Dom L. is AMAZING! My daughter and I spent two and a half hours buying a new phone and setting up a new account. There were many glitches along the way. Five stars to Jessica Kegelmeyer! She recently helped my son purchase his new phone and she was very knowledgeable about the different phones. And although I was not looking for a new phone for myself, she answered my questions about the new phones yet she never pressured me into buying one. Then the more I thought about everything she told me, I thought it made the most sense to get rid of my older phone and get a new one. She was very patient, professional and sweet while dealing with my lack of technological knowledge. I Highly recommend Jessica and look forward to working with her again!

Had a rough time switching over from Sprint/T-Mobile to Verizon due to some technical glitches with the phone porting process, but received excellent customer service from Jenna, who was willing to take phones calls on her day off, and Carson, who stayed over an hour past closing time on a Thursday night to see everything through. I gave 4 stars out of five because I couldn’t bring myself to give five stars due to the overall technical issue, however, the missing star is not reflective of this store’s customer service. I would give Jenna and Carson 6 stars if I could. On a happy note, my new Verizon coverage since everything was worked out is waaaaaayyyy better than T-Mobile.

Kevan was very helpful with a great personality. I had issues with my headphone jack not working. He was able to set me up with a brand new phone. Very similar to the previous phone at about the same price. I WOULD highly recommend Kevan to any friends or family!

Poorly staffed...waited WELL over an hour for service. Super Chaotic, no rhyme or reason to check in or who handles what. Highly Suggest making an appointment if possible (but even the people with appointments were waiting well past the appointed time.)

Got a new phone here, case and screen protector. Screen protector cracked in a day, told I have 30 days to return it for a liquid screen protector that wont crack. Been back 4 times now, no new screen protector for me, just wasted time. Do not recommend.

Was having problems with my husbands iPhone 7 and with our normal Verizon store now closed we decided to give the location on South Park a try. We couldn’t have been more happy! Chris G. took exceptionally good care of us while being not only professional, but also friendly and courteous! We actually left the store feeling like we’d gained a new friend! Verizon is lucky to have him!

Most of the people here are helpful except the manager, Maggie. We came in with an issue and instead of actually helping the new associate (he told us he had only been there 3 weeks) she just kept telling him theres nothing we can do and kept trying to sell us a new phone. Instead of providing us with a solution to our problem, she literally dismissed us over and over. Instead of helping us, she was the first out the door when her teammates stayed behind to get us answers.She informed us theyre not an actual Verizon store, theyre just an authorized retailer. So if you have any questions besides I want a new phone dont come here.

So, I love my old phone, but it finally stopped loving me back.I came in at the end of my rope with a Droid Maxx 2 that stopped reading its SD card and then its SIM, and I was ready to chuck it through a window.Kevan helped me out, getting me set up with a new phone, getting me set as an admin on my family account so we could get stuff done, got me settled with a nice, solid phone case, and I even got to buy my phone outright and finished paying off my little sisters phone at the same time.10/5. My daughter is five, super talkative, and antsy; Jess is naturally friendly with kids. Jessica at the Hamburg Verizon store was very helpful. She asked the phones were have and what we are looking for. If we like the type of phones we had and looking to upgrade. Jessica explained the payment plan options that were available for us. She was knowledgeable about the phones. She quickly transferred my phone and my moms phone to the new phones we chose. She didnt rush us.

I had been trying to upgrade my phone through the my Verizon app for days and eventually got so frustrated I decided to visit the store. I met with Tyrique and he simplified everything, even managed to find me a promo I wouldnt have received ordering online. Bottom line he was an awesome guy and I was in and out of there in no time with the phone I was looking for. 10/10 Would reccomend.

Today I had one of those rare moments. As we all can account for our experiences with customer service has been awful at best. I visited the Verizon store in Hamburg on South park Ave with a phone problem.I purchased a new Iphone SE in November and have experienced everything from undelivered texts, to Siri not working, to dropped calls.I was greeted at the door by a gentleman named Tyrique Ransom. He was able to read my frustration. He started asking me questions trying to get to the issue at hand. Within minutes he diagnosed the problem as a bad Sim card. He inserted a new card and set up my phone and got me back in service. I would like to thank Verizon for having an employee who is willing to take time away from a sale to help put my frustrations to rest. 👍😊

Great place very helpful and affordable

Jess was a huge help with setting up my beloved girlfriend with her new iPhone 11. Wow what a great phone! She even transferred all her cat photos from the old phone to the new... and trust me, there was a bunch. Plus there was no hidden fees involved. So yeah you could say it was an experience that wont be forgotten.

Jessica helped us upgrade my phone. I have been wanting an iPad for sometime and she assisted us in that purchase as well. She also helped us pick a new unlimited plan for our family’s phones which ended up costing us the same as we were previously paying but with much more value for our money. Jessica even was able to apply my father in laws military discount. She made the entire process easy and was a pleasure to work with. We will definitely refer her in the future.

Every time I go in this store I am treated so well. Kevan was amazing! Not only did he help me with a confusing task, he was helping another employee who only had 4 days on the job. He was efficient and polite to rude customers. Even though the store was VERY busy he kept his composure the whole time and remained professional! I highly recommend this store!
