It was Fast, Reliable, & Affordable.. They were able to order my back glass that morning and put it in that afternoon, while they replaced it I waited and it was no longer than 45 minutes.. I dont think Ill ever go anywhere else

We used this company for many years for our window needs. Called today for a window installation and the receptionist seemed very confused. I asked for the older lady that used to always take my order and she stated she was not in today. Okay, no problem, just order my window. Then the lady called back to state that the technicians will have to come out to measure. I stated that is fine as long as they dont try to charge me a fee. Then the owner calls me back and states that I need to find someone else to get my window from! I asked him what was his issue today and if he was the owner. He screamed yes I am. I said he was not being professional at all and he hung up on me. From one business to another, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR

Called and got a quote on 1/2 tempered glass 24x60 for a custom door for a client. She quoted me $130. Built the door and went to order the glass and now she says it will be $260. Told her that she quoted me at $130 and she just kept hanging up on me. Asked to speak to the owner and she says she is the owner. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMEND
