I used to go here regularly and use my Shell rewards discount but at some point this garage has changed to Circle K so there is no discount. Even worse it showed $3.39 outside but charged $3.45 at the pump. I won’t be back!

Never had problems with my drivers license being scanned, the cashier said it was invalid when scanned, showed them another id and she was hesitant to give me my Cigarttes. I should of just walked out. I’m pretty sure she scanned the wrong part of the ID or their scanner doesn’t work. Seriously do you think I’m going to walk into a business with a fake ID? Pathetic. Either sell me the cigarettes or don’t

Pump 1, 2, 4 & 6. I am a Fuel Rewards member I get 5 cents off automatically for each pour plus T-Mobile Tuesday gives us 10 cents off every Tuesday so I usually fill up Tuesday-Friday to make use of the rewards. I’ve been doing it for months never had a problem at any of the pump until October. Almost every week I find myself going inside to pre-pay the gas to get my full rewards amount. Every-time I decide not to go inside and pay at the pump using my rewards the gas pump authorizes my card and then I choose a fuel type and it doesn’t pump. I’ve gone inside and advice several time the 5 cents which is available on every pump vanishes as if it were being used but the pump doesn’t fuel the second time I experienced this I went inside and spoke to manager she was able to reset the amount inside to the 15 cents and I pumped at the full rewards rate but last night the manager refused to help me forgetting that she had helped me in the past. I left unsatisfied and un attended I could only get to use my T-Mobile 10 cents and missed my additional 5 cents on every pump. I never experience these type of reward issues in any other Shell gas station. I have no idea if the swallowing of such reward is intentional so you can end up paying more. I firmly believe if you are going to sell a loyalty program in any business and as a manager or employee not help these “Loyal” customer you should not participate in such matter. I don’t know if they take pride of reward members missing out in they chances to the rewards but the service isn’t there and the manager is not friendly. She is your usual Debbie. In such dissatisfaction I tend to take my business to another Shell. The sad part is that this Shell station is the closest to my home but I’m not going to seek in a place where I have been turned away from actual help more then once. Hope you find this helpful and fix your Gas pumps so that it isn’t swallowing people rewards before they pump gas.

It said on the maps its 2.29$ reg per gallon and it was 2.49 on site also pump 5 is broken and no sign to say that on the pump. Didnt enter the store.

I use my atm car and after they my card was cloned and spent 180 on gas that clone ., I was talk with a few of my business costumers and tells me that happened to them 2, same gas station. Are nice and busy place only don’t care about costumers card savety .
