I see all the reviews posted on various places on the net about this place and not all of them are good. My personal experience has been positive so far. I didn’t expect a Yamaha, Polaris, or Artic Cat when I bought from this place. I got what I paid for and it has performed fairly well for the money I spent.If you want great products and customer service that is rivaled by none spend 5 times as much elsewhere for something a child will outgrow in 2 years.

AFTER EVERYONE I CAME ACROSS WARNING ME ABOUT THIS PLACE I STILL GAVE THEM A CHANCE my experience may be different from yours is what I thought . Less than a year ago we bought a 4wheeler for our son for $1700. We got oil changes when due here and had no issue . Winter came and he didn’t ride it often, then we moved where we had more yard for him to ride he was so excited . We took it in for maintenance .It was dropped off February 28th we were told that they would call in 2days to give us the estimate to fix and diagnosis. We were never called so we went there 6 times in the last month each time was told something different then was told they hadn’t began to fix it because we have not paid anything yet so we paid ! Next we was told it would be ready in a few days so we gave them 7 days, go to pay remainder and pick it up (fixed) but was then told it wasn’t ready and something else was wrong after they had it a whole month . I then asked for my money back and the 4wheeler . I was told to come back in a hour . He cursed me and demanded I bring a receipt even though he had the original in his hand then threw the receipt book and began to come around the counter until he saw my husband .SPEND YOUR MONEY WHERE ITS APPRECIATED !!! Their customer service is a joke they only thing they are capable of is selling . I missed the red flags #1 every time I went the 4wheeler was in the same exact spot (6x) #2 they have more broke stuff there than running .

Save yourself the headache (& your kids heartbreak) & stay away from this place. We bought gas and battery powered 4 wheelers for our girls this past Christmas, 2018. Christmas morning, my youngest got to ride her battery powered 4 wheeler for 10 minutes before it was dead. My older daughter burned one tank of gas and her carburetor went out. It is now June, & they have had the ATV’s for longer than we have. After 3 months (second time we’ve brought them in) they now want me to pay $200+ to repair something that never worked in the first place...bad batteries & a carburetor.This negative review is my last resort, as myself & my husband have been patiently dealing with these folks for 5 months now. They’ve threatened to call the police on my husband, when he’s never been anything but calm & courteous with these people.The owner (or whomever is the boss) will never come out to speak with us face to face. It’s always another employee wanting to take our number & call us back. Today my husband was given the excuse, oh, tires worn down, this bike used much. 🙄 Those tires have never hit pavement, there’s NO WAY...one tank of fuel was used before it crapped out.At this point, I want my money back. I never expected these things to last forever, but to pay over $1500 and have them NEVER work right from the start is unacceptable.These people are crooks, their products are garbage & their customer service is BS. BEWARE.

Great customer service! My son will love his 4-Wheeler for Christmas! I hope he has NO problems with this!! We trusted these people.

PLEASE DON’T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE! Bought my son a go kart on December 23, 2020 and had to bring it back on the 24th leaking oil, seat belt not working and it wouldn’t crank. Tires on it is bald the two guys there give different prices and they don’t honor they policy.

I’m satisfied with the level of customer service. They were very helpful through the buying process as well as tweaking a few things that were not right from the factory. For anyone saying that the service is horrible, try going in with a good attitude instead of the crap ones I seen between the 23rd and the 27th! One of the ATVs I purchased needed one screw loosened and another tightened. I watched them put a lady behind me and someone else because she came in making a scene and her child should have got a back hand for being disrespectful to the owner. I don’t know how the owners deal with the trash that goes in there cussing and screaming instead of being level headed and PATIENT! Obviously the quality isn’t as great as a name brand ATV at triple the cost (cheapest) but a good attitude will get yours fixed!

Don’t come here place takes your money!!!! I went here December 1 to buy a motor for my dirt bike they told me 2 weeks here i and today January 3 with no motor still I asked for a refund and they won’t give it back to me this place is a rip off I payed 100 deposit and they won’t give me my money back don’t come here it’s a rip off

I’m here on a Sunday it’s 1:30 and the store I not open like it saying it should be

My exp was ok, I didn’t like the way they handled the previous customer. Don’t just take my business, make me want to come back!
