I came into the shop without an appointment. I had spoken with Adam the day before, who quoted me a great price for replacing two tires. The woman at the front, Deb, was polite and really worked hard to keep all of the customers pleased. She was extremely busy, but showed professionalism and empathy for everyone who walked in the door. I highly recommend this shop for the professionalism showed by Deb and Adam, as well as for the technicians who work so hard to keep the customers satisfied. Haines City Goodyear. Every single time.

Thank goodness they were the only ones who had my tire size. After driving to four places. The mechanic Damian was nice and knowledgeable to my sister and I. Goodyear is a pretty good place to go but get ready to come out of pocket for your auto repairs. For the work these mechanics put in it pays off.

Had a tire on my Porsche blister on a sidewall. Adam found a set of tires with the factory rating at about 50% of the dealer price. Literally searched the country, finally locating the tires in Colorado. Car drives as good as new. Thanks Adam and Barb for all your help.

I recently needed to find a good auto repair shop due to a quote for an AC issue on my wifes vehicle from another car care center near Disney where my wife works. They claimed her car needed freon so we had them replace the freon and put dye into the system so if it leaked they would know where it was leaking. The AC still didnt cool so she took the car back and was told it needed a compressor and new hose and more freon costing over $1,000.I called Goodyear and spoke with Adam to get a competitive quote but he said they didnt do quotes like that but if we would bring the car in they would assess the problem and let us know what the issue was and give a quote. We left the car with them and a couple hours later they called and told us there was no red dye in the system and after filling it with freon and putting it under pressure they couldnt find any issues. We were skeptical but paid a discounted price for the service and freon and crossed our fingers hoping the AC would continue blasting out cold air. A week later the AC was still working perfectly.The most important thing to take away from my experience is that Adam has integrity and you can trust what he tells you. I have now taken my vehicle to Adam for my 100,000 mile service work and am totally pleased with the work and the reasonable price. I give them the highest recommendation possible and am so happy to find an honest repair shop where I no longer have to worry that my wife and I will be ripped off when we need service on our vehicles.

Bought 4 good year wrangler at adventure owl Kevlar tires a year ago. Side wall on one leaked at 5000 miles. Adam and Barb are fantastic!!! There was a problem with getting the model tire I have. They take care of me every time I have something going on. Been living in winter haven for a year now and all car problems are to them. Got my tire fixed arrived at 8am for me out at 9:02am to get to work on time. 🥰

They’ve always been very good to me. Unlike certain local dealerships when they say they will call they actually do. Prices have always been fair and usually you can find a deal on what you need done. Also Barb is very quick, efficient and friendly.

Totally awesome people from Angel who registered me and followed up with my situation to the gal that cared for my vehicle to John who checked me out, so professional, knowledgeable, helpful and kind. The only issue, the wait! I had a tire that was losing air, no biggie, not a slow leak (thank god) prob from not driving. They actually checked all 4 tires for me, took care of stem and checked for rot, etc. So absolutely awesome and no they DID NOT charge me. Truthfully, for all that they did I expected to be charged something. So cool, definitely recommend and while you wait you can go have lunch at McDonalds or La Familia Mexican. My first visit to Goodyear in Haines city. They did a great job changing my oil and rotating my tires. Everyone was friendly and I was very comfortable waiting in their lobby watching tv while I waited. One person really stuck out. As I waited I could hear and watch the lady working the front desk. I found out later her name is Barb Fenner. I heard her contact numerous people by phone and greet people walking in at the same time. She was the nicest and most informed person I have heard when working with customers. She was empathetic and friendly on every interaction she had on the phone or in person. She must have done a thousand things while I was waiting for my car. If everyone one at this place is half as knowledgeable and friendly as she was then I don’t think you could go to a better place. I haven’t been in Florida long and I have had some less than good service but today I got the gold treatment. Thank you Barb and all the people at Goodyear tire. You just got a loyal customer. I will go there for my car needs from now on.

