CJ Clemons, the project manager, came in and took some measurements in the house. He gave us an honest assessment of our options. He was able to send us a reasonable quote in a few days. On installation day they were prompt and professional even making sure I knew the backyard gate was secured every time so I wouldn’t worry about the dogs getting loose. They put in a system for me last year and did a fantastic job on installation. Cooling this year was flaky and I had them come out. Found that the Bryant system was running as expected. Thermostat that I installed runs a weird algorithm which was causing the issue.Great service.

Inloes was excellent. They installed a brand new heat pump and air handler. I shopped around and they were absolutely the best bang for my buck. I received a larger, more efficient unit for hundreds less. The installation was on-time and as promised. The guys were friendly and left my house cleaner than they found it. WOW! My AC recently broke down and I called in for service. The ladies in the office were WONDERFUL! They answered all the questions I asked and provided me with helpful information. When the service technician Cody arrived he was very prompt and courteous. He got my AC back up and running and made mention that my AC should be regularly serviced. I called to get my Ac pressure tested and charged. i installed my own unit. i replaced one that wasnt working. theses people flat out said they would not pressure check or charge because they were not the people who installed it. i am an industrial mechanic . i do this type of work all the time. i also live in Hamilton. you would think they would of asked a few questions before turning a local away. i would not recommend them to any one ever. that is how a bad word of mouth starts.

The technicians, Eric, Butch, and Rick, did an outstanding job installing our A/C. They were professional, friendly, and did a great job cleaning up when they were finished. Inloes has been servicing our heating/AC for 17 years. They have kept our furnace running though we knew that it was time to replace the old unit. Erik et al did a great job! I recently had a flood in my basement which shorted out circuit board on my Geothermal unit. I called Inloes on a Sunday morning for emergency service and immediately a technician (Mike) called me back to diagnose and help get me going. Very disappointed. Apparently, they will not consider repairing any electrical functions of an Heating/AC Unit.... isnt that part of the functionality of the unit?? What do they deem acceptable repair causes...only just filter replacements? Wow. So much for trouble-shooting. A Heating/AC Unit has ELECTRIC which is where I have the problem. Office Jenny suggested I contact and electrician. I had an electrician to my home that determined the charge flipping my breakers was caused by the furnace. Electricians are not versed in furnaces where the repairs need. Inoles office lacked the understanding of the issue. Finding another contractor and do not recommend this one.

Never have they solved problem of a/c not getting house to comfortable temperature. It will get down to 78° most days but that us too hot for us. Seems they are here constantly .

Awful service!!!! Called days in advance for service. First day the tech cancelled due to a family emergency....Ok, understandable. Scheduled for next day, receive a call saying no one can come because they are stuck on another job. Never said if they could come the next day..just left it at that. I said I will call another company. They said ok. Poor service. Very disappointed in my experience with this company. The recommendation I received was thru a doctor I work with at the hospital. I will be telling him he got this one wrong!!
