Im not a big fan of coffee but I really like their smoothies. The last time I went to Florence Coffee I had the huckleberry smoothie which I really loved. It wasnt too overpowering and not too sweet. This time I got the mango smoothie which really tastes like mango. Very strong, it feels like you are really eating a mango. This place is a good stop to get a drink.

The coffee is always good. Except it would help if they would have 2 in there. The last few times I went east too long if a line. The girls that work there are always nice.....

Great place to go. Always good. I have my favorite batista but I cant think of her name. But of you frequent the place you know who it is. I know her by her car.

Fast and wonderful service. I was knockout how good ice mocha coffee was. My wife was also amazed how good her drink was.

My boyfriend loves the hot coffee and the amount of shots that come in them. They dont do a very good job with their blended ones though. Its basically liquid after a min instead of being frozen.

At the Hamilton location, the service was instant and the communication was clear and welcoming early this morning. The other locations are just as exceptional. The flow of traffic was steady, so that was a plus. I am addicted to the Heaven Latte.

A quick trip, not a long wait. I ordered a blended drink, but didnt care for it. My boyfriend had something with five shots of espresso & he wouldnt stop raving about how amazing his drink was.

What will it take to back out ...but not here!One gal inside the building producing coffee like a full blown Barista Genie!! Clean, smiling while appearing to truly be excited to make another cup for me!HA! She even seemed delighted, as if the combination I asked for was just what she was hoping to create next. I wish I had some cash but alas, I used a gift card.My beverage was hot and the taste... awesome!

Having worked at a coffee shop for 4 years, I know that it’s fairly common to remember how your regular customers like their coffee... But when they remember your order even though you only go there about once a month if that, and don’t always get the same person, that’s exceptional customer service. I wish I knew the barista’s name so that I could give her a proper shout-out, but even so - the barista that was working this morning (and is usually the one there when I go) deserves a raise! She does an excellent job, consistently makes great coffee, and does it quickly with a smile - always. I had some issues in the past with inconsistent drinks at this Flo-Co, but that hasn’t happened in a long time, and never with this barista. Because of her I won’t go anywhere else in town. ❤️❤️❤️

A place to get an excellent cup of coffee

Ordered a iced white chocolate mocha and a 16 oz Americano with cream. My mocha was hot so I gave it back and asked them please Iced. They literally dumped my coffee over ice and it completely melted the little ice they added. Was so shocked. And the Americano had no cream.. not a hard order. Will never be back.

I love floco, but the barista working the morning shift at the North end of Hamilton was INCREDIBLY rude. She wasnt listening well, made my order wrong, and even rolled her eyes at me.