Very mad and disappointed and displeased. I brought my car back 3 times sense December. I been replacing the fan belt. In December. I well told the person who took appointments to check everything. After the 4th time my belt would squeak in the morning. They said it can be something else. I told them you was to tell me this months ago. Now it’s gotten worse but you refuse to do it for free or with a discount. It’s your fault. I have to replace stuff bc you failed to tell me things needed to be replaced. This could have been prevented. Then told me it could have been this or that so to speak. I am not bringing my car back here. To this location. But only to replace my belt if it’s still under warranty. You no long have my business. You don’t care. I was so loyal to Goodyear. I even worked there for many years. This is not the Goodyear way! Now it’s turn to this? Sorry I can’t. Poor customer service.Poor customer relations. It’s sad. But let’s see in the future.

Got my SAAB towed there with two busted tires and had a 2pm appointment. Adam got me in there by 12pm and out with four new tires and aligned and balanced in an hour. The service was very professional. Behind those masks I knew there were friendly smiles. I would definitely recommend everyone I know to go there. If youre tired of rude and unprofessional people with horrible service and way too expensive prices then this is most definitely the place to go! Thanks Goodyear team!

Barbara and team were awesome! I brought in my car two weeks ago on the weekend with a flat caused by a screw I picked up somewhere. Was terrific to see a woman at the front desk, Baraba was great - explained there was no charge for fixing flats, I was blown away and quite appreciative. They were professional, and quick - I was done in 30 minutes. Thanks team!

I had my tires rotated and two nails in one tire. Because we bought the tires there it was all free. That was very nice of them. Very nice people. We had an appointment but it still seemed to take a long time there was a lot of people there. But luckily I was not in a hurry. Thumbs up 👍👍

Came in on Saturday, October 10, 2020, for 6 tire change, wheel balance, and truck alignment. Had to come back Sunday, October 11, 2020, to re due the alignment because it wasnt dont correctly. When I took the truck in on Saturday nothing was missing. It took them 5 hours to change the tire and do the alignment. When I left there was screws missing from the rim center cap. They didnt let us know. They didnt even bother to put back the tire pressure caps on the tires (the most simplest thing). When they were taking out one of the rims they said apparently 3 studs were broken. We knew one was broken but the rest of the rods we know they were in good condition. We decided to bring the truck to Goodyear thinking since they are a well-known auto service that they would do a good job. It was the worst mistake we did we had to pay for their services and then we have to bring the truck the next day. On top of everything we had to go to another mechanic, so he could fix the robs they broke because they wanted to charge us a ridiculous amount to fix them. I do not recommend this place to anyone. The gentleman that helped us name Angel, he was working upfront he was very professional very helpful he did everything he could and we are truly grateful to him. When I asked to speak with the manager he didnt bother to even come out or apologize for the situation. Good Year in Haines City, Florida should really consider having a better management team.

Had a heatercore split on my vehicle. They were able to take it in right away, and have it fixed same day. Other shops in the area were a week or two, to have it fixed. The work was done correctly, and the price was bellow all the competition. I will definitely be bringing my vehicles back for service and repairs.

This place is awesome!!! And Barb is wonderful! A large screw tried to ruin my day by impaling one of my tires but GoodYear to the rescue...They squeezed me in, plugged up the tire and it was FREE folks...thats right, I said FREE, GRATIS...NO CHARGE! They have just earned a lifetime customer!!! Thank you.

The staff here are all very caring and top-notch. I have used several Goodyear’s across the US and all have been really good. This local store is the one I have most of work done at when I’m not traveling and always have confidence in their work.Recently I returned from traveling and started having a noise in the front wheels while driving. I had work done in Montana (not a Goodyear store) and evidently they left a few parts not tight enough that they rattled loose. The guys at Goodyear found it quickly, secured them properly and had me on my way in what seemed like only minutes.No matter how insignificant the repair may be the front desk staff always take the time to explain in full detail what is wrong and what needs to be done to fix it. Very thorough and transparent with costs.

