I avoid this location unless ABSOLUTELY necessary and usually I can never send a package. There is always an issue with the female worker. Ill get packages from companies that arent damaged and when I need to return them she says I cant because of the packaging, even though there is 0 damage and its what the company sent me originally through FedEx, her words are we cant return items in retail packaging I go to UPS and they laugh because they know who Im talking about and have heard many stories. Every time I come in I anticipate an issue and there is usually one. Old management was great until she started working there. The gentleman that works there is nice though.

The manager is horrible. Wont take packages that are just fine and claims they aren’t closed. She needs to be fired. I also don’t feel I should have to say what’s in my package. It’s none of her business. It seems all the other reviews have had issues with her. She’s an awful look for the company. I will not be using FedEx ever again. This company is horrible for employing Cheryl. I don’t understand why they don’t see that with the reviews.

Staff was very helpful. Helped me pack and ship gifts for my daughter in NYC. Very quick and was open until 6 PM on Saturday. UPS Store closed at 4 PM

I Love Fedex as a whole and their Customer Service is exemplary ...But this location hands Down has the WORST customer service I have ever dealt with. The Manager (Cheryl) I believe is her name, is simply MISERABLE. ABSOLUTYELY SHOULD NOT BE IN A MANAGERS POSITION

Female manager was totally rude and short and disrespectful and definitely needs training in all aspects of customer service. Shocked that Fedex would continue to employ someone like this. The young man tried his best to be as helpful and professional as possible but was hampered by the manager. Will never return here.

I was forced to use FedEx to return a product to a company I was renting a product from. Not only did it take me 45 minutes just to reach the counter, but I was also treated like a child the entire time. Save yourself the trouble (and your dignity) and use UPS or the USPS instead. They serve their customers quicker and are more respectful and efficient.

Is it possible to leave no stars? I just left after trying to return a cheg book. Cheryl wouldn’t let me use the cheg box because of a hazard label despite me trying to send back some items that came with it deserving of the label. Then made me pay almost $8 for a box of theirs. She asked if the price is ok, yes since you wont let me use my box and you wont ship it without one! She was very demeaning, too. She needs to go.

Wow! I called just now to ask about passport renewal processes and Cheryl said that I would have to do it online. While trying to explain to her that I have attempted to do so, she cut ne off and said there is a sekf-service co.puter but that I would have to figure it out myself or do it at home. They were my only two options, she gad customers and hung up on me. If zero stars were available, I would choose that. Thank goodness I have other packing and shipping options.

Have been here since 515pm on a Saturday (they close at 6pm)..4 customers in line and 1 employee working (older lady im assuming a manager) who then tells me at 545 with 2 people still in front of me that shell be closing at 6pm..if she doesnt get to those still in line that well have to come back on Monday. Turning away customers that are trying to ship holiday gifts when theyre in the store, before the posted closing time and telling them that shes has too much to do and shes already closed and she cant do their business. Who in the hell does that for customer service as representative for a business. Despite being slow and very spiteful to those that stayed in line.

The store clerk was not friendly today. I was in the store with my nephew and female clerk told me that he needed to be by my side. She said to protect equipment in store. I assured her that he wouldnt touch anything. She said, THATS NOT WHAT I SAID! I have visited this location several times and have seen children walk all over the inside of this store. My nephew wanted some candy and I told him to get what he wanted. I waited for her to say something again, but she didnt. Store needs a much friendly clerk on a daily basis.

Would leave no stars if I could. Every time I have to go here, as I dont ship out of here or Fedex by choice, its this same terrible female manager. She seems to take a sick enjoyment in inconveniencing others. Needs to be fired.

I dont like being treated as a child, being told to step away from the counter when Im dropping off a package. It feels very demeaning to be ordered by someone who is doing a service for you. This has happened to me a few times now and its just offensive. Maybe take UPSs idea. They placed large boxes around the front of their drop off counter that creates a natural stop barrier for customers. That way they can serve me as their guest without using the tone of a school master to correct me for being too close. I personally would not return to Fed Ex if my job didnt require it.

Female manager needs to be fired. I was the only customer in the store. She was unwilling to assist me in any way to use the equipment. She was short and snappy with her responses. Cuts you off in the middle of questions. Extremely rude. This location is close to my home but I took my business elsewhere. You are loosing repeat customers by having this employee.

Today I went into FedEx office after having a horrible experience at another print store. I was immediately greeted by a young man named Richmond who took excellent care of me. He was friendly and he offered a solution to my problem that I didnt think was possible. Ive been to this FedEx office several times and Ive never had a problem. Sometimes there is a wait, but its a very small price to pay for excellent service. The staff there is extremely friendly and helpful and I would highly recommend this place to anybody who needs something printed.

