Throw the whole dam store away! If I could give them a negative stars I surely would.This was the second time my wife needed some medication and couldnt get it. If your location doesnt have it yall should really resort to your other locations for medication when you run out because dealing with people heart, blood pressure and pain medication are nothing to play with. The First time it was her heart medication now she got her teeth pulled and cant get her pain medication . If you dont mind waiting forever and a day for your medications by all means use CVS...I dont even care if we have to go across town or have to pay full price for her medication PUBLIX here we come!!!
I am really glad I went to this store and I founded Nickesha, she is extremely patient, empathic and nice, she helped us with our newborn passport picture and the in three different opportunities she always delivered a great service. Working with newborns is extremely hard but she and Chris were great helping all the time until we were able to get our passport picture. I cannot be more great full and glad with Nichesha and Chris.
Stopped in to buy some things for a birthday. Had to use the womens restroom and it was absolutely disgusting. Toilet paper all over the floor, sink is dirty, toilet clogged, and to top it off, as I was washing my hands, there was a cockroach that had crawled along the baseboard and up the wall as I was leaving. Just a nasty bathroom all around.
The worst cvs to go. Rude people. They tell you to come to pick up your medicine at certain time and when you go they don’t have it ready. They keep passing the fault to each other saying: “I wasn’t here yesterday” unprofessional. I’m going to call corporate to report it
This place is a complete disaster. They call me to pick up my meds I get there and there not ready . They tell to come back the next day mens still not ready .. Who is in charge over there and they definitely need to be retrained or fired !!!!
I want to start off by saying that I should have looked at the reviews before trusting this pharmacy. This place is completely unorganized and they do NOT take ownership for their mistakes.they incorrectly filled the prescription for my daughters antibiotics. When I noticed it was running out when she still had 4 days left of treatment, I decided to give them a call. It took me 30 mins just to speak to someone here and resolve my situation. When I finally spoke to a lady on the phone she told me to come in with the medicine bottle of what I had left. I went in not even 30 minutes later. I was greeted by a male now at the time of arrival, he asked me the basic questions like my daughters name and so on. I told him I called and spoke with someone about refilling my bottle. He DID NOT even examine my bottle of medicine, he said “you need to call the doctor to refill” I said “why didn’t you guys just tell me this over the phone” and he shrugged. He did not inspect my bottle. I brought the bottle in for nothing and they wasted more of my time. I called my doctors office and explained to them what happened and they said they’ve NEVER seen this happen in the past. They were shocked and couldn’t believe the pharmacy had made this mistake. They spoke with them also after like 30 minutes (because nobody comes to the phone) my doctor came back saying that the pharmacy inspected my bottle and said I had enough medicine left for the remaining 4 days. LOL so they LIED to my doctor. This place has been an unnecessary headache and the reviews prove exactly how I feel about this location. Don’t waste your time or energy here.

Drove to this CVS- 2 1/2 hours for covid19 vaccine twice. The staff were professional, personable and caring. Even walking through store and purchasing items the cashier was nice and pleasant. The customer service was similar to a Publix. Outstanding job.
One star is too much - they deserve zero stars! Its so much work, and so stressful, to get prescriptions filled! The app is terrible, the web site is terrible and the pharmacy is terrible because there is no cohesiveness. The pharmacy says dont use the app ... the site is missing information to refill ... about the only way is to drive down there and speak to someone in person. OMG its a joke. PLUS they always act like youre bothering them.

Awful customer service at the drive thru. Maria and Leigh(pharmacist) filled the wrong prescription for me and told me there was nothing they could do because the insurance had charged for my missing medicine already. Waited over 30 minutes and 2 trips for no resolution of their mistake.Hopefully #CVS pays attention to ALL the bad reviews and complaints about the same department, because I strongly believe prescribed prescriptions are being taken away by an insider and actions will be taken next time. This pharmacy doesnt care about your health.