Poor customer service here. I had an appointment for an oil change, was told an estimate of 1 hour and I had informed them I was waiting. 1 hour and 10 minutes later and my car had not been touched yet as they hadnt started. When I asked what was happening, I was told they were a little backed up. It would have been nice to been informed of this as I did not have a ride to anywhere else so I couldnt be picked up. Then someone else comes in and their car got serviced right away. The only reason I will ever come back here is because I have a tire protection service. Again, very poor customer service.

Adam C was AWSOME . I came to Orlando on vacation and while staying in my vacation home Bolton’s towing out of winter haven FL tried to tow my car and in the process bent my trailing arm on my car. Adam was so helpful provided great service and in a timely fashion. If it wasn’t for him i probably would still be stuck! Thank you again Adam C . Because of you I’ll start looking for a good year when my car needs attention .

They have great customer service. The only reason I didnt give them 5* is because there is ALOT OF SPIDER WEBS everywhere! The spider webs are really big in the corners and its BIG SPIDERS inside the web with egg sacks!! They are under the table, chairs, and the front desk. They really need to deep clean inside where the customers sit. Anyone can get bit!

Horrible covid precautions here. Customers in wating room not wearing masks. Attendants talking to customers with their masks down under their chins. Mechanics not wearing masks or wearing them under their chins while servicing and interacting with each other. Two hours to get an oil change is purely rediclous and I had an appointment. Will look else where for next time.

First visit was great BUT this second and last one was horrible. I called the store Friday for an appointment for Saturday at 11am. Everything was perfect at this point. We arrived before 11 dropped the truck. Four hours later I called the store to find the status and the guy said the truck is inside we are going to check it out and we will call you back. Hour and a half later I arrived the place to found the truck was parked at the same spot. Surprise!! THEY NEVER TOUCHED my vehicle. I asked the guy in the front and his answer was, We are very busy today and we have 2 cars before your vehicle. At this point was a 4:30pm. So my truck was sitting on the parking lot for 5.5 hours and nobody touched.. Really disappointed with this place.

Barb the service manager was very friendly and awesome, she knew what I needed and was very helpful with all she did to assist me. Charles the technician did a great job looking out for me, I thought I needed only 2 tires but he showed me why I needed 4 new tires. Now because Barb and Charles I do feel safer on the road!! Credit goes to the concern and responsive of Mr. Adam Cutler at he Maxcy Ave location. I brought mothers car for a simple oil change but soon had a huge problem. Despite, Mr. Cutlers own personal private issues, he responded with the utmost courtesy and corrected the problem as expeditiously as possible. Often I am confronted with discourteous service attendants, who try to up sell when you arrive or who are quick to blame you for something not created by the owner. Not so here. I trust this location with the service for my own vehicle and now I trust them with mothers. If you need your car serviced, I highly recommend this location.

So we just got our tires replaced here and they people and service was excellent, but when it came to the price, WELL that is why I gave it a 1 star and let me say why....So we were quoted a price when we set up our appointment online and then we received a call within a few minutes saying that they didnt have the tires we ordered in stock and they were going to give us a different better tire for the same price, we were happy with the heads up prior to our appointment and arrival, then we got there and they did their inspection and they then told us that they didnt have those tires and we added the wheel alignment which is needed when you purchase tires and then the price went up almost $200 more than what we were quoted and we had to do it because we needed the tires so we were very disappointed with the pricing and quotes but the people and service were great, just the pricing is not what they tell so be prepared to pay more when you get there.

