Very clean and accessible areas. They have lots of offerings for food and drinks. Their is a kitchen for hot foods as well. The gas area has a lot of pumps and open areas for parking.Again it was nice to see a clean bathroom with stocked paper products and amenities.

Is so frustrating that with their new system to pay for gas,you have to go inside,I asked the assistant manager and all he said was,if I had an answer I tell you,don’t see convenient to go inside if the pumps are ready to process payment! I’m a daily customer but looking for another gas station soon!thumbs down!

Great people and great gas station-store. All kinds of food and drinks. I had a pizza and Orlando made it fresh right in front of my very eyes.(see pictures I took) I needed water for my radiator and they have a spigot at pump #3/4 and #15/16. They have 18 pumps total with all grades plus diesel. There are approximately 30 parking spaces at this location if you want to park and rideshare, just sayin. My props go out to Heather and Orlando. They treated me great and are true professionals. Racetrac could use more like these two quality individuals. I found out from Heather that most RaceTrac stations have the water spigots which I did not know.

Received a get a free Coke Coffee on Waze as I was approaching, so I decided to stop by and the lady inside didnt know anything about it. Waste of time. Seems like a Bait In and Switch kind of operation they have with apps.

Used to come to this location because of the closest to my house. they closed for a week a very busy place, for to the self check out now the line longer cause it’s a popular place. I asked to get rung up cause I needed lotto and smokes. The only cashier who rang up everyone till me started forcing people to use self check out. Even though customers request her to cash them out. The cashier refused.. I walked out and will never be back. So rude

This Racetrac has the worst customer service at night, I visited this racetrac tonight at 12:15, when the self checkout would not work I had to look thru the entire place to find a Shift Manager named “Jasmine”, she reprimanded me on which self checkout I should use, then after 3 questions about what I did wrong she proceeded to come look at the register ! Then I was told I coulda used a different one, how I scanned my donuts incorrectly! She was rude and for a person in a leadership role she should be fired, to be reprimanded as a “customer” is just uncalled for ! I have gone to this Racetrac at night around 2:45am which I always find doors locked and Jasmine with a nasty look on her face !! I hope someone in Racetrac sees this because they need someone new with a customer service attitude!!!

Replaced cashiers with self check out..lines be even longer. Sad for the future. Most do not know how to check themselves out. Good luck

They dont have gas at this gas station. Classic Polk County Racetrac location. Go to Majik by Rasel, theyre run much better.

Stopped in for gas paid by card seems they are always out of paper to print receipt, then went inside to purchase a coffee and snack which came to $4.11 paid with 5 one dollar bills, cashier gives me back a dime and ten pennies without explanation, so I ask whats this oh we are out of change hello maybe an explanation before i paid would go a long way maybe would have p[aid by card instead so she calls manager over who basically throws a dollar bill at me well there are other gas stations that would love my business bye bye Race Trac

The women’s bathroom is terrible. One toilet was overflowing and water is all over the floor. Another stall had no toilet paper.

Ive never had a problem here since they have opened. Its always been clean. Staff is very polite. The only negative things I can say is they are under staff and to many new staff. wish they would have a regular staff so they can know their customers better. Also to stop the semi trucks from parking on both sides its a blind spot and almost got hit a couple of times.

Credit card system goes down way too often. At least once a month, more frequently lately, the credit card system at this location goes down while people are in line and doesnt come quickly - if it comes back up.

Will somebody get hire someone here who knows how to keep their system from going down? Better have cash if you’re going here

We are truck drivers that cross this country every week, and we are NEVER EVER charged for ice in our own cup. Your manager today charged me for ice in this store for the first time in the year that Ive been going to this Racetrack. Well enjoy that .40 cents because its the last time I will set for on your store. Your manager is penny wise and dollar foolish!

They are always polite and very friendly at this place! They also dont have a problem with my online Newport cigarettes coupon!! Food is also good!!

No good food anymore. Many things have changed here: pizza is not the same, donuts are not the same. They close down all the hot food and close the ice cream around 9 PM. I went to get a couple donuts for breakfast-and was turned away with a large sign that said, “these pastries will be available soon.” I guess they do not sell their donuts until a certain time of the morning.It looks like everything has been done to cut costs, meanwhile the customer gets the shaft!WaWa here I come!

My issue is not with the staff but with the excessive amount of semi trucks parked in the entrance of the store. It makes entering off the highway into the parking lot very unsettling. The truck drivers have simply created their own truck stop and no one is doing anything about it. It just seems like they parked their trucks there and sleep in them. Besides that the staff seems to be friendly and everything is convenient.

