He was cheat me He told me after the contract that the car had a bit of an accident and we fixed it but he was lying because There were two holes in the bottom of the back and second tire pressure sign is on I told him and he said I just fix it If you run a little, it will be fine, it will go away, but it did not happen. He was lying again, so those who want to save money should not go to the Ayman and talk to someone else like Adam

I purchased a used car on 8/25/21 after driving in from another state and like the other complainants once I got the car home the engine light came on the same day. I paid $14k for the car with high mileage 95k and Ill need to put another $1,800.00 into the car to make it right... needs new turbo. Their warranty only covers $1,500.00 with a $250.00 deductible... read fine print.This company is in the business of being nice to you all while scamming hard working people. Please check their BBB complaints as well and youll read all the reasons to be aware. This dealer will reset the engine light, sell you the car, swear they knew nothing of problems and move on without a care of what happens to you.In my angst to buy a reliable car I failed to do research. Im not telling anyone to not buy from this company. If youre searching for nice people at a car dealer the is your dealer, but if youre looking for a reliable car, DO YOUR RESEARCH. If you research this company, you will not buy a car from them. Imagine the frustration and anger youll suffer after being scammed. Please do your research to save your peace of mind.

It was Ok, did not make a purchase because odometer said 153k miles CARFAX said 254k - even after pointing out the difference they would not drop the price. Not paying for the missing miles!

Bought a car here a couple years back, within the first month I had already had to replace the alternator and 2 ignition coils charging me nearly 900 and all they had to say was that the car worked fine when i left the lot. Felt disrespected and lied to by Jordan and have since sold the car and bought another from an authorized dealer. Would not recommend unless you’re trying to buy a throwaway car!!

Wonderful experience here, you can tell they really care about making sure you get what you see! A wonderful 3 month warranty, they have been extra helpful in fixing any problem you may have. All their prices are great, and Adam was very kind and straightforward and made the whole process very easy! The place is clean and it’s obvious that customer satisfaction is their priority! Dealership is kind of a bad joke. The car I drove a 1/2 hour to look at ($12,000 Mercedes) was covered in dings and the check engine light was on. The lot itself appeared full of overpriced incredibly neglected used cars. Wasted an evening out there and back.

Terrible experience. Bought a Jeep here less than 90 days ago and its been in the shop longer than Ive had it. Sold a fake warranty that was trash, promised to fix what was wrong with it, then Tony was SO rude and said he wasnt fixing anything and told me Im on my own. Also promised new tires IN THE CONTRACT and 3 months later after reminding them at least 7 times, I still have not gotten an appointment to get new tires. 0/10 I do NOT recommend buying a vehicle here. Save yourself the head ache, they are AWFUL.

The people there are very attentive and gracious. Their vehicles are a little rough for the prices that they are asking. Wont budge on prices at all.

Run for your life and with your wallet. I purchased a 2014 Toyota Sienna xle a few weeks ago. It seemed “fine” but was burning oil. A head gasket was blown and now I have to pay 8,000 for a new motor. These are the facts. Take your chances if you want but if you do you are taking a huge chance.

I am overall pleased with the service and the vehicle I purchased here. I purchased a truck from out of state. Adam was always responsive on the phone helped facilitate inspection and modification to vehicle prior to purchase. When I arrived to sign papers, vehicle was ready and process was smooth and quick. My only issues was with the maintenance departments interpretations of inspection results. The results were brushed off as a non-issue and sure enough, check engine light came on when I got home. My only other issue was with the cleanliness of the vehicle interior upon purchase. It appeared to only have had a general cleaning, found things from previous owners in pockets, under seats, etc. despite these issues I do still feel like I got a good deal and I would purchase here again.