Ill never EVER take my car back there again. Ive been a loyal customer for well over 5 yrs and that went out the door.Long story short. I had an oil change done on my vehicle and that was it. Went to pick it up and within a quarter of a mile my car started to act up such as the oil light, engine light and white smoke blasting from the exhaust. I called Goodyear and they had a young tech drive up and inspect the vehicle. He insisted the oil was replaced and said there may be an under lying issue with my car. Had to get it towed back to the shop and guess what I was charged for the tow.. I had to talk to the head manager Adam Cutler to get a refund.Moving forward. My car was left in their hands for the next couple days and they insisted the car was fine.. I drove off and ran into the same EXACT issue. My car was not looked at bc I made sure to take a picture of the odometer for my records. Adam insisted that my car was test drove. ALL LIES. He said there may be a faulty ignition coil or spark plugs. I had them replaced and ran into the same exact problems.With nothing getting handled I had my car towed to a dealership on MY dime. Within 2hrs they were able to narrow down the cause.GOODYEAR NEVER CHANGED MY OIL. ALL THEY DID WAS TOP IT OFF!!!With them doing that it flooded my whole engine. All my coils, spark plugs and exhaust were damaged. Moving forward... the dealership gave me a quote and I reached out to Adam Cutler to fix this problem. He nonchalantly basically shrugged it off and from there I personally had to make a claim with Goodyear on paying for the damages.My car eventually got fixed but my car is no longer the same. Check engine light is on due to the damaged exhaust that Goodyear will not pay for.All in all a basic oil change turned into a 3k bill. God knows how many other customers they ripped off by using these lazy tactics.This was roughly 3 months ago and I have yet to even get a follow up from Adam Cutler. He should not be in the position hes in.STAY AWAY!!!

I used to live in Davenport. I’ve now moved to Orlando and I STILL drive 45 minutes to come to this location. The team that works here is incredible - courteous, competent, and reasonably priced if you know anything about cars! Adam and Barb are the reason I come here. I popped a tire 3 years ago and came here on a whim, and I’ve never looked back. Since that day I’ve probably been back to this location 6-7 times. They always take incredible care of me and my vehicles. If you need somewhere to go, I highly recommend this location. Ask for Barb or Adam, you won’t be disappointed!

Great service very honest and helpful staff was in and out for alignment for my buick in less then 30 minutes. The manager was very helpful and courteous from the beginning I was referred to them by Damien Tires in Haines City top notch service and staff as well. Thanks guys especially Mark who was very knowledgeable and professional went out of his way to get the job done. He especially took care of the noise coming from the brakes which I installed yesterday. You guys have a loyal customer for the foreseeable future.

If I could put a thumbs down and no stars at all I would .I paid for a 3 year warranty for alignment and every time I take my truck back It does not make a difference in their work like they just pretend to do the work but my truck still pulls to the right. Do not trust THIS store, they only RIP you off, and the workers DO NOT properly do alignments. My truck has never been in an accident or crash. Overall with the warranty seems like its Not worth it. My tires are brand new so there should be no reason for this. I trusted them and thought they would do a good honest job but this store did not.

These guys really know what theyre doing. The most honest mechanics Ive ever had the pleasure of meeting. Ms. Barb got me set up very well and helped me figure out the best and least expensive repairs. My boy Mark P. and Mark D. handled my baby with the best care, and got me in and out in a timely manner. These guys are the only ones I trust to touch my car and if youre reading this, just know that theyre gonna take care of you with above and beyond service.

Make an appointment. This place is busy because they r awesome! Took great care of me. The manager, Adam, worked super hard to get my tire balanced for my trip back to Atlanta. The wheel is warped so it wasn’t easy, but he was a magician with it.

Always very good service. Have been bringing two cars here pretty much the whole 10 years Ive lived in the area. Definitely busy on the weekends so good to avoid that if you can but they will always do what they can to take care of you

I had a wonderful experience at the Haines City Goodyear company. Their staff was extremely helpful, efficient, and kind. I had a rental car and my low tire pressure light came on. My brother who is handicap was with me and generally my husband takes care of all our car problems. My husband was at home in Indiana while I was in Florida helping my brother. I went to the Goodyear store and they found a small nail in my tire, they repaired it free of charge, and were so helpful and kind. I had felt very vulnerable and like a fish out of water before finding the Goodyear tire store. May God bless each of them for helping a damsel in distress.

