My Fiancé had my ring custom made here. It’s absolutely perfect! Mr. Douglas worked with him to create a ring that both symbolizes several important things in my family and represents our family to come. I told him the wrong size, and he was so pleasant about it. My ring was back on my finger within a day! I highly recommend shopping here.

Wonderful experience at Douglas Kent Jeweler. They have very knowledgeable people working in the store with years of jewelry experience. We initially went into the store to have my wifes engagement ring accessed. The stone fell out of the previous head due to some damage. The jeweler explained that they could repair, but recommended we put a new head on the ring and have it rhodium plated. We went with their suggestion and are very please. My wife also had to have her wedding band removed off her finger due to her finger swelling. The removal process was quick and painless. Douglas Kent removed the ring himself in less than 10 minutes. While in the store also picked up some charm bracelets for our daughter. Great experience!

My husband bought me a beautiful bracelet with my grandchildrens birthstones for my birthday. Unfortunately my husband forgot to add our grandbaby thats on the way. Also the bracelet is way to big for me because I have small wrist. I took it back to store to have a stone added for new baby and have it sized smaller. The lady told me she would have to call the manufacturer of the bracelet and call me back but she doubted they would be able to add a stone. Needless to say they never called me back Now i have a beautiful bracelet I cant wear. I dont know why but I thought he did his on jewelry work. They were not helpful to me at all. If I ever hear from them and they treat my situation with consideration I will change this review to a more favorable one.

I had my watch for over 15 years and suddenly I felt devastated that the hands stopped ticking! I didnt know what the issue was and brought it here, and it was fixed inside of an hour! I dont know that I ever needed a watch guy, but now I feel glad I have one in the rolodex
