I had almost 1000 sheets of paper to print and these people were so patient with me. Linda, Leah, and Ramon (Raymond? I should’ve asked to spell your name..my apologies) ran test a couple pages for me to make sure it came out correctly on the paper me and boss had bought.They were so friendly and honestly, that made the experience a lot better. They cared about what I was printing out and understood how much it cost. I was nervous about it printing honestly, but we chatted and actually grew a rapport with each other- that really doesn’t happen at places now and days.These people were fantastic and amazing to work with. I’m definitely coming back to work with them again for any office need of printing and shipping :)Thank you for a wonderful experience!

WHY is UPS the only mail service that cannot find my house!?!? Every single time…… ! FedEx, Amazon, family and friends, a moving company, the post office, etc all can find my house by its address without a problem. Then there is UPS who no matter how many time I deal with them and give my address ….Still cannot find my house and tries to argue with me that my house address is “ invalid”. I have literally given a full description of my house to a UPS employee so they can put it into their system per their request. I DO NOT I understand the issue. I’m currently on hold waiting yet again to speak with a UPS employee after THIRTY minutes of fighting with their automated system…… THIS is RIDICULOUS……..Update: the UPS store in Hammond it NOT the UPS shipping business they are separate. My one star review is for the UPS shipping business off of west club deluxe in Hammond. I give the UPS store 5 stars, because the responded to complaint with such kindness. Thank you.

I sent a package through this UPS location on July 3. I tried checking on it with the tracking number through UPS.com and the 1-800 number. It says the tracking label was created but the package is nowhere to be found. It was never scanned for a pickup. I tried calling the store. The lady kept repeating what I already knew: that a label was created. My package was suppose to ship today. No one at the store seemed to know or care. I do not recommend sending anything personal from this store. This is another example of a merchant that wants your money but after they take it, they FAIL TO PROVIDE CUSTOMER SERVICE OR DO THEIR JOB

After reading several other poor reviews of this location, i was skeptical to use this business for shipping. But I gave it a try anyway. Called the store to see if they had what I needed....they answered the phone on the second ring and the lady answered all my questions and was very nice. Upon arriving to the store, it is very neat and clean. They had 4 ladies working there that day. 3 of them were super friendly and helpful. The 4th was not....you could tell when you walked in the door she had a bad attitude and wanted to be anywhere but there. I did not ask her for any help....I chose one of the other workers. Listening to others conversations with that person, you could easily understand why people would say the workers were rude and unfriendly. She was. It wasnt all the workers, just that one. So I give it 4 stars for the cleanliness, helpfulness, and 3 good workers. So when you go, look for that one bad apple.....youll spot it the second you walk in the door. Get someone else to help you.

So much for my continued patronage at this location. Second day in a row I’ve tried calling the store to inquire about what size boxes they sell, and associates pickup/hangup on me.Can’t even expect people to politely answer a phone now days!

The staff at this location are outstanding! They have consistently given me good service, and always with a smile. Am totally satisfied with this UPS Store.

Had to ship a high end laptop across the country for a warranty repair but did not have a box for it to go into. They said they would pack it for me and I opted in for it. They did an amazing job at packing it as I saw the pictures the manufacturer of the laptop had sent to me after it arrived. It was packed in a properly sized box tightly with board paper. So, thank you for caring about the service and doing it so well, we need more people in this world that care about their the quality of work they do. Yall have my service every time.

The website needs to be updated. It says the location has passport photo services and they don’t. 20 mins wasted when I could’ve drove somewhere else. The employees were kind though.

Went in store without a mask so I used a plastic bag held tight to my face. After waiting 5 minutes im told to leave without a mask. Sign doesnt say thats not allowed. It says mask or face covering. If you require a mask,provide them

I pre-printed a label affixed it and needed to drop the package off. Was refused to be able to drop off a package because I had no mask on at the moment. Didnt have one due to using my last one at the airport. Why dont you have contactless dropoff? This is poor business.

The service is terrible. Almost every time I use this location the staff is rude and could careless. Not to mention I will never use this location again. Forcing people to wear a mask but you are handling everything from god knows where. Yeah makes perfect sense.

A customer should not have to wait at a counter while an employee stands at the open back door vaping. Looked at me twice. Knew I was waiting for assistance. Didnt come to the counter until a young woman yelled for him to come up front. She was the only one working. I wasnt the only one waiting. The transaction was fine once the young man decided to take care of business. Hammond is a college town. Lots of young people trying to make a buck but not caring about the job. Yes, they are often poorly dressed for business. Seems to have an above average turnover. But, I am glad that the store is there.

Claimed they attempted to deliver my package but didnt come to my house, knock on the door or anything. Smh

Its always the same two ladies working whenever I go in there, but theyve always been very friendly and helpful with any questions that Ive asked. This is convenient as theyre open during normal business hours and youre not restricted to what time you can go there unlike the actual UPS place.

I had to send a package to China and the address was more complicated than expected. Amber is a pro at customer service and never grew frustrated from redoing the address multiple times. I just moved to the north shore but the ups store here was a welcomed surprise. They’re willing to help and will do it with a smile.

I have made numerous complaints and I keep getting told I will HAVE a manager call me but no one ever does !!!!! you need new drivers to replace the ones who DO NOT do THEIR job!!!!!