I highly recommend this Goodyear location! I was able to make an appointment convenient to me with less than 24 hours notice. I was told that my tire issue could be fixed for FREE even though I did not buy my tires from Goodyear originally. I also ended up having a battery issue that started the morning of my appointment. When the Goodyear service members realized my issue they went out of their way to have someone pick up a new battery for me, deliver it to the shop, and have it installed for me in the same appointment. Even with this unexpected repair they were able to get me in and out in less than an hour. Customer service was impressive. I will be giving them more of my business in the future!

Ive used this shop for the past year for my basic tire and oil changing needs. They are always honest and reliable. Frank went out of his way this past Saturday to get a tire for my husbands dodge challenger and made sure I was taken care of the same day (though the tire was over 2 hours away). They quote you and charge what they quote and dont seem to take advantage of women who dont know much about cars (a lot of other shops will over charge women because most of us dont know mechanics). I appreciate their honesty and their speed in getting my car a new tire. Thanks guys! :)

Was a Sunday after 4:15 pm my much needed ride was having problems the guy came out looked at it took me right in fixed it the staff was awesome the lead guy was so pleasant and dedicated l could see he was exhausted but never complained all the time smiling and making conversations with the customers 100% satisfaction we were out and rolling at 6 or so will definitely use this shop again

The staff at the Goodyear, in Haines City, Florida is excellent. They are friendly and explain things in a manner easy to understand. The wait time was appropriate for the work done. The waiting area is always very clean and has a TV and coffee maker. John always takes good care of me. The bill was very fair, good maintenance and quality workmanship can cost a little more, but in the long run its a good value.

Solid place, great employees, would recommend going here for any of your car needs. I had my oil changed here and the manager Steve let me know that I had a nail in my front right tire while he was checking everything out for me, which I would’ve never known otherwise. He probably prevented me from having further issues and I really appreciate it.

Best service and best made in USA trailer tires on the market. After endless issues with Chinese trailer tires; I went here and purchased Goodyear Endurance trailer tires. These are made in the USA and it is obvious American quality, just compare one off rim to the take off. No issues at all for a whole year and I tow large boat long range. After about one year, one of the Chinese valve stems failed. The tires by the way are still like new. I returned to this dealer and they replaced all four valve stems with high pressure valve stems without charging me. I will be buying all my trailer tires here from now on. So if you are tired of Chinese trailer tires that bubble and blow out or wear out prematurely with uneven wear go here and buy the Endurance trailer tire by Goodyear. While you are at it request the high pressure valve stems. It will cost more up front for American made tires but in the long run, you will save double. not only that you can tow with confidence rather than worrying about blowing out a Chinese tire and crashing

Great fast service. Instead of waiting for hours across the street. I came over here. Boy am I greatful. The service over here is polite and courteous. They have cell service. In and out in 20 minutes. With two people in front of me! The best part. I came to get a tire patched. They called my name. I hand her my card. She says no charge. The dont charge for tire patchs!!

Took my car for oil change and complete check up so i could know what tune up needed they quote me almost 4k for my 2004 car that the current value is $1,500. When i get home that day i see oil stains on the floor the next day i clean it and the next day the same thing i call them took the car back they say it wasn’t them doing nothing wrong i took the car to a mechanic he told me they didn’t close good the valve cover so the oil was leaking from behind the cover, the mechanic open the cover and put it again correctly i have to pay him for a service they should have done, i guess when they were inspecting the car for the tune up they didn’t close that good. Now i have no more oil stains on my garage and il never go back to this place. You guys need to understand that your human and make mistakes but dont be trying to make the customer feel at fault.