I’m not certain which location was responsible for our recent deliveries. This is a generalized Fed ex review. They delivered several large items for us over the last couple of weeks. One piece they leaned against our garage door without letting us know. Naturally when we unknowingly opened the door it came crashing inside our garage. This week they delivered two large boxes with huge gauges cutting all the way into the furniture that was inside protected by large pieces of packing foam. The driver was incredibly rude and customer service was of no help. I’m a frequent online shopper. Never have I had this sort of problem with the flex drivers.

I have used this FedEx Office location for fax and shipping service the past several years and have recently started using their print services for all our church flyers and event notices. The website is so easy to use, I can upload my artwork and pick up my flyers within hours and yard signs, posters, banners usually by the next day. The staff is helpful and always professional and so pleasant to work with. Why would I go anywhere else?

The employee working today was rude and incredibly unhelpful, not to mention embarrassed me in front of other customers. Parked a foot from the door, couldnt help me at all (baby in car) just to get the package through the door... I attempted to return it in the same condition it was delivered, she said with attitude uh uh, no I cant take that. It has holes... Our standards are higher than fedex ground. I offered to pay for alternative packaging. She said, no, we dont have that here. Wth? Then what are all those boxes on the wall for? Why is their bubble wrap on the walls? Dont want my business? UPS is fine.

Actually had a good experience for the first time in a long time at this location. Im still very disappointed that Fedex has not fired the person responsible for all the terrible google reviews. Ill be asking for Michael when I need something done from now on. Hes the only person who will go above and beyond for you.

I’ve been to this location twice. Both times I was made to feel as though the person helping me was extremely inconvenienced. Too bad.Update 12/10/2020. Third time. Decided to let bygones be bygones and give this shop another shot. Ordered business cards that were supposed to be ready same day, per the website. This location said it would not be ready until tomorrow its a busy time of year was the reason. Would not be a big deal without the past disappointments here. The customer service here is some of the worst Ive seen. To prove that point, I placed the order with the Centerville location after cancelling the order at Bridgewater. I placed the order at 2:52PM. Centerville FedEx called at 3:20 and my order was ready for pickup. That is how it should be done. This place is more like the DMV than a real business.

I normally leave good reviews for places because I know what retail is like. However I am disappointed in this particular branch that is close to my home. Tuesday I was off work and trying to help my daughter with getting her wedding invitations printed. Being an art major she designed them herself and we only wanted them printed in grayscale on an off white card stock. So having used this Fedex in the past I thought it would be an easy task. I went online first to see what pricing was vs. doing them on my own printer but you have to upload the design etc like you are placing the order to see any pricing. Basically we needed 2 invitations per 8 1/2x11 sheet times 75 sheets. Simple....or so I thought. Since I didn’t have her design on my computer I decided to call the branch to see if they could give me rough idea of pricing. The lady who answered didn’t let me finish telling her what I was needing before telling me she was the only one there and was busy. She tells me I can find all the information on the website, then I can place my order there and pick up later at their location. She hangs up before I could say I’d already done that. So I get back on google to call a different branch. I called West Chester and Camille (sp?) answered. She listened and was more than helpful, the pricing was also great so I asked if she would be there that afternoon. She said it was actually her last day there but anyone would be able to help me. Relaying this information to my daughter she went that afternoon and a young man named Louis helped her. She selected her cardstock and was in and out of there within about 30 minutes. Awesome!! Fast forward to today June 20, 2018 my daughter is going out of town for a family reunion and wanted to have detail cards printed to go with the invitations. She was going to give some of them to family members from out of town and save a little money. She went to Bridgewater as it is closest to home, she gets in and a lady is working by herself. She asks about having the detail cards ordered and the lady said she was working on a project for another client and my daughter could use their printers and do them herself. Then said something about a customer had to go get cash because the card didn’t work. So then the problem was the self print will not allow you to make multiples on one sheet and when my daughter asked, the lady said she didn’t know how that works. So once again...off to West Chester she went!! Very disappointing and a total waste of time! Maybe management needs to hire more people for the Bridgewater Branch

Extremely slow service. Usually has 1 employee, at most 2. Ive been to this location twice and I already had postage paid for and my item packaged and it still took 20+ minutes just for someone to scan it and give me a receipt. The employees seem like they arent in a hurry and just take their time even if the line is out the door. One employee stood there on a cell phone just talking, another employee wasnt even in uniform and left mid transaction with a customer.

Horrible service. She wouldnt print a picture because I didnt have WRITTEN permission from the copyright owner. Then I was told I could use the copier to print it, but when it froze she refused to help and/or fix it. I will never go there again.