One day I stopped in here with a friend who is 67 yrs old, he was asked for ID to purchase a pack of cigarettes. Today I stopped in to get a pack on way home and was asked for id for cigarettes, I am 50 yrs old! I decided to just wait till I got home and get a pack of of the freezer. To bother them to take id out of wallet to purchase something that a person in our ages are allowed to purchase is a pain. I do stop at this location a lot since I live right down the road and have always had no problems with any of the employee before.

I asked to sample the frozen yogurt to figure out which to buy and I was told that they dont do samples because its a waste of product. Every other Racetrack has sample cups for their Swirl World frozen yogurt. This Racetrack has a dispenser for the sample cups but they keep it empty.

I just rated this 5 stars so everyone can see this review. DO NOT GO HERE! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I seriously hope they fire the whole team and rehire people that actually have customer service skills! I went there earlier today and w/e little girl in the world had the worst attitude and no skills in customer service what so ever. Travel elsewhere there is 2 other racetracks down the road with way better service #worst #horrible

I generally like the Race Tracs in the Orlando area. Its nice and the location is very convenient. One of the cheapier gas in the area. This specific place however has 2 paper towel dispensers OUT OF ORDER. Besides that everything is great.

Whats the point of having a printer at the pump if you have to go inside to get a receipt. Our company fills their trucks daily at this gas station, maybe its time to go else where for gas

Almost got into a wreck AGAIN because they would rather cater to a bunch of semi trucks than the actual local customers. I didn’t realize this was the Days Inn for sleepy truck drivers. I respect their need for a place and even a place to sleep, but lining that narrow entrance is a deathwish. This is not a rest area, and they line both sides of the already narrow road to where only a single car at a time can come through at a time. I assure you, it’s only a matter of time before this location is sued, or something, for endangering or killing a customer. I’ve brought this up to the staff several times, yet nothing, even though they acknowledged it was a problem. People I know locally say it’s a problem. My family members have mentioned it’s a problem. Everyone thinks it’s a problem.Again, I’m not the type to rant over nothing, but I legitimately avoid this place, and after today’s incident AGAIN, I’m over it. Some gas and a hotdog isn’t worth my safety.

Great place to stop for gas, snacks, drinks or whatever you need at a station. The lot is huge but if you are exiting at a certain side of the building it can be a real pain. Just plan accordingly when arriving and exiting this location.

This location hasnt been open long, but you can tell that the employees enjoy working there. And when you have Employees that are happy. The customers are getting great service. This is a great station and i hve always gotten great service !!.

Absolutely the worst race track to go to in Florida hands down no joke this place is pathetic they never have any paper at the card readers for fueling your gas whats the point of using your card at the pump if you cant get a paper receipt when it is always out all 18 pumps are constantly out of paper nobody ever fills them up then the other day all their pump card readers stopped working and they havent been working for over a week another reason to skip this place because whats the point of using your card at the pump if you cant do so the manager has been told probably about five or six times by multiple people each I seen it when I was in there and she doesnt do anything about these problems she doesnt care and she doesnt acknowledge any of them and does not acknowledge fixing them either and has no desire to also they lock their doors on random nights even though theres two or more people inside and they dont give anybody any notice angering customers making them leave this gas station and go somewhere else if I didnt need this gas station close to where I work I would never go here ever the station has been open around two years and its falling apart worse than going to a Raceway if you can stand to go to the marathon down the road or in the other direction to the Loves truck stop please do so the headache and aggravation of stopping here to the major inconvenience of this gas station is just not worth but go ahead and try it anyway you will see and then you will realize how much of a headache this place is

Store was not only locked up and closed tonight, but everytime I come here theres a safety issue with the semi parking at the entrance. Its going to cause accidents. The staff is ok enough.

Clean establishment. Lots of food and drink selection. With a café that has fresh sandwiches. If you are going on a road trip or day trip RaceTrac is where its at.

They should have a little more control over their employees. the cashier of name Adoira or something like that serves you by throwing things at you and with an accent of anger ... if you are not there to be nice to people, place them somewhere where they do not have contact with customers !!

Bathrooms are filthy. All the Doughnuts are shoved onto one tray and stale and yet still over $2 each and I wouldnt feed them to my dog at this point. Staff was extremely rude. Theres a lot of gas stations to choose from and this wont be where I stop anymore. .

New racetrack open and this one has custom made sandwiches and pizza, etc. Great alternative to breakfast at McDs. Breakfast sandwiches and biscuits and hash browns were good, and reasonably priced

This station came up during my search for non-ethanol carrying gas stations. THEY DO NOT HAVE NON-ETHENOL FUEL !!!!!!!!!!Wish they did. They should swap out that crapy E-85 for non-ethanol.I believe they would sell a lot more gas.
