Tonight I went into the store and purchased 3 2 liter coke products that were on sale 3/3. They rang up regular price and the cashier asks the manager Precious, the manager goes and checks the price. In the mean time cashier says oh we probably forgot to take off the the tag. I said but its on all of them. She goes oh she will make it right. Manager comes back says no that sale ended they are regular price. I said but all your coke products have the same tag. She goes oh no we are not gonna do that you want them or not so I can take it off. I said your not gonna honor it she said nope. I asked for corporate number she said oh its in the door on your way out! This lady was very rude and respresents management for Family Dollar. I understand a mistake could have happen but the rudeness was very uncalled for. Family Dollar if this is who you choose to represent your store....Im disappointed.

Its a good store for our neighborhood, good for my necessities next week at work.

The assistance manager is very rude and refuses to help customers. She says thats the cashiers job but she dont know where she is and then she doest find cashier or help customers.

The female cashier working today had a nasty attitude for no reason. You have horrible employees.

Fair, nothing unusual except long lines and never enough workers...Need to pay $25 an hour to get people yo want to work for them.
