If I could give Ryan more stars I would... I came in with a major problem that passed through many cricket customer service hands with zero solutions, Ryan was extremely patient and did not give up on finding a solution AND regained my happiness in being a cricket customer. Also, Joyce Smith the ISC happened to be in the store and stepped right in to not only serve the frustrated customer. But used the moment to further train Ryan in creating a productive experience for future customers. Ryan and joy save the day!!!!!

Although they have a friendly staff, this store gave me the run around so I wouldnt be able to exchange my phone in store. Went in the store on a Saturday to exchange my 5 day old phone that I purchased there because the camera stopped working. The owner was out of that particular phone so went to another store to get it, but it was close to closing time so I told him Id come back the following day after work to get the new phone (last day Id be able to exchange it in store). He assured me theyd be open till 5:00 PM that day, as their store front sign states. I drove out and arrived at 4:15 PM to find a locked store. I have been trying to get a hold of the owner since yesterday by calling both stores only to be told that hes not answering. So now I am stuck exchanging it through the mail for a refurbished phone. I have never bought a phone in store (always ordered online in the past) and never will again because of this experience. Theres no reason to be playing games over something they are responsible for exchanging. Disappointing for sure!

Wonderful group of people here! They take the time to educate you, transfer your contacts and they even helped me pair my phone to my car! my favorite place.

Received outstanding assistance from Courtney at Cricket in Hamburg. She helped me pick out the replacement phone for my rather old model. It was perfect for my needs. She helped transfer my current data to my new phone without any problem. Courtney was professional, kind, and smart. I am so grateful she was here today. I highly recommend this wonderful lady. Young lady was very knowledgeable and sweet. There was actually a young man that came in after I did and I told her to go ahead and take care of him because I was un sure which phone I wanted and needed to add a line. All he got was a SIM card and she was very patient and helpful with him as well while he was trying to connect his apple products to phone. It’s very un common for the younger generation to be patient, kind and professional these days and she was all the above! Give this gal a raise!!☺️

Went to the Cricket store at 5999 Southpark Ave in Hamburg NY. The customer service level was Excellent Courtney was very knowledgeable regading all of the products and services and was able to get me into a new phone which i was very grateful for and I did not lose my contacts or photos. Her level of customer service was beyond what i expected after going to serval different locations and was not able to help me she took the time to explain my new phone on how it works. This is the Best store in all of WNY

This store is the worst owner/ operated Cricket in the area. Only reason we did buy a phone was Kylie W. was working and was honest. She knew her phones and was honest. 2 wks previous my husband had gone in to buy a phone and the owner actually asked for him to write his pin for Debit card on paper for him so the transaction could go through! My husband walked out! We only went back because Kylie is a friend of the family.