Worst place ever!!! Went there to get my kids medication. The lady who helped me said with the worst attitude the medication was not going to be ready until next day after lunch. What kind of pharmacy are you!!??? My KID need the medication for the same day!.... I went across the street to Walgreens and they were super polite and gave me my kids medicine right there at the moment ....DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE!! GO ACROSS THE STREET TO WALGREENS.

They have gotten better at their service. They must have gotten people in there that cares. I had left a review a year ago about how slow they was and how they should stay open later. I understand places have to close I get that but when you get out of the hospital and need to go and get medicine filled then there should be other options to get that done.

The clerk at the drive window dismissed us(our fault for not having a car) and then proceeded to very clearly go back to talk smack about us (as if we had any intention of looking silly). Inside, the bathroom had literal poop on the wall and no toilet paper. What a joke of a pharmacy

Rude staff I. Pharmacy. They always claim that ur doctors didnt send script, long wait on phone and in store or drive up. They dont let you know when a script needs to be ordered, and when it does dont receive a text or call to let you know its ready. My script went in on Monday had to call on Tuesday at 5 to be told they order it and will be in Wednesday at 1. Its now 5:03pm no call or text about script. When I called the automated service said it was ready for pick up. I tell you WALGREENS IS BETTER RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET. my doctor sent it to this pharmacy in a error. Im totally done with CVS UGH

If you like getting half of the prescribed amount and being charged for all of it then this place is for you. This has happened to me more than once. I honestly think they are keeping the medication for themselves or selling it to others. They never answer their phones either.
I switched to Haines City CVS last September due to my insurance forcing me to. I have had nothing but problems at this pharmacy. I have been hung up on various times by an employee (possibly the pharmacist/manager guessing by accent), been on hold for long periods of time, been treated rudely, been told my prescription would be ready at a certain time and date but not getting it for days after with no update as to the reason or notification, plus many other irritating problems. The customer service and knowledge of some of the employees is aweful. I know the current virus can cause stress on employees but these problems have existed far longer than the virus has been in play. Prior to coming to CVS I went to Walgreens and NEVER had any of these problems. They were always courteous and caring and always had prescriptions ready immediately or would contact me to let me know there was a problem. When standing in line to pickup orders at CVS you can stand in line for 30 to 46 minutes with one person working, while at Walgreens if you had to wait more than 5 minutes they would call additional people to counter to help. I have heard head pharmacist not only being rude to customers but also to employees. I will not recommend CVS to anyone even if it were at a different location. Also, I plan on moving my business to a different pharmacy company as soon as I can get my insurance to allow it even if I have to change insurance companies! CVS is ridiculous!!!!!
Had a Covid test on my son and 12 days later I still have not received the results. I went in to speak to them they were no help at all.

Slowest and worst pharmacy ever! Went to pick up 3 prescriptions that I dropped off 24 hours prior...None of them were filled and 2 they totally disregarded! I always have issues with this pharmacy! Ive been to this pharmacy a number of times. Twice in the last week. The pharmacy is obviously understaffed (this is a management problem). Unfortunately, the employees suffer and it is reflected in their communication with, which does not reflect a customer first attitude. There are too many options nearby for better service.My other issue is with the cleanliness of the drive thru area, litter on the pavement, filthy drive thru windows inside and out. Unable to see advertising displayed on the window.THIS CAN ALL BE CORRECTED WITH THE SENIOR MANAGEMENT TAKING APPROPRIATE ACTION

As a new resident to Haines City, I have transferred all my prescriptions to this location. I can not believe that the pharmacy staff is so rude and unprofessional. They must not know, that there are dealing with patients and people that do not feel well. I would like management to bring to their attention. CVS customer have to be treated with respect. I personally want to transfer all my scripts from this location. I get anxious just to think I have to deal with them. Can someone please help me in getting out the message that is not OK, to be treated this way.

