearing a mask but still had a face covering didnt mean he could upcharge something I was purchasing before with no problem. The woman behind the counter then proceeded to lie to me once I went to the store saying my husband was being rude and upset and stormed out of the store. This woman is always rude to customers and honestly people walk in there all the time without masks...dont social distance...and dont follow the instructions of only 4 people allowed in the store and to use gloves or hand sanitizer when opening the fridge. Im disappointed in the service as I have worked as a customer service employee. They should really consider hiring new staff or having a serious talk with these women that work there. Manger also told me he didnt have time to argue with me about the problem....told me he was too busy. When I went there he was no where to be found and staff werent busy.

How are you open until 4 pm but at 130pm you’re already washing the grill and only serving cold sandwiches. I was told if I was a cold sandwich instead of cooking on the grill!

All the ladies are extremely rude and NEVER get your order right - no matter how many times you repeat it because they refuse to write it down. Been down hill ever since the previous owner left. Save yourself the aggravation and go somewhere else. 🗑

Good service. 80% satisfied with food. Occasionally I throw the food out tho. Dont order things that seem interesting or out of the norm for a bagel shop thats all.

Nice family-run bagel place has fair-priced meals good omelettesalso make sandwiches ready to go fresh bagels they also like to donate to local businesses give them a try your deathly wont be disappointed they have a wide variety of drinks good coffee and nice seats

Great services and bagels. They usually asked in details how you want them to prepare your foods. Most to people went there every morning are long time customers. Go to try them.

Horrible Staff usually attend u with nasty attitude. Plus they rip u off, I ordered a Cheese omelette that comes with Home Fries and toast, and for my luck they didn’t give me my toast 👎👎👎

The food is just okay. They are overpriced, for not reason. $8 for a turkey bacon egg & cheese on a roll and small fries. They charge extra for EVERYTHING. Absolutely ridiculous. I will not be ordering from here again.