We came from out of state to talk to Adam about a truck for my husband. He answered several questions over the phone before we left. The truck had a minor issue they took care of it right away. While it was in their shop, we looked around and came across a car for me. Adam worked out a price for both vehicles with payments that we could afford. We are very happy with both our vehicles. We were very happy with Adam, he wasnt pushy at all and we let him know that we appreciated that. We have told several people about our experience and will continue to recommend them. Since the car I bought had been a repo it did not come with the key fob. It came with a reg key that has a chip. I did ask Adam if he could get me another key and he did. I do really wish I had the key fob, because to purchase one is quite expensive. We will be back when we are in need of a car or truck again. Thanks for everything.

After looking through several vehicles online I came across one that I’ve wanted for many years now. I called and Adam answered. From that call forward we received nothing but greatness from him! We scheduled an appointment to take a look at the car because we lived out of state. He met us outside of the dealership when we got there and made sure we were taken care of! We ended up driving away with our 2014 Hyundai Tucson! Everything that was checked on the car that needed fixed was taken care of at no extra cost or hassle! We bought the vehicle on May 15th and have recommended Adam to everyone since then!

The car buying process was quick and easy. But, I thought it was odd that a dealership didnt provide coffee or water for its patrons. Maybe thats why youre in and out quickly- so you can go find refreshments elsewhere. Not a deal breaking trade off, but couldve been 5 stars rather than 3. :P

This dealership sold me a truck that had a safety recall that was not completed. They did not inform me of any recalls. My truck almost crashed as it unexpectedly downshifted into first gear while on the highway. I had to pay to have my entire transmission rebuild and I am now fighting with them and Ford to reimburse me.

Drove an hour to look at a lancer that they had posted online. The car was junk. It had dents, scratches and rust that was not mentioned or shown in the posting. The pics online were edited to show a nice clean car. The engine idled rough and the check engine light was on. None of this was mentioned in the post. Waste of time very unprofessional and misleading

I was planning on going to this dealership until I read all of the low star complaints. Now people tend to complain faster than they compliment, but Im seeing patterns that go beyond a couple of consumers. When you see consistency in the type of experiences people are having. That means the dealership has a problem. The dealers responses showed very little ownership in the consumers experience. I hate taking business from anyone, but you reap what you sew. I urge anyone reading this....Leave them be. Let them figure out their business model and consumer respect levels.....and earn back your trust and business.

They advertise prices but will not come down on the price. They are willing to loose a sell rather than to negotiate a different price.

Watch what you buy from them, I bought a used car at the beginning of March for my daughter and by the end of the month the car was in the shop 4 times. I had to install new front brake pads, replace all 4 rotors, new catalytic converter, replace a gasket on the exhaust from the manifold & replace 2 outer tie rods. There is still a loud humming noise from the car, so there will be another repair I have to look at. They told me they did a full inspection on the car (which must have been a lie) or else they would have noticed some of these things I will never shop here again, first impressions are everything when dealing with car lots

Worst place ever ...want to sell me a car all rust on bottom and front shield broke plus two big damage spots on the side and front.i ask to replace the shield and all i get was excuses and if a dont buy it they dont replace it...

This could be long but going to make it quick...DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS DEALER!1. Purchased used 2013 F150 and 5 minutes after driving off lot, the heat/AC went out completely.2. Within 2 weeks had to spend $150 to repair coolant leak and was told the engine that was inside was salvaged of which we were not told at time of sale.3. Within 3 weeks had to spend $800 to repair vacuum + other issues4. Just found out today that another $1700-$2,000 was going to need to be spent to repair MULTIPLE OTHER MAJOR powertrain issues.Needless to say this is prime example of being taken down river which totally explains why the dealership appeared so eager and anxious to get this vehicles off their hands. Which is my own fault for not reading that huge RED FLAG better!Oh yeah.....and after speaking with individuals within that neighborhood that are familiar with this dealership, if I knew then what i know now.....never would have stepped on the lot.Stay away if you like saving your money!

