Wow! Why would anyone go anywhere else? My spring broke last night and I called this morning. A technician came out within an hour. He went back to the shop and got parts and returned. it was like watching an artist at work! He got everything fixed within an hour and you could tell he had years of experience. Very kind, courteous and very professional. I highly recommend Overhead Door!

Ive used them in the past with mixed results. Tonight, I had a broken pulley cable and called after hours. Two hours and 40 minutes after they said someone would return my call within 30 minutes or so, I called and cancelled my repair order. Ten minutes later, a technician called and said he could come but it would be $600-800 before he pulled in the driveway. I was prepared to pay more than usual due to it being after-hours on a Saturday night but $600-800 just to pull in the driveway? Steer clear. This company is money-first, customer satisfaction second.UPDATE: I paid $8.98 at Home Depot for new cables, installed them in less than 20 minutes. Door works great. Glad their service was so slow or I would have wasted a lot of money.

Horrible customer experience. Ordered a garage door nearly two months, initially was told it would take 2-3 weeks. Called a couple weeks after placing an order to check status at that point was told 4-6 weeks due to CoVid. Understandable, but the sales persons should have been transparent from the beginning. After two months was finally told the door was here, scheduled an appointment to have it installed. I took off of work the day it was supposed to be installed. I even called to confirm the morning of. The day of installation they called back to tell me they don’t have the door. Complete waste of my time that I can never get back.

Called 4 times to try to get someone to just give me a date for a quote and no one will return calls or answer questions, I was told to text pictures of door and what I want done which I think is very unprofessional but I went ahead and did that and still haven’t heard back, don’t waste your time dealing with them all they care about is commercial jobs and I can tell you this when my commercial shop needs garage door work they are not getting my business because they can’t even handle a residential quote... can’t find good help in this day and age.

Jimmy Gioncardi came out to fix a garage door with us. Not only was he kind and professional. He also took the time to explain why the repairs he recommended were needed. Would recommend him a 10 out of 10!

Starting with our meeting with George Schiller, who was fantastic in explaining everything, to the installation by Edward, we could not be happier with our garage door replacements! Everything went as promised and all with a great attitude. I would recommend George to anyone!!

Overhead did an install on two doors/openers through my home builder, so I decided to call them for service on both doors. The appointment was made several weeks ago. I called to verify my appointment the day of, since I did not receive a reminder call as oftentimes occurs with repair appointments. I was assured that I was on the list, and that the service person had a few other appointments. Shortly before 6pm I left a voicemail with Overhead to check the status since the employee did not show, and I did not even receive a call. I stayed home from work and family events (relatives from out of town spent time with the rest of my family) as a result of this appointment. I cannot recommend Overhead Door.

I had an inciddent at 630 a.m. while leaving for work. I opened the guarage door and got into my car. I must have placed my work bag on or sat on the remote. I did not notice the door had shut, and I backed up into it. I knocked the door out of the tracks, bent the bottom panel a bit and removed the outside cable bracket . I hurried off to work leaving the door half hanging. I asked all my peers and they recommended Overhead door. I submitted an online response to be called back. They called me back quickly and were polite and professional. The cost was extremely reasonable. Withing a matter of 3 hours from the initial call my door was fixed. They called me when on their way and the technician was professional, courteous and kind. He completed the job quickly and professionally. I recommend this company to anyone who has a guarage door issue. You guys saved my day! Thank you and keep up the good work!

Sales people were friendly enough but I was assured my door would be installed in the morning from 8:30 to 10:30. I was even called the prior evening to make sure I would be there from 8:30 to 10:30. NO ONE SHOWED UP. I had to call the shop several times only to be finally told that someone would be out sometime that afternoon.I took off work all morning to wait for them, then they expect me to do same all afternoon. I cancelled and went elsewhere

Another company that employs idiots to drive around on the road in marked vehicles acting like they are not getting paid. If the company performs work with these people, I would not give them your business. Driver honked at me repeatedly at a red light right turn, wanting me to turn into traffic because he was going 15 over the speed limit and they could not cut me off in time to do the same.

