They really need new management, small inprovement in the last few months but definitely dont compare to other locations. At least honor your business hours and dont close early.

Out of all the Dollar Generals in this area, not only is this one the closest to me, but the people that work there are always polite and helpful.

I am starting to coupon and I liked this location because the items I needed were in stock. Some were difficult to find but it was there. Also some stores make you leave. This store will allow just to go back to the end of the aisle if you have multiple accounts.

Im in wheelchair and this store is always cluttered w/ stock carts in aisles so that I cant do any shopping. Im fixing to go somewhere else to shop. I would rather shop here cause everyone is so nice and the employees always assist me w/ door.

This store is a mess. Only gets two stars cuz I was kindly greeted by the employee when I walked in. Carts full of boxes, empty shelves, stock EVERYWHERE, it is so bad I couldnt even go down some aisles. All I want is a cheapo floor mat, well good luck if you want to find anything else here. This place should be classified as a disaster zone and overhauled with a new store.

The only reason i gave ut one star is because i had too. Ive never been in a store in such a disarray in my life. Empty shelves throughout the whole store and the product they did have was on the floor. They obviously are in desperate need of a new manager.

This place has gone way down in the last 6 months. I was in there today getting some trinkets for childrens church and I didnt appreciate a female manager complaining to her subordinate about her boss Trey and that its a female dominated district and that the men in district are whiners and that she hated Haltom because it was as ghetto as the southside, unlike stores further north. If you dont like your boss, call HR and not in front of customers and subordinates and if you dont like Haltom, Get Out!

The only reason I even went in to the store was because it was on my way home and I was too tired to go anywhere else. I have stopped going to this store because I got tired of the filthiness of the store, the overcrowded and unorganized layout, and having to dodge panhandlers on my way out of the door and actually had one FOLLOW me to my car one day. I used my credit card and after I swiped my card the machine gave a different total that I was quoted. I alerted the cashier and she instructed me to swipe it again to which I received the same issue. She then proceeded to tell me that maybe that was all my card had on it........ To which I informed her that no it had plenty of credit on it and it obviously something wrong with the register. I was then told with about four or five customers standing behind me, Well, I dont know what you want me to do. I dont know what to do........... REALLY? I will never shop at this store again I dont care how tired I am I will drive to Family Dollar or Walmart where I always receive courteous service. This store has different people in there everytime I have gone in there and has gotten so filthy it stinks. Whoever is in charge of this store needs to seriously step up their game because a call to the corp office is my next step.
