I went to 2 different Boost stores trying to get a new 5g phone but neither one knew how to use a Promo Code and because of that I cant purchase a new phone.

The only reason i ever went to this store was because of sarah, come to find out she is no longer there anymore and no1 knows where she went? The lady working their Thursday February 4 2021 and the lady there was very rude and smelled of pot... Either bring sarah back or this location will loose customers... From my understanding by going to another location over on Northland blvd that the new dm is very overbearing and is a witch i think yall need to bring sarah back!!!!

Elizabeth at the main st boost store by little cesars was on her game when me and my wife walked in to see gow to get a phone i bought of fb to work. She got us the best deal possible and was really friendly aboyt explaining all the diff things with certain phones and plans. This woman deserves a raise bc she deff knows how to give a custome the 5 star treatment so thanks liz ur awesome.

A good store to get your 📞 from. Knowledgeable staff, always on top if new stuff and usually always have the answer to any question i may have . I personally wouldnt go anywhere else since i left cricket a few yrs back ..

Working with Sarah was awesome. Even through it took several hours because of a error with Tmobile and not Sarahs fault but she did everything she could to make my order work and make me happy. I will send as many people as I can to this store to see Sarah because she is awesome!!!!

I came in here to ask about a boost up cause the one on Dixie the lady was so rude wouldn’t get off her phone wouldn’t stand up. Right when I walked in the young lady stood was nice as could be she answered my questions and done my boost up for me when I was told I couldn’t do one at the other store I highly recommend sarah

I went in on Sunday the 12th of January at 445 PM and the doors was locked I knocked on the door and the blonde girl refused to open the door. I come here because of Sarah is always so nice. She seems be the only one who wants to work and knows her job... she needs a raise..

This is the worst store in the history of Hamilton Ohio. I paid my cell phone bill of $100.00 on the 9th and it was in my name only... They had the wrong date of birth and address as well... I will not say well Trisha V. Is whom sold me a new phone and NOT ONE I WANTED... the I paid for the month... On the 12th my phone was turned off... Yes 3days... I called boost I got know where... I went to 3 boost mobile stores all over town... Needless to say the other 2 stores were u bumfuzzeled by this matter. I went to the boostStore that I paid the $99.97 to and they had NO EXPLANATION of why my cell phone was turned off. The woman at boost couldnt even tell the customer in front of me how to do locate my device due to the fact her cell phone was stolen 20 mins pryer to walking into the store.

Had problems with the cashier i was telling her my 4 digit pen number and she was trying to argue with me that i wasn t giving her the right pen and i knew i was so i went home got online and sure enough i was telling her the right pin i dont know what she was doing wrong but she wasnt doing something right

Dont buy a phone from the westside of Hamilton I went and got phones the speakerphone was blowed on them took them back the next day and they wouldnt even exchange them I spent $188 that day and was at T-Mobile spending $200 the next day because they wouldnt fix the phones. I will never go back or recommend anyone to go there.

Overheard a Gentlemen who was bragging about being the district manager made snarky comments about prepaid and how it’s for the poor, yet he works there. Not what I wanted to hear when purchasing, I didn’t buy.

Poor Customer Service. They arent knowledgeable about their own products and services. Rude & unhelpful.

I honestly never met a place that doesn’t have signs on any of their doors that denied a service animal to come into the store was coming in to possibly start up a service and the lady was so rude she told me that she’s not aloud to come into the store even with paperwork and they have no signs outside that day no pets or service animal what a joke technically It’s illegal for them to deny someone when it’s there service animal especially since there’s no signs posted
