Paul was very nice and patient with me asking alot of questions about alot of the doors. The color of the door we wanted was no longer available. Paul was happy to come back and going over the colors. When we had them installed, Dennis and John was great. They doubled check to make sure the door knobs were on the way we wanted before installing. They cleaned up the area. We had another company install our front door last year. The front storm door wasnt closing right and they fixed that too! Wished I had them last year.

I am RATING them ONLY 3 STARS right now. I want to change that to 5 STARS. PAUL needs to work out a problem with my BRAND NEW WINDOW. IT IS BRAND NEW & EILL NOT SHUT TIGHTLY & SECURELY. It pops RIGHT BACK UP,when you close it! ( Hot & Cold Air can get in ).It WILL CLOSE TIGHT IF YOU KEEP IT LOCKED. You SHOULD NOT HAVE TO KEEP IT LOCKED, JUST FOR IT TO STAY SHUT. I LOVE THE WINDOW, but, IF WE CANNOT WORK THIS OUT, ( the window shutting securely ), I am going to ASK FOR SOME, OR ALL OF MY MONEY BACK. HOPE I DONT HAVE TO DISPUTE THIS WITH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY, ( last resort ). HOPE toWork this out with Paul Goos. 😀 We have been HAPPY WITH SCOFIELD in the PAST. 😀 Hope it works out! Today I had this company put two windows in at my house and they did a very good job, I would reccomend them to anybody that needs some new windows. Thanks Scofield Windows on a nice job.

I ordered garage doors and I ordered the ones with windows that are frosted. I was not home during the install, but they installed with regular windows, not what I ordered. I went ahead and paid them and trusted them to make it right as they said they would. Dave asked if I could wait until the humid weather was over, so a few months went by and he did finally call. We set up a time, again, I had to work, but I get home, same windows. I had to call him to find out he forgot a tool. We made another appointment and he never showed up at all . I really don’t like to beg for things to be done right that I pay for, and at this point I let it go. Never did get what I actually ordered. Make sure you are home and get what you ordered up front with this company.

Its the premier eating establishment of Genesee County. The Staff and Management are as professional and courteous as if you at a 5 Star restaurant in New York. As for Joe, Ive known Him and His Family for years. Couldnt fine a better class of loving and caring people.

Your website says you offer 24 hr emergency repairs and replacements. How if you close at 5ish with no emergency dispatch option.?

This is a wonderful company. We have used them for many years, but recently they rescued us when our door broke, and we could not get our cars out.They rushed all the way up to Oxford, from another job, on a Friday of Labor Day weekend to help us! They also do very expert work and have very nice products. You will not find a better company.

My garage door was damaged by strong winds. I called several places and Scofield was the one place that actually answered the phone. They arrived as they said they would to give an estimate and came back the next day for installation. Very easy to work with and I love my new door. I would definitely recommend them!! They are locally owned and operated too!

Scofield is the best. The problem was diagnosed within minutes and he was completely done in less than an hour. The real you the problem, give you the option, and let you make the decision. No trying to sell you something. Been dealing when them for over 40 years. When with someone else on 2 occasions, but had them fix that mistake. If you want a knowledgable company that does not waste your time or money,Scofields is the one to call.

This is a GREAT place! Every time you walk in someone walks up to you, if there is someone free that is......... There are not very many mom & pop type businesses around anymore and this is one of them, where you feel like you are being treated like family the minute you walk in the door. If they cant help you with something, they tell you about a couple of places that can............IT IS AWESOME!!! They are a bit more than Lowes or Home Depot but that is fine with me to get personalized service!! Go for a visit, you wont be disappointed!

Very friendly and courteous family owned business. I have had them install a new garage door a few years ago, and they followed up many times to make sure I was satisfied with it. I recently had a broken window they helped with. Will continue to support this local family business, as their service far exceeds what you get it off a big box store.
