This is the worst place ever and the staff members are unprofessional! There are liars and even make me drive for no reason telling me I had a appointment and when I get there there wasnt any appointment made.This is not my 1st time having issues with them

The workers are nice but the way they handle business sucks out loud! Made an appointment almost a week ago and they already cancelled on me twice. I finally called and just said never mind and to just cancel my appointment all together. Its seriously like they dont care about you or your business you bring. Now they completely waisted my time and effort. Here I am without glasses for another week or two 😡ugh! This place doesnt even deserve 1 star!

In town for Wrestlemania weekend and got head butted and broke my glasses. Saw Eye Express nearby. Went in, at lunchtime no less. They fixed it up and now I can see again! Was just a quick repair but they were great!

The staff is ok but the glasses did not work at all, I went back several times they keep telling me I had to get used to them, and they keep telling me that every time I went, so by the last time my 90 days were over, I paid over $900.00 dollars for my husband and I glasses that we cant even wear.I would not recommend anyone going there.

I had laser surgery done so i had one colored blend amethyst box i mean left over i took it to rye express haines city i gave it to the worker name jake he said we will call you for the refund next week no call for two weeks i called the center she said i will email them to call you that was another 2 weeks they kept my contacts i paid $ 75 for that one box of contacts

In the last 6 month they have really gone down hill i needed replacement glasses for my son n when i called them in june about it they told me i would get a call back no one called after 2 wks i called again n was told the same thing they did call back but said tjey needed to check if they still carried the brand i bought n call me back ofcourse no call back n when i went in july to get things done his glasses werent ready till this week. The workers are nice but the new way they do things is just ridiculous. I wouldnt recommend them anymore

They dialated my pupils with a solution that burned my eyes for 5 hours straight. They didnt give me sunglasses which I later found out they were supposed to which further irritated my eyes. I called to tell them of my situation with no call back from their personnel. They lost my business

They never answer phone, telephone system its shocks, no Dr names listed on the website...
