I miss England so much was suppose to go but Covid hit ... this store is very nice the owner is usually there and is very thankful to all the customers. The prices can be high but its all specialty goods so understandable. I recommend a visit and for everyone try some English chocolate you will love it.

We love this store for the variety of products they have showcasing the UK. Have been here countless times and have never had any issues with the workers. Today I went to the store with my 2 kids and they each picked up a little plush toy. The gentleman in the store tells them not to touch anything as they have things that can break. That was a bit off-putting especially considering I was right behind them watching them and they werent touching the breakable items. Not the nicest service unfortunately.

I loved looking around this store, so much to see although I didnt buy anything this time. A lot of variety in the merchandise. Since cute original things here. You have to park on the street or in a metered lot so sometimes it can be difficult to park when theres an event going on like there was. Decent prices.

Never UPDATED the website came from cherry hill and they were under constructionOk no problem. Then the website says closes at 8pm we rushed over and they closed at 5. I feel this is irresponsible. Ill order my items off Amazon. So much for supporting local businesses.

It’s not fun leaving a bad review, but after a verbal altercation with the owner, I feel it is necessary. Maybe this will make you think twice before supporting a business with an owner that exhibits such immoral, and egotistical behavior. My mother’s birthday is tomorrow and she is British. My plan was to pick up my 6yr old daughter from school, go to the English Gardener to pick out a few things for her birthday, then grab our takeout pizza from the pizza place next door.I’m driving down King’s Highway and see a man get into a van in front of the English Gardener. I stop and put my blinker on to indicate that I am pulling into that spot after he leaves. The van pulls out and as I am getting ready to proceed with parallel parking, the owner of the English Gardener runs out and flags me down with some sort of hand motion. So, I stopped my car to see what he was doing, (perhaps he also wanted to pull out as well). He gets into his SUV and proceeds to pull his car forward into the spot that I was pulling into. I said to myself, “what is going on?!!” There were no other open spots so I had to back up and pull up behind his red SUV only to realize, it wasn’t even a spot, the curb is painted yellow. So he was parked illegally to begin with and saw an opportunity to run out of his store to take a spot that I had been waiting for, with proper blinker indication and everything.I had no other choice but to stay parked behind his SUV because there were no other spots. I get out of my car with my daughter and confronted him. His behavior was dismissive and filled with entitlement. Its public parking. He does not own metered parking spots. Its always first come, first serve. Everyone knows this. He really must think he is better than everyone else. What brazen behavior on his part.

Great location for English and Irish gifts and materials. Imported food as well (Cadbury from UK is much better than the ones found locally). You can purchase religious items as well, which is helpful for Godparents and for sacrament gifts.

Vastly overpriced with English groceries that are readily available online at half the price. The sales person knows nothing about England or the food beibg American. Im English and I wouldnt waste my time at this tourist trap. Even Wegmans sells some English groceries but not at prices this high. Ta-ta.

Vistited the location in Berlin great little shop. Colemans British Market 41 Clementon Road Berlin, NJ 08009 . The great thing about the shop is you can see all the products in person and learn about them. Bring home a taste of the world . A must try Pie Club steak and ale pie.The kids loved the chips very unique flavors. The Cadbury candy bars such as Curley,Flake and the star of the show Crunchie. Overall the experience was wonderful, the person working knew the products and suggested great items. Went there two times already.

My wife and I selected the Jaffe Cakes for purchase; the price sticker on the box was $8.95. When it was rung up at the register, the price was $11.95. The store staff did not honor the sticker price and insisted on charging us $11.95. This left a bad impression not only for my wife and me, but also the other customers waiting in line at the register.