I never had a problem with Walgreens. I had to come here because my health insurance only works with CVS. This is absolutely, by far, the worst pharmacy ever. Normally in Walgreens (and any other pharo) you bring the prescription or it gets sent to them by your physician and it could take maybe an hour or so maybe more if they’re busy. This store in Haines City is so terribly slow, that there have been so many times where I dropped my prescription and is eg. 11am and they tell me to pick it up next day at 4pm!!! Yes!!! And thus happens so often. Today I have been there 3 times because they keep making mistakes. After being there for the 3tr time in the day, I get home, to a bottle of antibiotic that has only POWDER in it!!!!!!!!! I am a working mother, my kids are sick, and when I get home tired, ready to give my kids their medicine, there was just a bottle that was supposed to be antibiotic with just POWDER IN IT!!!!!!!! My husband had to go back and it was late and we were exhausted and bery, extremely disappointed and aggravated. Oh, and when you’re in the drive through, if they are helping someone and have more people (a long line) of cars waiting, instead of helping the next car right away once they’re done with the customer they were helping, they leave, like “HELLO YOU SAW ME BEHIND THIS CAR, I’VE BEEN HERE FOR THE PAST 30 MINUTES”. I was literally crying because I am just too tired of this incompetent people.
I was suppose to get my prescription at 6Pm I called at 5:56 and asked about it when they said it’s not ready I asked if it would be done by 6 and they rudely responded that they still have 4 min. It’s not smart to wait last second and they were very rude.
It’s been over a week since the doctor’s office sent a fax to this pharmacy and we called over THREE TIMES for allergy medicines needed for a child and they keep saying the same thing: “Oh I’m sorry, we don’t have that on file, we can contact the office and refile it”. They lady who answered the phone cut me off through every sentence since I first answered the phone and had a very RUDE attitude. This pharmacy has lack of organization and communication. Take your prescription order elsewhere, don’t rely on this location if you need medication that is required for your health.

I hate using this store. When you need a refill and call it in say at like 9am and it wont be ready until after 4pm. Why does it take so long they have 8 people behind the counter and you have to wait so long and the lines are so long insisde and outside. And its not even this store its the one in Davenport as well. CVS all around sucks. I dont think its just this store I bet its all od CVS, stores. They need a new management or need to be shut down.

Dont sell cigarettes, their offers are not as good as Walgreens plus sometimes if you forget which phone number youre forgotten card is on, theyll charge you the non-sale price instead of giving you a new card. That is usually with the older generation is cashing out.
I have had many problems with this CVS. I have had to go back and get medicine because they did not supply the accurate amount. They have issues receiving a simple fax from a doctor. Call wait time is always long. Just disappointed in my service.
Stop here to get a refill on medication & Im from out of state & was told it would be over 24hrs to get a transfer I travel all over the the united States & this is the first time Ive heard that usually it takes 2hrs not 24hrs you can send overnight mail in less than 24hrs what kind of computer system are they using!!

The pharmacy with the most lousy service. I call at 9AM to prepare a recipe, I am 30 minutes waiting for someone to answer my call. They tell me it would be ready by 1PM. I go at 2PM to look for her and she was not ready. I had to wait until 3PM to receive it. It has already happened to me several times. Walgreens is across the avenue and the service is super better.
I use the services of this pharmacy because it is the closest to my home but I dont like it at all. Every time I have to go I suffer due to the lousy service of the employees in the pharmacy area. They are SLOW, disrespectful and impolite. I think they should call your attention to change their attitude because I am not the only one who complained about it.
Bad attention! I went through the window and the person who attended to me, after notifying me that the medical plan did not cover the medicine, I asked him to please sell it to me, they told me that No, according to their bosses they do not allow it, I explained that my child had vomiting That is why we were in the car and NEGOTIED to sell me medicine, insisting that I go down with a sick child, it seems to me in bad taste, to work at the service of people without having human sensitivity.