I deliver there. Fast unloading and great group of guys who work hard.

Service is today. Someone in their operations side of business, needs to get their act together. You offer an appointment time like the cable man. 12-5. Seriously a 5 hour window around the holidays and this is your only option. Pathetic so far. I hope your technician has a better representation of your company and standards.

Overhead door is nothing short of incredible. I wish more companies operated like this one. I have used them 3 times over the past 6 years for maintenance, and improvements on our garage doors. They are quick, responsive, and great communication. Cant say enough good things about all three experiences.

Attempted to schedule someone to fix my broken spring. Informed they would come out after 5pm.At 515 dispatch informed me that the assigned technician had just checked out of the customer ahead me and he should be to my home by 530. At 720pm received a call that the technician was delayed and there was a mistake in the schedule they just noticed but would still come out to check the situation. Note I say technician they used his name and it was the same technician name throughout.When asked if they would waive the fee since it was contrary to what I was told previously. He said he could not and I should just talk to the technician when he arrived later - but he didnt know how long that would be but he would eventually get here.Disappointed at best.

Yea dont ever get a garage door opener form these people. I had my house built 2 years ago by MI Homes and I have had 4 calls in on my garage door opener. Again in 2 years my garage door no longer works and they will not come and fix it without a service charge. They can go screw themselves I am going to buy my own garage door opener and stop doing business with this company.

We Purchased a garage door and storm door from them thinking that we would get good service and quality products. Bad choice! The new garage door came off the tracks the first week we had it and our storm door was installed opening in the wrong direction. Installer told us that a new door would be ordered and took the screen with him. This was 2 months ago and we have not received the replacement door or screen. We have made numerous attempts to resolve this with only to be ignored. Horrible customer service!!

Is it possible to give less than one star? Twice I have called for service and scheduled appointments days in advance. Neither time did they come within the time they had told me. I just waited and waited and waited. The first time they told me someone would arrive between one and five. I waited and waited and waited. The technician finally called me at 6 oclock as I was heading out the door so I had to reschedule. The second time I finally had to call back and tell them that I had to cancel as I had other appointments to get to after waiting for over three hours. No apology whatsoever. I will go elsewhere from now on.

Long story short. Paid them a lot of money for a sliding door and a deck door. Poor quality all around and just noticed today (over a year later) the seals splitting across the top. Also the trim they installed looks like a 5 year old did it despite them having come out to fix it once already for popping off. Pay more for quality company.

Customer service has been terrible. I work for a company that used them for a door replacement and after 5 months they still have not invoiced us correctly nor finished the job in its entirety. It is hard to get in contact with any one person that knows what is going on and can make it right without starting all over.

Update found out our big (and I mean BIG) Commerical door was installed wrong!!!! Always have to call several times to find out what is going on!Had to replace one garage door openers (got a new one and it is not an overhead) and now another garage door opener is in need of repair. GEZZ did we get second rate opener parts?

This place falsely advertises 1 price then when they get there they tell you its going to be much more .I had to call 4,5times to get the job done terrible customer service and the appointment setters dont know much and dont ask questions this place needs to care alot more!!!!!

Terrible customer service. Called several times to try and get someone to come out for an estimate and they called us back once to say they couldnt come, but would come the next day-the next day they no call/no showed. No one ever called us back and when I called to find out what happened-I was transferred twice and then got hung up on. Dont waste your time on this very unprofessional place!

The spring in my garage door broke and I called them at 7:30am. The repairman arrived at 9am the same day, was very professional and fixed my door within 20 minutes. I would highly recommend them if you need garage door repairs or replacement.

Contracted for 2 garage doors with door openers in October 2016, George was the salesman. waited and waited, called and called, all I got was, sorry we are short handed, give me a week and we will be there, Its now March of 2017 and still no word from George,,,and no call backs. Stay away from this lying company
