Went to purchase our childs first phone, turns out to our surprise, we were eligible for upgrades. Staff was great, especially Alexis, she was a pro at explaining the upgrades and answering all our questions & getting us all set up. She even stayed long after her quitting time to finish our order & make sure everything was right. Verizon if youre paying attention, she deserves a raise! We will definitely be back for our next upgrades!
