The store and staff itself is fine. The pharmacy has been an issue, however.I made my mother an appointment for her 2nd Covid vaccine. My mom has mobility issues and heart issues, which makes it extremely difficult for her to get around. She had to walk to the back of the store to the pharmacy area; for healthy people, this isnt an issue. For her, it was like running a mile. I go to check her in, and the girl behind the counter then tells me that they had to cancel all the vaccine appointments today because their system to log the vaccines was down, and this has been happening a lot. She asks the other woman if she called everyone to let them know, and she claims she did.I had not ONE person call me or leave a message to tell me that my mothers appointment was canceled. My poor mother then had to walk all the way back to our car, which caused her extreme pain and being out of breath.This is not the first time Ive had issues with this pharmacy, but this is the last straw. Their negligence put my moms health at stake. When this was Rite Aid, we NEVER had issues with getting prescriptions filled or anything. With Walgreens, my mom STILL has medication waiting for pharmacists review from over a month ago and theres always a long wait because theyre very understaffed (seems like people call out a lot).Get it together, Walgreens. Youre not the only pharmacy in the area.

This place used to be so nice and had great staff.

The Walgreen staff in the store, are pleasant and agreeable; however the performance of the pharmacy is simply inadequate and extremely frustrating. Trying to get staff on the phone is like diving into a Kafkaesque hell. The wait times are often extraordinary. Im forced to use them because they are a preferred pharmacy of my insurance; but if I find an alternative, even a slightly more expensive one; Im moving on.

This pharmacy is the worst! I have been using this pharmacy for over 20 years when it was rite aid there were no problems. This staff here doesnt have a clue as to what they are doing. They always blaming the insurance company and nine times out of ten they have keyed something in wrong. This is crazy! You are a pharmacy and giving medication to people you need to pay more attention to details. The lines are always long. They barely answer the phone. They need new staff! Does anyone have the number to corporate??

All that I can say is this Pharmacy has gone downhill, since it became Walgreens! They have the worst CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! The wait lines are out control! Employees are understaffed (DISBURBING)!Walgreens is not meeting the employees NEEDS!So, the SICK or ILL are paying, the PRICE!WALGREEN ELITE (BILLIONAIRES & MILLIONAIRES)?FIX THIS!

Lady at the photo counter, had a serious attitude on a positive note my photo was printed. I see why it has 2.4 rating, this site needs new management, and retraining of staff.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!! SUSAN “manager” was extremely rude with my mother when she asked her the price check for an item, when she came back and asked for the price of another item she told her it was free as sarcasm, once she had all her items wrung up she said she couldn’t use the coupon she has even though it was still valid for use and told my mother how to learn English! When I asked for a manager she told me she was the manager and there was no problem and she wouldn’t get in trouble and to tell my mother to learn English.

I dont who the new person (pharmacist?) is in the pharmacy but he is extremely rude not only to customers but staff as well.

If I could give 0 stars I would!!!! I have an awful sinus infection in need of a nebulizer and I call to get my prescription transferred from cvs to this Walgreens. It’s been almost 2 hours and still nothing. The lady I spoke to told me I have to call the pharmacy to get it transferred and when I spoke to cvs they said Walgreens has to call them for legal reasons. I’m literally dying of how sick I am and the prescription still hasn’t been filled. Worst experience of my life with this Walgreens I never want to come back here again. The staff is lazy and incompetent as ever. Not to mention every time I’ve gone in here today there has been so many complaints. The staff is just so disgusting and dumb.

This is by far the absolute worst Walgreens I have ever been to!1. They NEVER answer their phones even if theyre not busy2. Their curbside pick up is a joke. They dont want to go outside and give you your order. They will make you wait and wait and wait. I called corporate hoping they could fix the situation but they couldnt get the store to answer their phone either. Then corporate hung up on me but when I called corporate a 2nd time, they gave me 20 dollars in rewards but I cant use it all in one shot which makes no sense.3. This store needs a new manager, ASAP. Nobody seems to understand the definition of customer service at this store!

I would highly recommend going to a different store or pharmacy. Extremely unpleasant experience at this store.

This location is very convenient. The store is always clean and theyre following social distancing guidelines. They always have great sales and the cashiers are always so nice. The pharmacy is usually pretty quick as well.

I came here to pick up a photo I ordered and suzana the manager had an awful attitude. The photo was not even printed after ordering 5 hours earlier and when she finally decided to print it out she cut it wrong on purpose and snapped her fingers at me. Can’t believe Walgreens has this lady as a manager.

Bad location with bad service. Walgreens now have fedex drop offs for packages. I was not allowed to drop off my packages because my package was too big. I think it was because they were lazy to put it in an appropriate spot. Had to drive to another Walgreens that was way better and bigger. Ive dropped off packages at 3 or 4 other Walgreens without any issues. avoid this small walgreens

The pharmacy is the worst, most of the time they are out of stock of meds Ive been using for years. Ive even been given the wrong meds. Was told one time that a med I was prescribed was not covered by my insurance and found out later that was not true. The staff is so bad most of the time I go right to the Pharmacist. Dont waste your time....I am going to another pharmacy....the only reason I gave it one star is because you cant post a review without a star!!

Waited almost 30 minutes for them to bring my curbside order. Nobody came! Called the store no answer. Waste! Just shop in store.

Ignorant staff that are unwilling to help customers. I requested help with finding a vitamin but the staff was unable to help me finding it. I had to go to CVS to learn that the vitamins are alphabetically sorted. Staff at walgreens could at least have told me this.

Bad experience with the cashier & the store Manmager Susan . I was return some staff in the start the cashier take too long and did wrong the return. Then call the Manager she giving very bad customer services with atitute and she was very rude and nasty with Me.She told me if you no liked take the things & go to another store.Im not recommended this store at Hackensack ( 123 Anderson st )From cero to ten.....I give cero.