Had my vehicle towed to their shop for a flat tire, when I arrived Adam and Barb got me in and out in no time. They made a not so fun situation, not so bad. Top notch! Thanks again for getting me back on the road.

My family was due to go home.. On the last day we woke up to find the rental had a flat tyre. Needless to say there was panicking and shouting involved but we were advised to try a company not far from the villa, they were rude at best and advised Goodyear up the highway we did. Barb the manager was able to sort the puncture quickly but best of all it was FREE!!! So thanks Barb for all your help 👍 👍

Is a nice clean place but they tried to sell me new tires when I didnt need them at all, is dishonest way to make a profit.

Great service and quality people. I had two new tires Id purchased from my Ford dealer as part of a set of four that develoed bubbles on the sidewalls after only a couple thousand miles. The dealer didnt want to be bothered but Adam Pearson, the service manager, shouldered this for me, got Goodyear to replace them under warranty and got me on the road back to Pennsylvania the same day. And he squeezed me into the shop schedule for an oil change while I waited. Cant say enough good things about Adam and his whole crew.

I cannot express enough APPRECIATION & GRATITUDE to this Goodyear store ... from the moment the gentleman answered the phone on Sat - May 5 to leaving in a very timely fashion! You DONT find this type of CUSTOMER SERVICE these days! My family was here from Illinois with a rental van & my sister came out of cheer practice with my niece (for nationals) & found a flat tire in route to their banquet. Rental company sent someone to change tire. They found a screw in center of tread. We went on our way late that evening. Sat am first thing we called the area Goodyear to see if they were able to fix the tire before we headed to Coco beach. The VERY NICE gentleman answering the phone could not have been more pleasant. Upon arriving - the same man met us outside & was just as genuine as on the phone. We also asked if they were able to deflate the spare the rental company had repair person put on ( which they did with NO HESITATION). When the van was done - the gentleman taking care of us was just as caring ... not to mention there was NO CHARGE!! Cannot express enough the kudos this place deserves. From EVERY person we encountered, They truly made a horrible situation 1200 miles away from home very bearable & able to keep our family day plans! THANK YOU SO MUCH. I hope your company realizes the genuine employees they have on their team !!!

I am very pleased and grateful with the excellent and professional customer service that Adam provided today.Since he answered the phone he was very positive. He didn’t hesitate in helping once I got there, even in the rain. Adam is a blessing. Definitely his service was five stars!

Dont go in for a warranty alignment they will make sure it will be the last time you ever bring your car to them.

Very pleasant people working there. Got my issue taken care of and I left with no issues. Only mild complaint is they didnt get my car inside the shop until an hour after my appointment time. But I understand they were very busy.

Very honest, dont try to upsell you. As a woman I really appreciate this because I dont know much about cars and I always feel like Im at their mercy. I went into the shop with a nail in the side wall of my tire which was only about a year and a half old. They didnt sell that particular brand of tire. I asked if I needed to buy two matching tires for the rear or I could just replace one. They couldve taken advantage but they didnt. They installed one reasonably priced tire and all is well!

I had a wonderful experience at the location. John and Steve did an amazing job, I did not know Much about cars or what parts did what for the car but They took their time and explained everything to me to make sure I was comfortable with what I was paying for. I would rather come here again before I go to a dealership first. They made me want to make sure that I continue to come back in the future for future maiantnence and I know for sure that I will. Honest shop...toyota said I need to replace front and back brakes. Came here for second opinion. They were checked 4 free. Steve and crew checked and said I dont need yet, come back in a few weeks and will check again. Today i came and they checked and said I could probably wait, but I need to take a trip so I decided to do the job. I would recommend this shop without hesitation.

Good year employee told me that my tire couldnt be repaired, and had to be replaced. Said the screw went all the way through smh! Drove 2.3 miles down the road to S & S Automotive. S & S was very professional, and took good care of me.
