This post is edited to reflect the wonderful customer service that was afforded to me in light of a misunderstanding a few days ago. Ms. Jackie got me taken right good care of and I have a running car again, for which I could not be more grateful. I am once again a very happy and loyal customer of this store!

Almost always have what I am looking for. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I went in and requested wiper blades for my car. The representative behind the counter was not helpful in explaining the difference between the options the had. Nor did he offer to help in the aisle to choose which were the correct ones for my vehicle. And on top of all that didnt offer assistance in the instalation of them. I left and went to Advanced Auto and got excellent service.

Had just what I needed, store layout is perfect. Everything was super easy to find and the employees were super polite.

Sorta got hastled bringing in my dirty oil for recycling. Is it only oil? is there water in it? any cigarette buts in it? The question werent bad but the attitude insinuated there must be something wrong with this dirty oil.

Needed some adhesive and belt dressing, the kind lady working the counter helped me pick exactly what I needed, she rocks!

Very knowledgeable about products and polite. Store was clean and covid-19 compliment.

My new favorite auto parts store! The friendliest, most helpful place. I wish I had gotten the name of the person that checked my alternator! He probably saved me a lot of money. Ill be back!!! Their competitor wouldnt check my alternator.

One of the staff there really knows his stuff, I trust his advice. He is an awesome mechanic and should have his own shop 😁 he has a military background that shows in his work ethics, and respect for others. Only thing is I wish their rewards club offers where easier to get.

Always helpful i love all the guys that work at this place they ate super knowledgeable of their products always willing to help install anything they all go above and beyond. Always smiling faces that welcome you and i am even lucky enough to get some hugs . they are #1 in my eyes ill never go elsewhere!

This store always has the parts I need to fix my problems. They also charge batteries overnight at no cost. They also have a troubleshooter device to help determine what your problems with your car or truck. That is a big deal to me.

I had a dead battery still under warranty. Switched it out no problem. Great service, wonderful people.

This AutoZone had the synthetic oil I needed. An employee willingly showed me how to test my oil level, add a quart of oil & gave me a few tips! I was very impressed with the time & attention she gave!!

They saved me $22 at the register and $15 in rebates on a $100 purchase of tune up parts. I didnt even notice the special prior to them informing me. Awesome!

Manager does not understand how to provide customer service. Strongly suggest taking a class in understanding customer needs satisfying customer or basic communication of customer expectations.

Returned a part put refund on store card. Went t9 go by another part no money on card. Dont let them put your money on an autozone card they wont put it on there and then act like your lying and theres nothin you can do unless u got a receipt if theye give you one

Well if you want the right part or a new part that works, Watchout... Ive had to return wrong parts more than once! The new alternator for my work truck was faulty, and had to have another sent in ... Broke down 2 extra days and installed part twice.. Lets hope this one works! no comp, thanks autozone!

Fair pricing friendly staff clean store well organized they are eager to help find the correct parts if they do not have them they point you in the right direction they are very knowledgeable and what they do and are able to provide great insight into the parts you need for your vehicle
