Great customer service for us HVAC dealers.

Called company for a limiter switch (L140F-30). Guy refused to sell me the part because brand name didnt match my furnace. All a limiter switch is, is a resister that changes resistance based on temperature. Ill just buy online and wait for it to be shipped to my home. Not recommending this place.

This is a wholesale establishment, they dont inform like a lowes, if your money is tight dont go here. I bought parts and the new parts did the same as the old part was doing, it was an adjustment in a different part of the furnace that fixed the problem, a total waste of time and money. I imagine they all do this to make money instead of running it off . The days of Andy Mayberry are over no one truly caring for there customers welfare.
