Terrible store. They let people in by one person at a time. This is insane. Do not go there or be prepared to stay in a line for 2-3 hours.

Great store and outstanding sales assistant. We just went in to look around. We love a contemporary style which is hard to find in NJ...The assistant store manager Markus approached us and even though we told him that there is no interest in anything specific he went out of his way to demonstrate how to combine a minimalistic series with different items to achieve a very stylish contemporary table display. When left with a quote on all items and did not feel any sales pressure. This store is highly recommended. We would definitely come back.

Highly recommend against ever buying anything from Villeroy & Boch. My husband and I thought we were cutting out the middle man by ordering directly from the Jersey distributor. Bad idea. We had to return a few plates because we over-ordered. Weve been waiting FOUR months for a refund. Multiple phone calls and emails have gotten us no where. How does a company in this day-and-age not give a refund for a product that has been returned according to their refund policy? Unacceptable. Im at the point where every time I eat dinner and look at the plates, I get annoyed at Villeroy & Boch.

Beautiful colorful tableware from Germany. The colors and patterns are absolutely gorgeous. The staff is friendly and eager to help, but low key so you dont feel pressured. The store, while not large, is artfully laid out and has a lot of selections.

Ive been here a few times. I especially love the New Wave and Urban Nature lines. Michelle is always so nice and patient, I believe she mentioned shes the store manager. Needless to say, the products are top quality.

I didnt think that the expert craftsmanship and utility of the dinnerware at Villery & Boch could be surpassed until I went into the store in Hackensack and had the pleasure of working with Marcus and Michelle. They listened to my needs and made excellent recommendations. Both were thoughtful, realistic, and professional in their recommendations. They made the experience fun. Villery & Boch is now my go-to store for tableware.
