Place is good. Fast unload time. Have some room to park over night. Dont show up early. If you have appointment time then show up then. They dont like if you show up early

TRUCK DRIVERS: While in i94/80 take Indianapolis blvd, avoid Kennedy Ave, it has “no trucks” signs on every intersections. From Indianapolis blvd make a right on E 165th and continue all the way till you reach the company. There’s plenty of space at the yard here. Shipping&Receiving is located next to dock 34. You will have to slide tandems and disconnect the air line

The night shift clerk Crystal, Is about as ignorant as they come. I will not send my drivers to this facility ever again.

In and out with no problem fast loading process. Just remember to wear a mask. TheReceiver doesn’t play about not having or wearing it properly.

There are no trucks in the doors accepted 15 minutes before the appointment only.

Do not check in before your app time! There is no big problem if you are late. Very quick and professional loading - never overload! A lot of space for maneuvering! No overnight parking. Nice staff.

Strict on pick up appt. I was allowed to check in 30min prior but loading is immediate. Very fast. Was out within an hour from my appt. Would pick up from here again. Office staff is not rude either so that’s a plus.

Arrived 6:10 was told load was scheduled for 1:30 in afternoon was not aware, was told they would load up until 8:00 pm no appointment needed now it 8:00 pm and no one has even dropped the dock plate 😠

I was almost before closing, there was no other trucks and loading was fast.

In and out in less than 30 min (5 paper rolls)

Need bol in hand to check in, and they take you in 15 min before you app