I had a specific lot scheduled to test drive a vehicle. But, they were not open for 2 hours so I went into International to poke around. They do traditional lending so I was positive that they wouldnt be able to do anything for me, but after speaking with Adam and Krystal (the Finance Manager I believe), I thought, why not. With full confidence that they would not be able to get me into a car, I waited patiently. I am now driving the car I WANTED and not just what I could get into. With full knowledge and HONESTY they shared what they could and could not do and worked out the little details I look for. I am more than pleased to be in a vehicle that accommodates my family. I think an experience is what you make it and because I went into this with RESPECT and no unrealistic expectations of what it means when you buy USED, it made the experience even better because despite this, they made sure they got me into something that is still very clean and very well managed. I am looking forward to visiting again.

I bought a car here last week. I was ripped off from the start, paid 10k for a car worth only 8300, i was promised a warranty if i purchased the vehicle for that price, which is a bs warranty that doesn’t stand for anything. I was also promised that mechanical seats would be fixed before i take it home, never happened. 2 days after having the car, the engine light popped on, radio went static, and the car would no longer start due to a relay issue. Brought it back up there to get fixed with a promise of all of those things plus the seat. The only thing that was fixed when i picked it up was the relay issue. This place is shady and will rip you off and not help you at all after you buy the vehicle. Please run far away! Take your business elsewhere.

Bob, the finance manager worked with me to help attain a good loan on a newly purchased vehicle at a fair price. However, within 1 month of my purchase, I’m now facing up to $7000 in repairs on a vehicle that’s only worth $11000. The customer service I encounter on the phone is horrid and you’re made to feel like an intrusion upon their day to day sales.

Floor manager was pretty rude when I asked if the price was negotiable, however getting a look at the vehicle, overlooking the giant hole in the dash, it was discovered homeless people broke in and were living in it at night. I sent an email when I got home which was never replied to so I shopped elsewhere. I understand some of these vehicles are as is, but not sure if this hole in the dash from a dot safety standpoint is acceptable even on a used vehicle coming from a dealer.

At 1st I was happy I really found out that they OVER PRICE their vehicles when I was shopping and thats not to cool🤔🤨

My son bought his first manual speed and within 10 miles of driving off the lot, the clutch went out. IAO completely repaired the clutch system for him. That showed great business integrity, for he had test drove it and already had left the lot after purchase. Staff was kind and personable, as well! I appreciate how we were treated, 100%

Pictures online made a truck look flawless. Called about it and they said there wasnt any rust and it was in great shape. It was advertised that there wasnt any lights on and that it had heated leather seats. We drove 2 1/2 hours one way with every intent on bringing it home. When we got there the truck was in awful shape. Airbag light was on, heated seats didnt work, the interior was trashed, and there was lots of rust on it. Complete waste of time. Very dishonest dealership. Be careful if you deal with these crooks!

My family and I have been searching for a new car to buy the past couple of weeks. We found one online at international auto outlet we were interested in. We then called international auto outlet TWICE to make sure the car was still there the morning we went out to go look at it because it was about a 40 minute drive for us... talked with Adam. After arriving at the dealership, the car was nowhere to be found and we were then told it had been sold the day before. We are so disappointed in this service, will never return, and would not recommend international auto outlet to anyone.

Bought a truck here yesterday. Already regretting it. Already tossing money into it. Had issues starting. They told me they put a new battery in it. Today Valvoline tested the battery and it was bad and it wasn’t the proper battery for the truck. After paying for a new battery they realized the connection had been changed and wouldn’t properly fit the battery. Currently late for work bc of this. It was a $10k truck. DO NOT BUT FROM THIS PLACE. THEY DONT MAINTAIN THEIR VEHICLES. THEY LIE.

Bought a used 2008 BMW X5 from these guys. Jerry was a no pressure salesman and I felt like he genuinely wanted to help me find a car, not just push a sale. The process after the purchase was pretty streamlined. Not bad for a used car dealership and the vehicles were lower priced than most of the lots I searched in the area.Ive recommended this place to friends since my experience and have heard nothing but good things.

