This Starbucks is great. The staff is polite and my orders are always made in a timely manner and to perfection, which is hard because I alter drinks slightly so a big thanks to the crew! 🧜‍♀️ ☕ 💛Brown sugar oat shaken espresso with vanilla sweet cream cold foam. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Slow extremely slow (slower than what is normal for your usual Starbucks). Always out of something. Drinks were OK but not worth the money charged.

There is always a line at this Starbucks, but it moves fairly quickly and the staff are so friendly and nice! If you see a long line, be patient because the service is worth it and the line moves quickly!

I love Starbucks the drinks are great and if something gets mixed up the are reasonable and figure out what they can do to fix it.

This Starbucks has always been my go to in this area. Staff are exemplary

I go to this location almost every morning and the employees are usually great. But the past few days the employees have not following my order. I have been asking for extra ice in my frappe however I have not been extra ice and it taste like a different favor then what I ordered.

Went in there for a bottled water... The Barista acted like a typical self absorbed millennial. Like they were doing me a favor.One star... If I wanted to be looked down on I would get back together with my ex wife.

Employees are usually friendly and nice. I go to this location almost every day and for a while now, employees dont follow the drink order. For example, I always ask for light ice, but they have been giving me a cup filled with ice and barely any drink in it. Also, they have admitted to saying certain items on the app are sold out when they really arent, so you cant pre-order what you want through the app. I dont understand what changed, but this location has gone beyond downhill.

I have been to this Starbucks several times and usually customer service is great, but this last time was NOT. I ordered for three people and got 5 drinks! The person taking the order was rough, and short with us even my daughter picked up on that. Then instead of them apologizing they just said I didnt take the order. Yes my money was refunded but as a customer being acknowledged and apologized to makes a huge difference.

My favorite place ever. I have been going to this same Starbucks for 5+ years and the crew has basically become family to me whenever I stop in. They have my usual order ready for me even before paying and the atmosphere is always fantastic. Love you guys. ❤️

Randi or something that works the drive through completely unfriendly and not willing to help figure out the app. Acted annoyed when asking questions about the app. Serious attitude worst customer service. This isn’t the first time she’s been this unpleasant.

Nice location. Employees are wonderful. When they have new hires, service at drive thru is usually slower.

Quick, friendly service. Order was correct. Despite there being a line, they didnt act rushed or stressed. This location has a drive thru, but we did not utilize it.

They’re friendly. Good coffee. But I’m always waiting for my mobile order longer than estimated and I don’t get a complicated order. What’s the point of ordering via mobile if I still have to wait? I would’ve been better off in the drive through.

This place is always clean and has friendly confident and competent service. I go here several times a week to make orders for the place I work at and they have never screwed up an order. That is something I appreciate so that I dont have to hear it for my coworkers. Again great store clean neat and the people are helpful

Excellent customer service

Service is five stars, fact coffee beans were roasted more than 10 days prior to grinding and brewing detracts by one star. Over priced pastries and no ketchup packets for breakfast sandwiches takes away another star. Great team at our local Starbucks.

I went into the store today, about an hour ago, and ordered my sister a drink. Not only did I have to repeatedly ask for a drink I already paid for, but I NEVER GOT IT. I asked them within the first ten minutes of ordering my drink to make it and they said it was coming right up. I waited for another HALF AN HOUR for my drink.I wouldnt be so angry if I didnt pay for it already. There is no need to go here, pay for over priced coffee, and then not receive the product.

They dont complain that im here working for hours. The air conditioning goes off randomly making it as cold as outside. Employees said it was corporate so make sure to bring a jacket in the winter!

Subpar in comparison to the typical Starbucks.The older woman behind the counter will stop the line and have a conversation with a guest before even taking his order, regardless of the fact that youre standing right there waiting for your vital blend of hot bean juice and non GMO cow lactation. Then no one will help her as she struggled up figure out the newfangled touchscreen technology computer system.10/10 would recommend.

Coffee was serviced warm & not hot! They did replace it with fresh coffee & served hot.

Went here today with my Mother, Daughter in law and My 2 yr old grandson. My grandson was excited when we were getting our drinks so he was talking loud. The guy that worked there named Brian told my daughter in law that he was being very loud. WHAT? There were 3 people in there and the music was loud. I was in shock! So is Starbucks a place for quiet time? If so then why the loud music? This was my first time at a Starbucks and my last! Ill stick to Dunkin.

Always had wonderful experiences at this location but lately the service has been slacking...had to wait longer than usual for my drink because the male barista was too busy making drink for himself and and a female barista...not sure if its new management but this location used to be on point and leaves much to be desired. Also, everytime I asked about certain coffee beans they seem not to have any real answers.

Since the remodel, not sure if they employed new people but slow would be an understatement!! If you have no where to go and time to kill, this is the Starbucks for you.
