Express Kitchens did an excellent job working with me and my family. They were very responsive to my husbands health issues, and were very respectful of the timing and placement. We did a two phase kitchen installation, and are awaiting the installation of countertops next week.I especially want to acknowledge Jenn the project manager, Peter D, the project director, and Tom the installer. They were efficient, helpful and more than patient with us. I look forward to the fully completed kitchen..

Jennifer was the best! She walked us through the entire process and made the whole thing go so easily. All of the workers who came to our house were great! I believe Hector was the name of the man who headed up putting the cabinets in. He was in and out quickly. We couldnt believe how clean our house stayed even though people were cutting wood, cutting counter top and moving appliances about! We highly recommend Express Kitchens!

Jennifer helped me design and manage the remodel of my kitchen and she did a great job, and I could not find better help anywhere else. She showed me various options on the computer for what I could do with my kitchen as we designed the layout together! She explained the benefits of each of the cabinets I was interested in, and the different countertops to go with each one, and in the end, I went with their own cabinets and we were able to fit it all into my budget, with room to spare! Express Kitchens cabinets are premium cabinets- they include all the great features, like Soft Close, and roll out trays, which other places were charging a lot more money for. There was no additional upcharge for all wood cabinets either. I strongly recommend Express Kitchens, and specifically the Hamden showroom, to anyone looking to remodel their kitchen.

After producing a video for the Mothers Day 2019 Giveaway that had the most views on Facebook and the Express Kitchens site, we were denied the opportunity to sign in to the contest. Woman at the front desk was unhelpful and told us we were too late despite the official rules saying we had until 12:59. If Express Kitchens cant even abide by their own rules and timelines, do you really want to buy a kitchen from them?