Went and looked at a truck here today. It was obviously a flood truck. Frame where you could see it under rear fenders had been painted to hide rust, the bolts on the strut towers were almost rusted in half, you couldnt even see the threads hardly. Corrosion on all the aluminum parts had been cleaned off but you could see the heavy pitting on them.Looked under seats and the seat rails were rusted. How does a truck with under 100k miles have rusted parts on the interior? Pulled carpet back under passenger foot well and it was full of sand.They knew exactly what it was, they tried to hide it.Edit - The owner responded with:We read you review and your unprofessional criticism! We disagree with you because our truck is NOT a Flood Truck. Please remember that this is a working truck and it has a Clean Car Fax and the rust you mentioned is typical to have in the Midwest.I own the exact same truck and its been in the midwest its entire life. Similar year, similar mileage. Ive used it as a work truck, for camping, towing, launched lots of boats with it. I have nothing like the rust seen on the truck at International Auto Outlet.Again, the seat rails were rusted, and there was sand under the carpet. Seat rails are not exposed to water or other things to make them rust unless there is water in the cab. The only way sand can get under the carpeting is if there is water running into the vehicle bringing the sand with it. The amount of rust on the iron in the engine bay as well as the heavy amount of pitting on the aluminum that they attempted to clean up tells me this was exposed to salt water. This was a hurricane flood car.

Gonna keep this simple. Bought a 2002 truck. Expected a few things would need taken care of. Here is the current list after they gave me fake receipts for supposed fixes they did. Have had truck less than a year. Some fixes needed to be done days after getting home.1. Rack and Pinion2. Ball Joints3. Powering Steering Pump and hoses4. Rear rotors and brakes5. Tires (expected)6.Fuel Pump7. Exhaust (Muffler and Tail Pipe)8. Front Bumper (rusted out)9. AC Compressor10. AC hoses11. AC Condenser12. Heater Core13. Evaporator CoreI would understand more if they would be honest but to show receipts and find out the parts were never changed is just plain wrong.Hopefully no one else has to ever experience that.Good luck buying from these guys

Dont ever ever ever buy a car from this place. I bought a 2003 vehicle from them which seemed to be in perfect condition low miles and everything. I asked them if there was any issues with the vehicle they told me no everything was great. I buy the car. Rush home to show my family have it parked in the driveway for maybe 5 minutes. Starts leaking oil everywhere. Go back to the dealership argue with Tony (dbag owner) that this needs to be fixed right away. They take the vehicle fix it. Get the vehicle come back home. A day later the front bulbs go out. BOTH LIGHTS. Go back to the dealership drop the car off a second time. Come back the next day (for some reason this is an all day job?). Get the car. Airbag malfunction sign is on. Confront Tony about this he says it will go away and its just a light. By this point Im so irate I thought I was going to pass out. Dont go to their dealership. Ever. Heard some news that Tonys other dealership got shut down due to selling drugs. Save yourself the headache go somewhere else.

Pictures of the vehicle I was interested in looked great on the website. I called and asked specifically what issues this truck had, if any. Matt told me he was standing right next to it and could find absolutely nothing wrong. He said it was beautiful and everything on it works perfectly.Matt lied through his teeth.The truck would barely start, had a completely non-functional AC, peeling paint on the roof rack, rusted-out rear bumper, rough body paint, and THREE FLAT TIRES. If he had been standing next to it, he definitely wouldve caught some of that. Then he tried to tell me the tires went flat because they were sitting on blacktop. I have parked many cars on blacktop over the years and literally never had a single tire go flat from it. Also, kind of odd that fourth tire wasnt flat. Magic tire maybe? Or maybe it was just the only good tire that was mounted properly out of the set.The truck was absurdly overpriced junk in need of LOTS of cleaning, reconditioning, and repairs before being put up for sale. The price was $5500, but I wouldnt give $1500 for it. There was another truck next to it that was $2500 MORE that was in just as bad of shape. In fact, several vehicles on the lot had multiple flats. What a freaking dump.They are dishonest, unprofessional, completely unapologetic, and too damned lazy to even attempt to make their vehicles look saleable. Drive right on past this sleazy cesspool.
